Analysis of the teaching materiali)Status and functionThis unit is aiming at talk ing about_make, acce pt and decli ne invtiationsThe materials intalki ng are mostly from the rece nt real life and

Its helpful for our study of this less on.n .Teaching methods( In this topic,I will use five-step Teaching Method and Task-based languageTeaching.I design some

8、tasks to help the students learn.I think if I want to improvethe students ' oral English,I should give them enough chances to practice and Iwill use pair work,group work to let the students take an active part in all kindsof activities.That isLearning by doing,learning by using ” .Let the studen

Pay atte nti on to their pronun ciati on and inton ati on. In this ste p the Ss are required to p ractise the Sample

16、 in p airs by read ing the dialogue aloud. This ste p is empio yed to make the Ss gras p the Sam pie .At last ril ask the Ss to thi nk hard and act it out with a partner accord ing to Sample A. At the same time let the Ss have a chance to practise their listening and sp oken ability.Ste p4Listeningp racticeAsk Ss to open their books and turn to P age_65. Look at part Jb, Explain the chart and make sure

18、 the stude nts un dersta nd the chart and what to do.Then p lay the tape for three times. For the first time the stude nts only liste n to un dersta nd the whole gen eral meaning of the con versati ons. For the sec ond time the Ss pay atte nti on to the activity in each conversation and write them.

19、For the third time the Ss pay attention to the time that the activities in each conv ersati on are done and write them dow n .Ask some Ss to write their an swers on the Bb and check them.Pur pose of my designing: It gives Ss p ractice in understanding the target language in sp oken conversations.Ste

22、cation. Another, I change the parts ' order of the text book, because this part can be delayed to the end of the class. After class, they can continue to talk about it.: ( Task-based teaching method is used here to develop Ss ' ability of communication and also their ability of co-operation
