一、重視技巧，重在積累

聽力是一種綜合語言能力，也是一項重要的語言技能。在英語交際越來越重要的今天，

"聽”扮演著非常重要的角色，因此，聽力測試也必然成為語言測試中極為重要的一部分。

但許多考生面對英語聽力都感到束手無策，無法應對，下面就談談聽力測試的一些應對技巧。

（一）消除心理障礙，樹立必勝信心

學生在進行聽力測試時主要心理障礙是過于緊張、心慌，總是擔心錄音機效果不好而影

響聽力，又怕自己聽不清和聽不懂，害怕考不好，其結果是腦海出現暫時"空白"，這種畏懼

心理直接影響測試的成績。所以，在聽力測試之前，必須具有良好的正確的應試心態，不能

過于緊張，要沉著應試，使自己充滿自信，以最佳的心理狀態去應試。為了幫助學生克服心

理障礙，樹立信心，教師在平時要讓學生多聽，針對考試題型設計聽力練習，讓學生帶著問

題去聽。長期訓練，會有助于培養學生臨場不亂的良好心理素質，以此增強自信，這樣在聽

力考試中就感到輕松自如。

（二）快速瀏覽試題，做到知己知彼，百戰不殆

由于聽力測試時間性非常強，"磁帶"不等人，所以應在試卷下發以后充分利用好錄音前

的幾分鐘時間盡快熟悉試題類型。對聽力測試題有一個總體把握，做到心中有數，以便聽時有

針對性。通過卷面所給的內容，預測命題人的意圖，猜想可能提出的問題，這樣答題時就會

得心應手。

（三）集中精力，認真審聽

學生答題時必須集中注意力，全神貫注地去傾聽，絕不容許有半點的走神和遲疑，這是

得高分的關鍵。具體要注意以下幾點：

1.聽完錄音迅速作答。把握不大的可先放下，不要讓思維滯留在疑問處，要繼續聽下去,

做到審聽與思維同步。

2.聽記結合。聽時對一些關鍵詞語，如時間、地點、人物、數字等要邊聽邊記錄，這對

答題大有幫助。

3.聽時要注意說話人的語氣、語調，這有助于理解所聽的內容。要注意所聽文章的首句

和尾句，善于捕捉關鍵信息句，以便做出正確判斷。

4.如遇到聽不懂的短文，千萬不要緊張，越緊張越聽不懂，直接影響剩下的題目作答。

遇到聽不懂的情況，可借助卷面所給的問題，幫助理解句子，判斷短文可能表達的意義。

5.特別要注意聽辨那些發音十分相近的音素。如單詞:third—thirteen—thirty;bread

—breath;句子：Isthisabus/box?等。同時還應側重數詞和計算、地點和情景、職業和

關系、肯定與否定的聽辨。

（四）不同題型，各有對策

1.做"句子理解"題時，要迅速理解四個選項的意思，準確辨別其不同之處。細聽錄音,

同時注意語句形式上的變化，如復合句變簡單句，同義句型轉換等。

2.做"對話理解"題時，要用英語思維。注意不要受漢語思維的影響，答語要考慮合乎

英美習俗和英美文化背景知識，然后再根據情景慎重作答。

3.做"短文理解"題時不需要逐詞、逐句都聽懂。只需大概了解發生的事情，特別留意

聽"六要素"：who,where,when,what,which,how,對年齡、數字、職業等具體

細節要快速筆錄。如果聽錄音前還有時間，可盡快瀏覽一下句子或選項，以便帶著問題有的

放矢地認真審聽。

（五）趁熱打鐵，及時檢查答案

聽力測試通常是放在筆試之前，這就要求學生在聽力測試結束之后，不應急于做筆試部

分，而應憑著剛剛從錄音上聽到的所有信息的短暫記憶，再次對整個聽力試卷進行一次全面

檢查。

做好聽力測試題除了要講究一定的技巧之外，還與聽者的其他方面的語言能力、文化知

識及思維能力等有著密切的聯系。因此學生除了在考試時要注意以上技巧的同時，在平時還

應加強語言知識的積累和進行大量的聽力訓練，力求全面綜合地作出正確的判斷，發揮自有

的英語聽說讀寫的能力，更好地發展英語聽力水平，客觀冷靜地面對英語聽力測試，達到最

佳效果。

二、注意功能意念知識的積累

良好聽力成績的獲得是與平時的積累與訓練分不開的。在六年級《最新英語聽力》一書

中，我們向大家介紹了不少常用的日常會話。這些會話對我們的口語交際、快速反應都有很

大的幫助。
