RentalAgreement

ThisRentalAgreement(the"Agreement")ismadeandenteredintoasof[date]byandbetweenthefollowingparties:

1.RentalProperty

TheLandlordherebyleasestotheTenant,andtheTenantherebyrentsfromtheLandlord,thepropertylocatedat[rentalpropertyaddress](the"Property").ThePropertyincludesallfixtures,fittings,andappliancesthatareprovidedwiththerental,aslistedintheinventoryattachedhereto(the"Inventory").

2.TermofLease

Theleasetermshallcommenceon[startdate]andshallexpireon[enddate].

3.RentandPayment

TheTenantshallpaytotheLandlordamonthlyrentof[amountinfigures][currency],payableinadvanceonorbeforethe[duedate]ofeachmonth.Rentshallbepaidby[paymentmethod,e.g.,banktransfertothefollowingaccount:[bankname,accountnumber,sortcode]].

4.SecurityDeposit

TheTenantshallpayasecuritydepositof[amountinfigures][currency](the"Deposit")totheLandlorduponsigningthisAgreement.TheDepositshallbeheldbytheLandlordduringthetermoftheleaseassecurityfortheTenant'sperformanceofitsobligationsunderthisAgreement.Upontheexpirationoftheleaseterm,andaftertheTenanthasvacatedthePropertyandfulfilledallofitsobligationsunderthisAgreement,theLandlordshallreturntheDeposittotheTenantwithin[numberofdays]days,lessanydeductionsfordamages,unpaidrent,orotheramountsowedbytheTenant.

5.UtilitiesandServices

TheTenantshallberesponsibleforpayingallutilities,includingbutnotlimitedtoelectricity,gas,water,andsewercharges,duringthetermofthelease.TheTenantshallalsoberesponsibleforarrangingandpayingforanyadditionalservicessuchasinternet,television,andtelephoneservices.

6.MaintenanceandRepairs

TheTenantshallkeepthePropertyclean,tidy,andingoodrepair.TheTenantshallpromptlynotifytheLandlordofanydamageornecessaryrepairstotheProperty.TheLandlordshallberesponsibleformajorrepairsandmaintenanceoftheProperty,exceptfordamagecausedbytheTenant'snegligenceormisuse.

7.UseoftheProperty

ThePropertyshallbeusedsolelyasaprivateresidencebytheTenantandtheTenant'sguests.TheTenantshallnotusethePropertyforanycommercialpurposeswithoutthepriorwrittenconsentoftheLandlord.TheTenantshallnotsubletorassigntheleasewithoutthepriorwrittenconsentoftheLandlord.

8.AlterationsandDecorations

TheTenantshallnotmakeanyalterations,additions,ordecorationstothePropertywithoutthepriorwrittenconsentoftheLandlord.IftheLandlordconsentstoanyalterationsordecorations,theTenantshallberesponsibleforrestoringthePropertytoitsoriginalconditionattheendoftheleaseterm,exceptfornormalwearandtear.

9.QuietEnjoyment

TheLandlordcovenantsandwarrantsthattheTenantshallhavequietenjoymentofthePropertyduringthetermofthelease,subjecttothetermsandconditionsofthisAgreement.

10.Termination

EitherpartymayterminatethisAgreementupon[numberofdays/months]days'writtennoticetotheotherparty.IntheeventofterminationbytheTenant,theTenantshallberesponsibleforpayingrentuptothedateofterminationandshallvacatethePropertyinthesameconditionasitwasreceived,subjecttonormalwearandtear.

11.GoverningLaw

ThisAgreementshallbegovernedbyandconstruedinaccordancewiththelawsof[country/state].

12.EntireAgreement

ThisAgreementconstitutestheentireagreementbetweenthepartieswithrespecttothesubjectmatterhereofandsupersedesallprioragreementsandunderstandings,oralorwritten,relatingtothesame.
