1、電池檢驗標準1、 外觀尺寸（全檢）箱體表面清潔，沒有明顯的變形，沒有機械損傷，接觸點無腐蝕。箱體外殼所有緊固件都需要緊固，無縫隙。標簽和警告標簽應貼到正確的位置。外形尺寸 (寬*深*高):（4402mm)*(4202mm)*(882mm) 。2、 內部連接檢查（全檢）控制盒內部銅排與電器件的連接處都需要緊固，各個接插件部分要保證接線正確并且無虛接現象。3、 上電測試設備需求： 充電機1組，負載1組，GYFP48100T電池組2組，萬用表1塊，電腦1臺（上位機版本 TCVB1.3J20150828）。連接方式： 充電機和負載的正負極接到控制盒的總正總負（P+/P-），第1組電池組的正極接 P+

2、負極接 Li-，第2組電池組正極接P+ 負極接 VRLA- 。1. 電壓測試（全檢）： 控制盒上電后測量其總正總負（P+/P-）電壓，通過校準后臺監控軟件使后臺顯示電壓值與測量值相等。2. 電流測試（全檢）： 控制充電機分別輸出20A和100A的電流值，通過校準后臺監控軟件使后臺顯示電流值與測量值相等。3. 繼電器功能測試（全檢）： 分別在電池組處于充電和放電狀態，通后臺監控軟件手動切換LI和VRLA繼電器，2個電池組充放電狀態需符合繼電器切換狀態。4. 顯示功能測試（全檢）： 調節顯示器按鈕，可查找到并正確顯示電池組狀態信息。信息包括：在線模式（FP on line / VRLA on li

3、ne），電池組電壓（Batteries V），電池組電流（Batteries I），運行狀態（Run_State: Stop/Normal），SOC值，電池組單體電壓（Module Cell Voltage），電池組電芯溫度（Module Cell temperature），系統容量（Batteries Capacity），系統信息（Batteries Info），告警信息（Batt-ies Alarm Info），接觸器狀態（Contactor Status）。5. 切換功能測試（此項目只做1個完整測試）： 接通電路后以50A充電電流將系統充滿電，擱置5分鐘后，再以50A放電電流進行放電，并
