工作職責:

1.Identifytheimprovementopportunitiesintheproductrealizationprocesses,screenthehighriskand/orbusinessvalueaddeditems,optimizetheprocesses,proceduresandapproachesinaninnovativewaytoachievetheappropriatequalityaswellaslowcost.

識別產品實現過程中的改善機遇,篩選出高風險或有潛在增值活動的工程,通過創新的方法優化質量操縱過程及方法,達成低本金高質量的目標。

2.Facilitatetheimprovementinscientificway,includingdatacollectionandanalysis,toolsofSPC,A3,DMAIC,DOE,MSAetc.

應用科學的方法舉行改善,包括數據收集及分析,各類工具(如SPC、A3、DMAIC、DOE,MSA等)的有效應用。

3.Riskmanagementactivitiesinthewholeproductlifecycle,drivetheresourcetofocusoncustomerandpotentialhighriskareaforcontinualimprovement.

產品全生命周期的風險管理活動,引導資源集中關注客戶及高風險領域并持續改善。

4.Changecontrolactivities,includingprojectmanagement,riskevaluationandmitigationplanaswellasvalidationactivitieswhereappropriate.

變更操縱活動,如工程管理、風險評估及驗證活動等。

5.Trainingandcoachingstakeholdertoensuretherightthingwasdoneinscientificway.

為相關方供給培訓及指導,確保用科學的方法做正確的事。

6.Undertakeothertasksthatassignedbysupervisor

完成主管安置的其他任務。

任職條件:

文化程度:

Bachelor’sdegreeorabove,engineeringorequivalentbackground

大學本科或以上學歷,工程或相關專業。

任職閱歷:

8yearsoraboveexperienceexposedinmanufacturingenvironment,qualityrolespreferred.

8年以上制造業工作閱歷,有質量管理閱歷佳。

Solidexperienceinqualityimprovementprojects.

有大型質量改善工程閱歷。

Managementexperienceandskillspreferred

確定的管理閱歷佳。

專業學識/技能:

Beproficientinqualitytools,includingstatisticstechnique.

精通質量管理工具,包括統計技術。

Goodpresentationskills,trainingandcoachingskills

良好的培訓才能,良好的口頭表達才能。

Skills/Knowledgeofprocessvalidationandsoftwarevalidation.
