11、eermodel role; to continuestostre ngthe ning "four模板工程施工方案一、工程概況本工程為嘉祥縣祥苑小區住宅樓工程,位于嘉祥縣老機械廠院內,為嘉祥縣地質工程勘察院勘察,嘉祥縣建筑工程設計院設計,濟寧興業監理有限公司監理。建設單位已提供全套施工圖紙, 各種手續齊全, 施工現場三通一平工作已完成,已具開工條件。二、編制依據本方案依據如下施工圖紙和有關的施工規范進行編制。1、 混凝土工程施工質量驗收規范;2、 建筑施工高處作業安全技術規范;3、 建設工程安全生產管理條例;4、 建筑施工扣件式鋼管腳手架技術規范;5、 建筑施工模板安全技術規范三、

12、搭設方案1、支撐架的選擇構造柱、梁和板均采用木模板。支撐系統采用鋼管,扣件,鋼筋及方木。2、材料要求1)、主材采用外徑48mm壁厚3.5mm的Q235鋼管,其材質應符合規范要求。表面平整光滑,無銹蝕、裂紋等,搭設前進行保養除銹,并統一涂刷顏色。2) 、鋼管扣件應采用可鍛鑄鐵鑄造。規格與鋼管匹配,不得有裂紋、氣孔、砂眼等, 貼面應平整,活動部位靈活。符合建設部鋼管腳手架扣件標準要求。3、支撐架的搭設方法1 ) 、支撐架采用落地式鋼管,梁底立桿間距沿梁截面方向為800,沿梁長度方向為1000。2 )、模板支架步距不大于1.8m,板模板支架縱橫立桿間距均不大于 1 m,立 桿距離地面200MMK置縱

13、橫掃地桿。3)、支撐架縱向、橫向各設置一道剪刀撐,門面房框架高度超過4m按規范加設水平. 豎向剪刀撐。鋼管與地面成4560°夾角,最下面的斜桿與立桿的聯接點。剪力撐鋼管的接長接點,應采用搭接,?搭接長度不小于50cm并采用兩只轉向扣件鎖定。?4) 、 所有桿件聯接均須用螺栓或扣件,每個節點的螺栓帽均要擰緊(用力矩fback boneba ckbone role ;to fullstre ngthe ning mem bersyouthw ork,full playyouth empl oyeesi n compa nydevel opme nt in theofforce role;

28、stostre ngthe ning "four扳手控制),支撐架的搭設應橫平豎直。?5)、支撐架之間應牢固拉接。立桿根部墊木塊 150X 150X 20,立桿需要接長時采用對接。立桿頂部在主橫桿的下方增設一個扣件,防止扣件滑動。6 )、板的模板下部木方采用80X60硬木,鋪設在次橫桿上,間距 300mm7 )、木模板采用15mnS定形板材。木模板釘設在方木上。8 ) 、每道支撐架搭設完工,應有專人檢查驗收合格后方可使用。? 柱、墻、梁、板的支撐架安裝大樣詳見附圖。四、拆除方案? 1 、支撐架拆除前應由項目經理或單位工程負責人召集有關人員對工程進行全面檢查,結構混凝土強度達到拆除模板

29、要求,報監理公司審查批準后,方可拆除。? 2 、拆除支撐架,應有專人負責。?3、拆除支撐架時應分段拆除,先拆除板的支撐,后拆除梁的支撐;先拆除縱橫桿,后拆除立桿;先拆除側模板,后拆除底模板;?4、拆下的桿件與零件和模板,應分堆 ( 零配件裝入容器內), 用平臺和吊車向上搬運。?5、拆下的桿件與零配件和模板運到地面時,應隨時分品種、分規格堆放整齊,妥善保管。五、安全技術措施? 1 、搭拆支撐架必須進行安全知識教育和安全技術交底。? 2 、搭拆支撐架時,工人必須戴好安全帽,佩好安全帶,工具及零配件要放在工具袋內,穿防滑鞋工作,袖口、褲口要扎緊。? 3、搭設支撐架起步時應設臨時剪刀撐及臨時支撐,搭設

30、高度超過 3M時,在中間設置操作平臺,操作平臺鋪腳手板。?4、吊運鋼管等須專用的保險吊鉤,鋼管嚴禁單點起吊,堆放平? 5 、支撐架在搭設前,結構混凝土必須有足夠的強度。9 、結構層澆混凝土時,結構層下必須有二層的支撐架。或支撐架下的混凝土強度達到100%。10 、嚴禁支撐架與腳手架連接。8、嚴格按照施工方案和操作規程搭設和拆除。六、支撐架的計算1、計算依據建筑施工扣件式鋼管腳手架安全技術規范(JGJ 1302001)建筑結構荷載規范(GB 50009-2001)2、使用參數支撐架每根立桿自重0.13KN/m(按照腳手架取值),次橫桿間距0.5M;主橫桿間距1.0M。步距h=1.8M。鋼管外徑4
