4、gh less education budget system. therefore, the best ways to resolve this problem are increase input in rural education, complete budget management system and supporting measures. based on the perspective of equity and efficiency, take puyang county as the observation sample, by using different meth

5、ods such as observation, statistics, investigation and questionnaire survey to select 202 people do the questionnaire and visited the officer-in-charge of bureau of education of puyang city. after the research, the article has compare and analysis the result in the aspect of education expenditure, t
