16、：Term of delivery7.1.1買方接受貨物前，需將接收貨物人的身份證復印件傳真至賣方。交接貨物時，買方交接貨物人攜帶正本身份證、合同復印件、提車通知復印件與賣方辦理貨物交接手續。買方在工廠與賣方辦理車輛交接時，應仔細檢查車輛狀態，如無異議，簽署交接文件，辦理交接手續。在進口國目的港買方驗車，做完交接后，車輛的外觀與基本配置如發生任何問題由買方負責。Before the buyer receive the goods, the buyer should send the identity certificate copy to the seller. Unless otherwise provided by the Arbitration Association, the arbitration fee shall be borne by the losing party.12
