1、teaching plan學校:惠東縣平山飛鵝中學設計教師:謝乃探 課題名稱:module 8 unit 1 its the last day before the new school year begins.教學年級:初二課型:listening and speaking教材版本:外研版授課時間:40分鐘一、學生分析1、本班大部分學生對英語比較感興趣,樂于參與各種調查、匯報、表演等實踐活動,有一定的綜合語言運用能力。2、到初二學年后段,學生已具備了一定的英語基礎。通過modules5,6,7的學習,學生基本掌握相關的幾種從句的形式,形成了正確使用從句的意識,為本課學習打下了基礎。二、教材分
2、析本課是該模塊的第一單元,該模塊以節假日為話題,通過聽、說、讀、寫等活動增加對中外節假日的了解,特別是對中國節假日和慶祝方式的了解。節假日與學生的的生活緊密相連,也是他們很趕興趣的話題。通過學習本課,有助于學生了解中西方文化不同,加深對中國文化的了解和對祖國的熱愛。本課涉及月份、節日、過節的方式,所以在處理教材時,讓學生介紹一個中國的節假日,達到知識拓展和遷移的目的。三、教學目標根據英語課程標準,結合學生實際和本課的課型,教學目標的核心任務是能聽懂談論節假日簡短對語,談論有關節假日和過節方式,具體目標設定為以下幾個方面:1、語言知識、技能目標:a.掌握詞匯:celebrate, labour,
3、 season, vacation, while, labour day(may day).b.能通過簡單記錄方式抓住聽力材料的細節信息。c. 能正確用英語說出日期,能夠談論中國節假日。2、情感態度目標:a.提高學習英語興趣,樹立信心,培養其積極主動參與各種語言實踐活動的學習態度。b.培養合作精神,樂于與他人分享經歷。3、學習策略目標: 通過自主探究學習、合作交流和交際過程中學習英語,完成學習任務后,學生會進一步學會探索適合自己的學習方法,積極參與課堂內外的英語活動,大膽地訓練自己的英語能力。四、教學策略本節課型為listening and speaking,根據新課標的要求,結合教材和學生特
4、點,運用情景、聽說、直觀、活動等方法創設教學情景,用“導”“引”方式去調動學生積極參與,讓學生自主探究學習、合作交流,使學生在愉快的氛圍中達到學習目標。本節課所需教具及資料:圖片、錄音機等。1、通過讓學生說出中美兩國節日,激發學生學生的好奇心,為學習新課打下伏筆。2、通過展示美國獨立日的圖片,讓學生盡可能的說或猜測,培養學生的聽、說能力。3、運用圖片,創設情景,發揮想象,創設語景,學習詞匯,并通過練習、討論等形式鞏固詞匯。4、通過聽、讀、說等多種語言活動來完成任務,達到學習和掌握語言的目的。5、通過表演、交流信息,強化運用所學知識,同時在運用過程中發展語言的能力。五、教學過程教師活動step

6、the students match the words in box a with box b.task 3. have the students show their answers.task4. read the words individually.step 3 while task(17)task 1 activity 2 play the tape for students. ask the ss to show their answers.task 2 activity 3,4 let the students read through the table in activity
7、4 and make sure they understand what they do. play the tape for the students. play the tape again. call the answers from class.let the ss practise reading the dialogue。ss act out the dialogue in pairs. the others listen and find out the points that they dont understand. then discuss any difficulty t
8、hat the ss have. ss work in pairs, asking and answering about betty and her grandpa using the following form without books.step 4 post-task(8)設計意圖用本課所學的知識,在同學之間進行采訪、交流有關他們小學的生活,對信息進行整理、匯報,這樣既鞏固了本課的重點知識,又培養了綜合運用英語的能力、自主探究能力以及合作精神,把學到的語言知識及形成的能力運用到語言實踐中。操作過程each student has a form. interview their bes

12、s.choose the best answer in avtivity5設計意圖用holiday話題引起學生的學習興趣,使課堂充滿輕松、愉快的氣氛。讓學生談論他們知道的節假日,能調動學生的學習情緒,而且能夠自然引入話題。出示掛圖,引起學生的注意力,觀察并說出圖中的節日,讓學生發揮想象,讓學生在語景中學習詞匯。本活動起到引入話題和準備詞匯的作用,為下面的聽力訓練掃清障礙。學生聽錄音,鉤出對應的時間,訓練學生辯認日期的能力。學生聽錄音并根據錄音內容回答兩個相關問題,訓練學生從聽力材料中獲取主要信息的技能。并通過有目的的聽讀訓練,在學生理解、熟悉對話的基礎上,即在聽讀“輸入”的基礎上,激發學生的“
13、說”。通過這些活動,培養學生的合作、探究精神。六、課后反思 1、教學特色和教學最成功的方面:1)全面實現了各項教學目標。使學生掌握本課的單詞和短語,掌握一般過去時的用法,能運用所學知識詢問、回答有關過去的事情和經歷。2)重點突出,形式多樣:通過pair work, group work, game, listening, speaking, reading等形式讓學生充分練習運用一般過去時的表達,從而能熟練掌握,激發興趣,使學生的互助合作精神和主動探究精神得到了充分的體現。3)“任務型教學方法”的運用,使學生成為課堂的真正主人,在課堂教學中體現“學”重于“教”,充分體現了新課標所要求的“體驗式
14、”學習的精神。如在step4中給學生布置一個任務,采訪他們好朋友的小學生活,并做報告。設計這一任務時是在學生理解課文句型的基礎上,讓他們去收集語言信息,靈活處理、運用語言,突出了綜合能力的訓練與運用。4)整體目標靈活、開放,內容由淺入深,由知識向能力過度,突出實踐能力。2、存在問題和改進措施:本節課中,老師雖然在課堂教學中訓練到學生的聽、說、讀的能力,也把學過的動詞短語等融入到課堂操練中,但在學生習得語言拓展上做得不夠,尤其對沒學過的詞匯涉及較少,可以補上一些詞匯和短語,拓展學生的知識、能力。板書設計:did tony come to china in march, 2002?no, he d
