Type120controlvalve判斷：根據漏出的空氣的聲響來判斷。Judgment:Judgingbythesoundoftheleakingair.充氣剛開始時，列車制動主管壓力很快上升，因此，若制動主管壓縮空氣漏泄，在充氣一開始就會發出較高的漏氣聲音。Atthebeginningoftheinflation,thepressureofthetrainbrakeheadrisesquickly,soifthebrakeheadcompressedairleaks,ahighleaksoundwillbeemittedatthebeginningoftheinflation.此時，關閉截斷塞門，注意觀察制動動機的狀態，若制動機發生制動作用，可判斷為緊急二段閥密封不良，列車管壓縮空氣經此處的O形密封圈漏人大氣；Atthistime,closingtheplugdoorandpayingattentiontothestateofthebrakemotor,ifthemotorbrakeaction,itcanbejudgedthattheemergencytwosectionvalveisnotsealedandthecompressedairofthetrainpipeleaksthroughtheO-ringsealatmospherehere;若制動機部發生制動作用，還是繼續排氣，可確認滑閥漏泄。Ifthebrakeworksandcontinuetoexhaust,thevalveleakagecanbeconfirmed.如果是副風缸的壓縮空氣漏泄，漏氣聲音是漸漸增高，而且隨著副風缸充氣時間越長漏氣的聲音就越大。Ifthecompressedairofthesecondaryaircylinderleaks,thesoundofleakageisgraduallyincreasedandwiththelongerthesecondaryaircylinderisinflated,thesoundofleakageisgreater.（一）充氣時主閥排氣口漏泄Theexhaustportofthemainvalveleaksoutduringinflation原因：Reasons:滑閥密封不良，列車管壓縮空氣經滑閥漏泄；(1)heslidingvalveispoorlysealedandthecompressedairofthetrainpipeleaksthroughtheslidingvalve;滑閥或節制閥密封不良，副風缸壓縮空氣經由滑閥漏泄；(2)theslidingvalveorcontrolvalveispoorlysealedandthecompressedairoftheauxiliaryaircylinderleaksthroughtheslidingvalve;緊急二段閥密封不良，列車制動主管的壓縮空氣經緊急二段閥0形密封圈漏泄。(3)Theemergencysecond-stagevalveispoorlysealedandthecompressedairofthetrainbrakeheadleaksthroughthe0-shapedsealingringoftheemergencysecond-segmentvalve.原因是滑閥或節制閥漏泄。Thereasonistheslidingvalveorcontrolvalveleakage.滑閥室的壓縮空氣經此排人大氣。Thecompressedairoftheslidingvalvechamberisdischargedintotheatmospherehere.120型控制閥

Type120controlvalve（二）充氣時局減室排氣口漏氣（二）（Airleakagefromtheexhaustportofthechamberduringinflation）原因：Reasons:(1)先導閥漏泄；(1)pilotvalveleakage(2)緊急放風閥密封不良；(2)Theemergencyventvalveispoorlysealed;(3)緊急放風閥不落座。(3)Theemergencyventvalvedoesnotsitdown.判斷：Judgment:如果緊急閥排氣口漏泄嚴重，漏氣聲音大，可用木錘輕輕敲擊緊急閥，若漏泄停止，可判斷為緊急放風閥不落座；iftheemergencyvalveexhaustleakageisserious,theleakagesoundisloudandyoucanusethewoodenhammertogentlytapthetheemergencyvalve.iftheleakagestops,itcanbejudgedthattheemergencyventvalvedoesnotsit;若漏泄依然很大，則為緊急放風閥密封不良，閥面與閥座不密貼。Iftheleakageisstillverylarge,theemergencyventvalveispoorlysealedandthevalvesurfaceandthevalveseatarenotcloselyattached.如果緊急放風閥排氣口漏泄較小，可能為先導閥密封不良。Iftheexhaustleakageoftheemergencyventvalveissmall,thepilotvalvemaybepoorlysealed.（三）充氣時緊急閥排氣口漏泄（leakageofemergencyvalveduringinflation）120型控制閥Type120controlvalve（四）制動時制動機不發生制動作用（Thebrakingmotordoesnothavethebrakingeffect）檢查局減室排氣口是否排氣，如有排氣現象說明作用部良好；

(1)youcancheckwhethertheexhaustportexhaust,ifthereisexhaustphenomenonthatthefunctionisgood;否則，可能是主活塞膜板穿孔，制動時主活塞上下兩側不能形成壓力差。Otherwise,itmaybethatthemainpistonfilmisperforatedandthepressuredifferencecannotbeformedontheupperandlowersidesofthemainpistonduringbraking.檢查半自動緩解閥的排氣口有無漏泄，若有漏泄，則可能是排風閥密封不良。

(2)Youcancheckwhethertheventofthesemi-automaticreliefvalveleaks.Ifthereisleakage,theexhaustvalvemaybepoorlysealed.若上述情況均良好，檢查制動缸管路是否漏泄、制動缸活塞皮碗是否漏泄、制動缸活塞推桿是否彎曲或抗托別勁。

(3)Iftheaboveconditionsaregood,youcancheckwhetherthebrakecylinderpipelineisleakingandwhetherthebrakecylinderpistonleatherbowlisleakingandwhetherthebrakecylinderpistonpushrodisbentorsupportresistant.原因Reasons:主活塞膜板穿孔；(1)themainpistonfilmperforation;半自動緩解閥漏泄；(2)Semi-automaticreliefvalveleakage;制動缸不良。(3)Poorbrakecylinder判斷Judgment:120型控制閥

Type120controlvalve（五）緩解不良（Poorremission）s檢查主閥排氣口是否排氣。若排氣口排氣正常，說明主閥已經緩解，故障在制動缸。Youcancheckwhethertheexhaustportofthemainvalveisexhaust.Iftheexhaustportisnormal,itmeansthatthemainvalvehasbeenrelievedandthefaultisinthebrakecylinder.可能是由于制動缸活塞桿彎曲、緩解彈簧折斷或活塞皮碗缺油，阻力過大等造成的。Itmaybecausedbythebendingofthebrakecylinderpistonrod,thereliefspringbreak,orthelackofoilinthepistonleatherbowlandtheexcessiveresistance,etc.若主閥排氣口不排氣，故障在控制閥。Iftheexhaustportofthemainvalvedoesnotexhaust,thefaultisinthecontrolvalve.可能是主活塞膜板穿孔或滑閥阻力過大等。Itmaybethemainpistonfilmplateperforatedorslidevalveresistanceistoolarge.原因Reason:主活塞膜板穿孔；.Perationofmainpistonmembraneplate;滑閥阻力過大；Theslidevalveresistanceistoolarge;制動缸不良。Poorbrakecylinder.判斷120型控制閥
