1、背向滑步推鉛球論文:背向滑步推鉛球 表面肌電圖 積分肌電圖 最后用力部分【中文摘要】研究:本文主要嘗試將肌電技術運用于背向滑步推鉛球技術動作中,從而測量出優秀鉛球運動員在整個投擲過程中所表現出來的生物電情況,對測量結果進行分析整理,得出最后用力階段主要用力肌群肌電的變化情況,為運動員在以后日常訓練中技術診斷和肌肉力量訓練提供參考,提高我國男子鉛球運動成績。研究方法:采用芬蘭產的MuscleTesierME6000便攜式8導肌電儀對10名優秀運動員進行現場完整背向滑步推鉛球過程中的肌電數據采集,運用Megawin肌電分析軟件將所得的數據進行分析整理。研究內容:鉛球運動員的最后用力階段的表面肌電圖
2、譜;各肌肉肌電活動的開始時間、結束時間、持續時間;肌肉肌電活動的均方根振幅平均值;肌肉肌電活動的積分值;所測肌肉在整個動作階段的貢獻率。研究結果:1最后用力準備部分肌電分析發現右三角肌、右斜方肌、右前脛骨肌最先參與肌肉發力,肌肉肌電活動開始順序先后為:右三角肌、右斜方肌、右前脛骨肌左股二頭肌右胸大肌、右股直肌右肱二頭肌右橈肌;右三角肌、右胸大肌、右斜方肌最后結束放電,肌肉肌電活動結束順序先后為:右肱二頭肌右股直肌左股二頭肌右橈肌、右前脛骨肌右三角肌、右胸大肌、右斜方肌;右三角肌、右斜方肌肌肉放電持續時間最長,肌肉肌電活動持續時間的長短順序為:右三角肌、右斜方肌右前脛骨肌右胸大肌、左股二頭肌右股
3、直肌右橈肌右肱二頭肌。2最后用力準備部分右三角肌、右胸大肌、右斜方肌肌電信號相對最穩定,肌肉肌電活動放電的同步化方面:右三角肌、右胸大肌、右斜方肌相對較大,右橈肌、右肱二頭肌、左股二頭肌次之,右股直肌、右前脛骨肌肌肉放電的同步化相對較低。3最后用力準備部分肌肉的貢獻率情況:右三角肌、右斜方肌、右胸大肌最大,其次是左股二頭肌、右橈肌、右前脛骨肌,最小的是右肱二頭肌、右股直肌。4最后用力加速部分肌電分析發現右三角肌、右胸大肌、右斜方肌、右前脛骨肌最先參與肌肉發力,肌肉肌電活動開始順序先后為:右三角肌、右胸大肌、右斜方肌、右前脛骨肌右股直肌右橈肌右肱二頭肌左股二頭肌;右三角肌、右胸大肌、右斜方肌、左
4、股二頭肌最后結束放電,肌肉肌電活動結束順序先后為:右前脛骨肌右肱二頭肌右橈肌右股直肌右三角肌、右胸大肌、右斜方肌、左股二頭肌;右三角肌、右胸大肌、右斜方肌肌肉放電持續時間最長,肌肉肌電活動持續時間的長短順序為:右三角肌、右胸大肌、右斜方肌右股直肌右橈肌左股二頭肌右肱二頭肌右前脛骨肌。5最后用力加速部分右三角肌、右胸大肌、右斜方肌肌電信號相對最穩定,肌肉肌電活動放電的同步化方面:右三角肌、右胸大肌、右斜方肌肌肉放電的同步化程度較高,右肱二頭肌、右橈肌次之,右股直肌、左股二頭肌、右前脛骨肌放電的同步化相對較低。6最后用力加速部分肌肉的貢獻率情況:右三角肌、右胸大肌、右斜方肌最大,其次是右肱二頭肌、
