Repeat above manipulations if the distance between the lens and the specimen is more than 6.5mm.Before use the high- multiple o

7、bjective lens, you must find the distinct image under low-multiple, move the target to the midpoint of the vision, and make it in focus.Turn the high- multiple objective lens enter the light path carefully, looking at the lens in order not to damage the specimen, then watch the specimen from the ocu
