12、搭設方案1、支撐架的選擇構造柱、梁和板均采用木模板。支撐系統采用鋼管，扣件，鋼筋及方木。2、材料要求1）、主材采用外徑48mm壁厚3.5mm的Q235鋼管，其材質應符合規范要求。表面平整光滑，無銹蝕、裂紋等，搭設前進行保養除銹，并統一涂刷顏色。2） 、鋼管扣件應采用可鍛鑄鐵鑄造。規格與鋼管匹配，不得有裂紋、氣孔、砂眼等， 貼面應平整，活動部位靈活。符合建設部鋼管腳手架扣件標準要求。3、支撐架的搭設方法1 ） 、支撐架采用落地式鋼管，梁底立桿間距沿梁截面方向為800，沿梁長度方向為1000。2 ）、模板支架步距不大于1.8m,板模板支架縱橫立桿間距均不大于 1 m,立 桿距離地面200MMK置縱
