theeggmixture.Next,Jeffturnedonthesecondstoveburnertoheatupthefryingpan.Everythingwasgoing
smoothlyuntilJeffstartedfryingthebread.Thepanwastoohotandthebreadturnedblackwithinseconds.Jenna
threwtheburntpieceintothesinkandputintheothersliceofbread.Thistime,sheturneddownthefiresoit
cookednicely.
ThenJeffnoticedsteamshootingoutofthepotandthelidstartingtoshake.Thenextminute,theporridge
boiledoverandputoutthefire.Jennapanicked.Thankfully,Jeffstayedcalmandturnedoffthegasquickly.Butthe
stovewasamessnow.JennatoldJefftocleanitupsotheycouldcontinuetocooktherestoftheporridge.But
Jeff’shandtouchedthehotburnerandhegaveacryofpain.Jennamadehimputhishandincoldwater.Thenshe
