2）3D渲染的圖像（五個視圖，PDF格式）

3）3D動畫解說（長達一分鐘）

4）概述功能規格說明書

5）粗略訂購成本，建立和組件預算細目第2階段：修改概念設計的內容初步概念設計審查后,修改概念設計的內容提給NAMCO。須要調整和修正內容需經有關部門審定。第3階段：完成駁船及駁船電廠的基本設計成果：規范

24）噸位計算第4階段：招標船廠合作協調的補充基礎+安裝Stage1:TheconceptdesignWhenthecontractsigned,theemployermustsupplytheanalysisdataofnaturalgas,waterqualitydataofseawater,localweatherdataofpowerplant,localearthquakedata,MS9001EgasturbinegeneratingunitdataandHRSGdata.2.Aftercontractbecomeeffectiveandreceivetheavailabilitydataabovein45days,thedesignersupplytheconceptdesign.DraughtconceptGAdrawing(PDFformat)3Drenderedimages(uptofiveviews–PDFformat)3Dwalkthrough/flyaround(uptooneminute)OutlinefunctionalspecificationRoughorderofmagnitudecosttobuildandcomponentbudgetbreakdownStage2:AnyamendmentsneededtotheconceptcantakeplaceaftertheinitialpresentationtoNAMCO.therewillneedtobesometweaksandrevisionsfollowingthestatutoryauthoritiesandreactionIamsure.Amendmentstoconcept.Stage3:Basicdesignofbargepowervessel(thisstageshallbecompletedwithHaiYicompany)Deliverables:specificationGAdrawingLifesavingapplianceplanFirecontrolplanStructuralfireprotectionplanArrangementofnavigationlightsCapacityplanMidshipsectionProfile&deckplanShellfabricationTypicaltransversesectionsTransverse&longitudinalbulkheadsForeendstructureAftendstructureEmbarkationramporotherarrangementFuelsystemdiagramBilgesystemdiagramBallastsystemdiagramFreshwatersystemdiagramElectricalsinglelinediagramElectricalloadbalanceTrim&stabilityFreeboardcalculationTonnagecalculationStage4Supplementaryfeefortenderingtoshipyardsandcocoordinationbuildsandinstallation.第六條設計人向發包人交付的設計文件、份數、地點剛好間：方案設計文件：份(中英文)(PDF版)交圖地點：南京交圖時間：按第五條規定Article6Documents,numberofcopies,locationandtimesubmittedtotheemployerbythedesigner:Designdocuments:8copies(inChineseandEnglish)SubmissionLocation:NajingSubmissionTime:AccodingtoArticle5第七條費用雙方商定，本協議的設計費為：萬元（含審圖費）。Article7.ExpenditureItisagreedbetweenbothpartiesthatthedesignfeeunderthiscontractisRMB(includecheckingdrawingfee)第八條支付方式第1階段：概念設計完成后，支付預算費用：萬元。第2階段：初步概念設計審查通過后，支付預算費用：萬元。。第3階段：完成駁船及駁船電廠的基本設計：支付預算費用：萬元第4階段：:完成招標船廠合作協調的補充基礎+安裝：支付預算費用：，萬元Article8.FormofpaymentStage1:ConceptDesign,budgetfees:10%,sumisRMBStage2:Amendmentstoconcept,budgetfees:5%,sumIsRMBStage3:Basicdesignofbargepowervessel,budgetfees:50%,sumisRMBStage4:Supplementaryfeefortenderingtoshipyardsandcocoordinationbuilds+installation,budgetfees:35%,sumisRMB第九條雙方責任9.1發包人責任發包人按協議第五條規定的內容，在規定的時間內向設計人提交基礎資料及文件，并對其完整性、正確性剛好限負責。發包人不得要求設計人違反國家有關標準進行設計。發包人變更托付設計項目、規模、條件或因提交的資料錯誤，或所提交資料作較大修改，以致造成設計人設計返工時，發包人應按設計人所耗工作量向設計人支付返工費。在協議履行期間，發包人要求終止或解除協議，設計人未起先設計工作的，不退還發包人已付的定金；已起先設計工作的。發包人應依據設計人已進行的實際工作量，不足一半時，按該階段設計費的一半支付；超過一半時，按該階段設計費的全部支付。發包人要求設計人派駐現場服務時，派駐現場的工作人員的差旅費由發包人負擔，并按每人每天120美元的標準供應服務津貼，并供應工作、生活及交通等方面的便利條件及必要的勞動愛惜裝備。Article9ResponsibilityofTwoParties9.1ResponsibilityoftheEmployerTheEmployershallbedeliverbasicmaterialsanddocumentstothedesignerwithinthespecifiedtimeinaccordancerequirementsstipulatedinArticle5,andshallberesponsiblefortheircompleteness,correctnessandtimelimit.Theemployershallnotrequestthedesignertodesignbyviolatingtheconcernednationalstandards.Ifitexceedstheprescribedtimelimitwithinfifteendayswhentheemployerdeliversabovematerialsanddocuments,thedesignercanpostponeaccordinglythetimeofdeliveringthedesigndocumentsinaccordancewithArticle6inthecontract;ifitexceedstheprescribedtimelimitoverfifteendayswhentheemployerdeliversabovematerialsanddocuments,thedesignisentitledtodecideagainthetimeofdeliveryofdesigndocuments.Whentheemployeraltersentrusteddesignitems,scale,andconditions,ordeliversthewrongmaterials,ordeliversmostlyrevisedmaterialssothatthedesignerreworkforthedesign,theemployershallpayforreworkcostforthedesignerbasedontheamountoftheworkperformedbythedesignerexceptthesupplementalagreement(orcontract)signedseparately,andtherelevantarticlesspecifiedagainbybothpartiesthroughtheconsultation.DuringimplementationoftheContract,whentheemployerrequeststoterminateandcancelthecontract,thedownpaymentpaidbytheemployershallnotbereturnedifthedesignerdoesn’tbeginthedesignwork;ifthedesignerstartsthedesign,theemployershallpayhalfofdesignchargeinthephaseifitislessthanhalfoftheactualamountofworkperformedbythedesigner;ifitexceedsthehalf,thefulldesignchargeinthephaseshallbepaidinall.TheEmployershouldofferconveniencesinaspectsofworking,livingandtrafficandnecessarylabor-protectionequipments.Theonsiteworkershouldbeprovidedserviceallowanceof$120eachpersonperday,whileemployerrequestslongtermonsiteservicefromdesigncompany.9.2設計人責任設計人應按國家規定和協議約定的技術規范、標準進行設計，按本協議第五條規定的內容、時間及份數向發包人交付設計文件。并對提交的設計文件的質量負責。設計合理運用年限為20年。負責對外商的設計資料進行審查，負責該協議項目的設計聯絡工作。幫助發包人向廠家訂貨，指導發包人支配項目進度支配。對全部設備及輔機供應詳細的規格參數、技術要求和供貨范圍，以作為發包方向廠家訂貨的協議附件。9.2ResponsibilitiesoftheDesignerThedesignershallperformthedesigninaccordancewithprovisionsoftheStateandthetechnicalcodesandstandardsstipulatedintheContract,deliverthedesigndocumentsintheaccordancewithcontents,timeandnumberofcopiestotheemployerspecifiedinArticle6,andberesponsibleforqualityofthedelivereddesigndocuments.Thedesignlifeoftheengineeringconstructionshallbe20years.Responsibleforexaminingfordesignmaterialsofforeignbusinessman,andresponsiblefordesignliaisonofContractproject.AProvidedetailinformationforallequipmentsandtheiraccesso第十條保密雙方均應愛惜對方的學問產權、未經對方同意，任何一方均不得對對方的資料及文件擅自修改、復制或向第三人轉讓或用于本協議項目外的項目。Article10ConfidentialityBothPartiesshallprotecteachother’sintellectualpropertyrights.Withoutpriorconsent,neitherpartyshallrevise,copyortransfertoathirdpartyorusefortheprojectotherthantheprojectofthisContractanymaterialsanddocumentsoftheotherparty,Undersuchcircumstances,thedisclosingpartyshallberesponsibleforallanyconsequenceitresultedandshallbeartherelevantcompensation.第十一條本協議在履行過程中發生的爭議，由雙方當事人協商解決，協商不成的按下列兩種方式解決：（一）提交仲裁委員會仲裁；（二）依法向人民法院起訴。Article11:ArbitrationIfanydisputearisesinconnectionwiththisEngineeringServiceContract,itshallbesettledbyfriendlyconsultationoftheParties,orbesubmittedtothecompetentlocalconstructionadministrationdepartmentformediation.Wherethedisputecannotbesettledbymediation,itshallbesubmittedtotheArbitrationCommitteeforsettlement.WherethePartieshavenotagreedonthearbitrationorganizationintheContractnorconcludearbitrationagreementinwrittenform,thedisputewillbebroughtthePeople’sCourt.第十二條協議生效及其他12.1本工程項目中，設計人不得指定建筑材料、設備的生產廠或供貨商。發包人須要設計人協作建筑材料、設備的加工訂貨時，所需費用由發包人擔當。12.2發包人托付設計人擔當本協議內容以外的工作服務，另行簽訂協議并支付費用。12.3由于不行抗力因素致使協議無法履行時，雙方應剛好協商12.4本協議雙方簽字蓋章后即生效，一式份，發包人份，設計人份。12.5雙方認可的來往傳真、電報、會議紀要等，均為協議的組成部分，和本協議具有同等法律效力。12.6未盡事宜，經雙方協商一樣，簽訂補充協議，補充協議和本協議具有同等效力。Article12:Contracteffectiveandmiscellaneous12.1IntheprojectsoftheContract,DesignershallnotappointmanufacturersorDesignersofconstructionmaterialsandequipments.WherethereisanecessitythatDesignershallcooperatewithEmployerinorderingtheprocessofconstructionmaterialsandequipments,therelevantchargeshallbepaidbyEmployer.12.2Additionalagreementforanyotherservice,whichEmployerentrustsDesignertoprovide,however,outofthescopeoftheContract,shallbesignedandthepayments
