6、nd cleanliness check should contain the following items:標識齊全； Complete with identification tags一涂層及防腐覆蓋層無損壞；No damage on coating as well as insulation一閥腔流道進出口側堵塞完好，內腔無銹跡；Sound blocking on the inlet & outlet side ofthe flow path in the path cavity.一干燥劑不失效；Valid desiccant第3頁共9頁一無機械損壞。 No mechanical da

7、mage閥門的產品質量證明文件應有如下內容Quality certificate should include the followingitems一制造廠名稱及出廠日期Manufacturer s name as well as date of delivery一產品名稱、型號及規格；Products name, model as well as specification一公稱壓力、公稱通徑、適用介質及適用溫度Nominal pressure, nominal diameter,applicable media as well as applicable temperature.一依據的標

8、準檢驗結論及檢驗日期Inspection conclusion & date as well as inspectionstandard referenced.一出廠編號 Ex works No.一檢驗人員及負責檢驗人員簽章signatures or chops of the checkers as well ascheck-in-chiefs.六、試壓平臺制作Fabrication of pressure test platform試壓平臺主要采用 HW150*150*7*10 及HW200*200*8*12型鋼制作，焊接連接，必要時可焊接 力口強 斜 撐. The Pressure tes

9、t platform is mainly made of shaped steel (HW150*150*7*10 及 HW200*200*8*12) and connected by welding. 10、試壓泵進水示意圖Sketch map of pressure test pumping taking water不銹鋼針型閥試壓泵接試壓閥門接水源七、閥門試壓 Valves pressure test閥門入庫前必須將閥門質量證明文件報驗，合格后 ，才能入庫登記。閥門試壓前，應出閥門試壓檢查通知單通知監理人員到場見證。Valves certificates must be reviewed and approved before being registered into warehouse.Prior to the pressure test, representatives from sup

11、ervisor should be informed to come to witness by giving valves pressure test notice.閥門的強度和密封性試驗應用潔凈水進行。對于奧氏體不銹鋼閥門試壓，水中氯離子含量不得 超過50PpM （試壓用水試壓前必須檢測，并具有合格報告，才能使用）。The strength and tightness test should be performed with clean water. For pressure test for valves made of Austenitic stainless steel, the

12、concentration of chlorine ion in the water must not be higher than 50PPM （Check the water before the pressure test and use the water only第5頁共9頁when eligibility report is available)閥門試驗用的壓力表需經計量檢測合格，并在有效期內，其精度不低1.5級，壓力表使用時不得小于2塊，表滿刻度值應為最大被測壓力的1.5-2倍。Prior to use, the pressure gauges must be measured

13、and checked as acceptable, within the period of validity, and the precision level not under 1.5. In the test, no less than 2 pressure gauges must be used and the full range of measurement scale should be 1.5-2 times of the maximum pressure tested.閥門殼體強度試驗壓力根據到貨閥門的標牌參數確定(如到貨閥門標牌無試驗參數，應確定為公稱壓力的1.5倍)，且

14、試驗時間不小于 5分鐘，以殼體、填料無滲漏為合格。The pressure value of the shell strength test should be determined as per the labeled parameters of the valves arrived ( if no such parameters are available, 1.5 times of the nominal pressure should be applied), and the testing duration should not be less than 5 minutes, and

15、 deemed as qualified if no leakage of packing or from shells happened.閘閥，截止閥強度試壓合格后，需做上密封試驗，After the Gate valves, check valves have been tested as acceptable, then perform the upper sealing test.-上密封性試驗壓力根據到貨閥門的標牌參數確定(如到貨閥門標牌上無試驗參數，應以公稱壓力的1.1倍進行)The testing pressure value of upper sealing should be

16、 determined as per the labeled parameters (if no such parameters are available, 1.1 times of the nominal pressure should be applied).-上密封試驗的步驟為：封閉閥門進出口，松開填料壓蓋，將閥門打開并使上密封關閉，向腔 內充滿水，逐漸加壓到試驗壓力，達到保壓規定的時間后，無滲漏為合格。The steps of the upper sealing test should be: seal the inlet & outlet, loosen the packing c

17、ap, fill the cavity with water, gradually increase the testing pressure until the specified pressure maintaining duration is achieved and accept as qualified if no leaking occurs.密封性試驗也應根據到貨閥門的標牌參數確定(如到貨閥門標牌上無試驗參數，應以公稱壓力進行試驗)引入介質及施加壓力的方向應符合下列規定The tightness test should also use the specified tagged

18、parameters (if no such parameters are available, f the nominal pressure should be applied). The media introduced and the direction of pressure applied should follow the below regulations:-規定了介質流向的閥門，如截止閥等應按介質流通方向進水試壓。Valves with designated media flow direction. For example, hydro pressure test shoul

19、d be第6頁共9頁 applied to check valves etc. as per the media flow direction respectively.-沒有規定了介質流向的閥門，如閘閥、球閥、旋塞閥，蝶閥等應分別從兩端引入介質、進水 試壓。For pressure test of valves without specified media flow direction, for example, gate valves, ball valve, plug valve, butterfly valve etc. media or water should introduce

Seal the inlets

22、& outlets of the valves after they have been dried off.
