基面情況分析說明Analysis of concrete foundation今天上午我司工程部技術人員到貴司廠房現場進行了實地勘查，發現已澆筑的混凝土主要存在如下問題：After examining the concrete of your plant, we found some problems as below:1. 多處混凝土表面強度不夠，有嚴重起砂現象，稍用外力表層即會剝落。The intensity of the concrete surface is not tough enough, so sugaring of concrete appears here and there. With a little outside force, the surface layer will peel off.2 因混凝土為分倉澆筑，塊與塊之間有明顯的高低落差。窗體頂端Because of parting pouring of the concrete, theres obvious fall between the parts.窗體底端3、混凝土表面有因切縫不到位出現不規則裂縫及微裂縫：Since the seam-cutting isnt in the right place, theres irregular crack and tiny crack on the concrete surface.4、 局部修補處嚴重凹凸不平Theres serious unsmooth of local surface for the mend places.5、 局部表面浮漿嚴重Serious laitance of local surface.針對以上混凝土缺陷，在基面處理中必須要著重處理，對不平處要重點打磨找平，對起砂處要進行多次密封滲透，對裂縫處也需要進行細部處理，只有將基面處理到位才能保證成品環氧地坪的質量。According to these concrete faults, please emphasize in dealing with the concrete surface. For the unsmooth, we will polish to make them smooth, for that concrete sugaring, we will seal and infiltrate time after time; for the cracks, we will process with detail treatment. Only if the concrete surface being treated in the right way can the quality of the finished epoxy floor be guaranteed.以上內容
