1、合 作 項(xiàng) 目 綱 要趙祥順 Xiangshun Zhao, 1. 變速比齒條設(shè)計(jì)和制造 (用于汽車轉(zhuǎn)向機(jī)及其他特殊機(jī)構(gòu))本技術(shù)可精確產(chǎn)生變速比齒條的齒面數(shù)據(jù), 基于此數(shù)據(jù)制造精鍛摸具. 與其匹配的齒輪可是常規(guī)的直或斜齒輪. 變化的速比是由齒條的曲線齒面產(chǎn)生的. 通常用于汽車轉(zhuǎn)向機(jī), 使用此設(shè)計(jì)可獲得最優(yōu)轉(zhuǎn)向效果. 可根據(jù)要求速比設(shè)計(jì)齒條.2. 無需切齒機(jī)的直齒,斜齒,弧齒傘齒輪精鍛生產(chǎn)(用于汽車差速器,農(nóng)機(jī),工具及其它設(shè)備)工業(yè)界已有精鍛生產(chǎn)直齒傘齒輪, 但往往都離不開使用切齒機(jī)制造摸具. 本技術(shù)是用齒輪學(xué)方法產(chǎn)生齒面數(shù)據(jù)(包擴(kuò)直齒,斜齒及弧齒傘齒輪). 其優(yōu)點(diǎn)在于(1)不用投資切齒機(jī), (
2、2)便于優(yōu)化齒面, (3)高生產(chǎn)率3. 復(fù)雜斷面內(nèi)螺紋的精磨輪計(jì)算和設(shè)計(jì) (用于汽車循環(huán)球轉(zhuǎn)向機(jī)及其他線性滑塊,如坐標(biāo)儀等)可根據(jù)不同內(nèi)螺紋面設(shè)計(jì)相應(yīng)精磨輪. 由數(shù)學(xué)方法產(chǎn)生磨輪剖面曲線.
