21、application and maintenance attention 1 產品在出廠前都己經按有關標準（GB/T13927）的規定進行檢驗合格，執行裝置調試完畢。為了保證產品的使用效果，請勿隨意調整緊固件、定位裝置等。 The products are tested to be qualified according to relevant GB/T13927 before leaving factory, completion of debugging. In order to ensure the utilize effect, please do not regulate the

22、fastener and locating device. 2 閥門安裝前應做如下工作 Please carry out following work before installing the valve 要使閥體上的指示箭頭與管道介質流向一致，切不可裝反。 The indicating arrow in the valve body should be in same direction with media flow. 查驗管道法蘭是否與與閥門連接法蘭一致，安裝時要均勻擰緊螺母，法蘭密封墊片對稱效置。 Check the pipe flange is whether connected

23、with valve connection flange, tighten the nut at installation, the flange gaskets should be placed symmetrically. 認真核對使用工況與本產品的工作壓力、工作溫度、耐腐蝕性是否相附；Check the service condition is whether accord with the working pressure, temperature and anticorrosion. 檢查閥門通道和啟閉件是否附著污物，如果有的話應進行清理，清理時不得損傷密封面； Check the

24、valve channel and switch are whether annexed with dirt, please clear up if any, do not damage the seal face while cleaning. 檢查閥門各部件是否有松動或損傷； Check each part of valve is whether loosen or damage. 該閥門單向密封、90°旋轉，0°全關，90°全開，觀察閥門的啟閉位置是否與此相附。并檢查有無卡阻現象。 The valve is one-way sealed, 90o revol

27、fter installation, enable the valve on fully open status. 7 如果現場要對閥門進行檢驗應按GB13927-92或JB/T9092-99標準的規定進行；Please perform the testing according to GB13927-92 or JB/T9092-99 standard. 8 如果閥門開啟比較頻繁應定期給執行機構加注潤滑油脂； If the valve is started frequently, please lubricate the actuator periodically. 9 有關電動、執行裝置的

28、情況請參閱相對裝置制造商提供的使用說明書； Please refer to the use instruction provided by manufacturer about the motor-driven and actuating unit. 10 閥門在搬運過程中要避免碰撞，以免損傷密封面或執行機構 Avoid crashing during the course of convey, as to damage the seal surface or actuator. 11 閥門長期存放時，應放于陰涼干燥處，蝶板處于開啟5°7°位置，并將兩端封堵，然后加以覆蓋，
