11、stand, need小班化教學研究實施方案郎家營小學一、課題提出意義與研究價值實施“小班化教學”是素質教育的需要,素質教育的內涵有三大要義:第一是面向全體學生,第二是要全面發展,第三是讓學生主動發展?!靶“嗷虒W”尊重每個學生的個性,挖掘每個學生的潛能,讓每個學生在原有的基礎上實現最大的發展,為每一位學生平等充分的使用顯性的教育資源和享受隱性教育資源提供保障。實施“小班化教學”是實施新課程改革的現實需要。課程改革的具體目標是要改變“六個過于”,其中之一就是改變“過于強調接受學習,死記硬背,機械訓練的現狀”。 “逐步實現教材內容的呈現方式, 學生的學習方式,教師的教學方式和師生互動方式的轉變。

26、教育改革新的探索熱點。二、課題研究的理論支撐1 .教育均等的理念教育均等是指社會中的任何成員都享有均等參與學習和受教育的權利。義務教育作為法定教育,更要體現教育均等的思想。小班化教學為每一個學生的充分發展,為他們在課堂上動腦、動口、動手提供了更為廣闊的空間, “把課堂還給學生, 讓課堂充滿活力”, 使 “教育好每一個學生”目標的實施得到更有力的保證。教育均等的理念無疑是小班化教學的理論支撐之一。2 .以人為本的理念學生是有能動性的、有學習愿望的、有實踐能力。以人為本的教育強調以學生為本位,以為學生的可持續發展奠定基礎為目標,在傳授知識、技能的同時,更注重學生思維的參與與內驅力的調動。建立在現代

Person in nee d ofcare,y ou needtounderstand, need人格、 興趣愛好等方面均存在著差異的活生生的人,因此必須針對每個學生的特點施行切合實際的教育,使每一個體在各自原有的基礎上得到不同程度的發展與提高。小班化教學與傳統的大班授課制相比,教師的“照顧面”明顯擴大,可以實現真正意義上的個別化教育,同時也需要教師更全面深入地了解學生的個性差異,在尊重學生主體選擇基礎上,努力實現全員全程分類教學,在教學設計、課堂教學過程、作業批改、教學評價等各環節實施因材施教。小班化教

41、學必須遵循因材施教這一教學原則。三、概念的界定1 .小班:是教育組織形式的一種空間形式,是指較少學額數下的教學班。不同國家,不同地區,不同時期的學額數有不同的界說。按當代發達國家小班教育的班級學額配置和我國的具體情況,我們認為班級學額數為20-30左右為宜。2 .小班教學:教育活動的組織方式。即在學生較少的班級中,開展教育教學活動的組織方式。3 .小班化教學:在一定教育價值論支配下實施“小班教學”的一個動態演變的過程。即在“小班”教育配置條件下,利用先進的教育理念, 追求每一個學生充分發展的教育形式。小班教學的內在屬性和特質逐漸形成和發展的過程;在一定范圍內推行“小班教學”的過程。 小班化教學
