1、    早期接觸臨床對醫學生職業素養培養的價值及作用分析    黃韻燁+李彥嬌+徐萍萍+黃春摘要目的 探討早期接觸臨床對醫學生職業素養培養的價值及作用。方法 選取2015年9月2016年6月的615名醫學生，將我校進行早期接觸臨床活動的441名醫學生作為實驗組，將未實施早期接觸臨床，僅采用傳統基礎理論課程的174例外校醫學生作為對照組。比較兩組醫學生的職業素養各點（對醫院的基本醫療流程認識、醫療工作內容深入認識、自身職業素養、對臨床知識和技能的掌握、病患溝通技巧）表現情況的評分及實驗組醫學生參加早期接觸臨床前后的相關認知情況，并觀察兩組醫學生對早期接觸臨
