But the sellers shall advise the buyers on time of such occurrence. 15. 爭議的處理Disputes Settlement所有與此合同有關的爭議應通過友好協商解決，如果協商不能解決，根據有關仲裁法則進行仲裁。仲裁應在深圳進行且其結果對雙方均有約束力，任何一方均不應向法院或其他政府部門申請以改變仲裁結果。仲裁費由負方負擔。All disputes in connection with this Contract or the execution thereof shall be settled friendly through negotiations. In case no settlement can be reached, the case shall be submitted for arbitration ，in accordance with its Rules of Arbitration. The arbitration shall take place in Shenzhen and the decision of the Arbitration Committee shall be final and binding upon both parties; neither party shall seek recourse to a law court nor other authorities to appeal for revision of the decision.
