1、中國區工程與包裝要求PET瓶連線生產的品控要求頒布日期5 2001-07-27T-31共3頁第1頁目的：明確PET瓶連線生產的品控要求，確保供我司產品使用的PET瓶符合可口可樂（中國）飲料有限公司相應的產品規格與標準。要求:所有PET瓶的連線生產，必須跟隨下列品控要求：-1.碳酸飲料用PET瓶:1丄 首檢-供瓶方品控員檢測開機調試產品，合格后經裝瓶廠具有物料進廠檢驗資格的品控人員確認，才可正式生產供瓶，項目如下:1.1丄 瓶胚型號和標簽版本、外觀、有無污染;1.12 PET瓶和標簽外觀、瓶口尺寸（使用卡板）、高度、注點容量、分段重量、塑料分布、垂直負載.快速應力開裂、分層檢查（可 口可樂瓶型）

2、；113瓶口檢查儀正常工作。12 自檢-供瓶方操作員每隔10分鐘檢查PET瓶和標簽外觀，以及瓶口檢查儀的運行狀況。13 巡檢-供瓶方品控員檢測正式產品，檢測項目和頻率如下:13.1.每1小時檢查PET瓶和標簽外觀;1.32每2小時測試瓶口尺寸（使用卡板）、分段重量;1.33每4小時測試塑料分布、垂直負載.快速應力開裂、分層檢查（可口可樂瓶型）；1.34每8小時測試高度.直徑.瓶重.注點容量。2.礦物質水用PET瓶:2丄 首檢-供瓶方品控員檢測開機調試產品，合格后經具有物料進廠檢驗資格的品控人員確認，才可正式生產供瓶，項目如下:2.1.1.瓶胚型號和標簽版本、外觀、有無污染;2.12 PET瓶和

4、生產供瓶，項目如下:3.1.1.瓶胚型號和標簽版本、外觀、有無污染;3.12 PET瓶和標簽外觀、瓶口尺寸（使用卡板）、高度、注點容量（20°C轉換）、耐熱性能.耐真空度;32 自檢-供瓶方操作員每隔10分鐘檢查PET瓶和標簽外觀。33 巡檢-供瓶方品控員檢測正式產品，檢測項目和頻率如下:331.每1小時檢查PET瓶和標簽外觀;33.2.每2小時測試瓶口尺寸（使用卡板）；333.每4小時測試塑料分布、垂直負載.側壁強度、耐熱性能、耐真空度;334每8小時測試高度.直徑.瓶重、注點容量（2CfC轉換）。4.遇下列情況，須重新進行首檢:發現以上任何項目不符合標準時，應立即停機，問題解決并

5、經檢測合格總方可供瓶;42更換吹瓶模具和發生影響吹瓶工藝的停機及停機2小時以上;43更換瓶胚（包括供應商、原料或批號的改變）。認可：姚柏齡技術拓展及事務總監簽署:5.更換標簽（包括供應商或批號的改變）,須重新檢驗標簽版本.外觀.有中國區工程與包裝要求PET瓶連線生產的品控要求頒布日期5 2001-07-27T-31共3頁第3頁6.每班結東供瓶方品控員須根據測試數據匯總COA報告。7.裝瓶廠物料進廠品控人員或具有物料進廠檢驗資格的品控人員應至少每4小時一次檢查、核對供瓶方的檢驗頻率和數據，并注明意見和簽署。如發 現問題，應立即與供瓶方溝通，釆取相應的行動。China Division Engin
