教育科學(xué)規(guī)劃2025年度重點(diǎn)課題申報(bào)書、課題設(shè)計(jì)論證求知探理明教育,創(chuàng)新鑄魂興未來。全英文授課學(xué)位項(xiàng)目國際學(xué)生教學(xué)、管理與服務(wù)模式研究課題設(shè)計(jì)論證TitleofResearchProject:AStudyonTeaching,Management,andServiceModesforInternationalStudentsinEnglish-OnlyDegreeProgramsI.ResearchStatus,SignificanceofTopicSelection,andResearchValueResearchStatus:Inrecentyears,theglobalizationofeducationhasledtoasurgeininternationalstudentenrollmentinEnglish-onlydegreeprogramsworldwide.Whilethistrendunderscorestheimportanceofinternationalizationinhighereducation,italsoposessignificantchallengesintermsofteachingmethodologies,administrativemanagement,andsupportservicestailoredforinternationalstudents.Currentresearchinthisfieldprimarilyfocusesonlanguageproficiencyimprovement,culturaladaptationstrategies,andacademicsupportsystems.However,thereisalackofcomprehensivestudiesthatintegratetheseaspectsintoaholisticframeworkforteaching,management,andservicemodesspecificallytailoredforEnglish-onlydegreeprograms.SignificanceofTopicSelection:TheselectionofthistopiciscrucialasitaddressespressingissuesfacedbyhighereducationinstitutionsinaccommodatingandnurturinginternationalstudentswithinEnglish-onlydegreeprograms.Byexploringeffectiveteaching,management,andservicemodes,thisresearchaimstoenhancetheoveralleducationalexperienceforinternationalstudents,promoteculturalunderstandingandintegration,andultimately,strengthentheglobalcompetitivenessofparticipatinginstitutions.ResearchValue:Thevalueofthisresearchliesinitspotentialtocontributetothedevelopmentofbestpracticesininternationalstudenteducation.Byprovidingevidence-basedinsightsintoteachingmethodologies,administrativemanagement,andsupportservices,thisstudycaninformpolicy-making,curriculumdesign,andstafftraininginhighereducationinstitutions.Additionally,itseekstofosteramoreinclusiveandsupportivelearningenvironmentforinternationalstudents,ultimatelycontributingtotheiracademicsuccessandpersonalgrowth.II.ResearchObjectives,ResearchContent,andKeyViewpointsResearchObjectives:Toidentifyandanalyzecurrentteaching,management,andservicemodesinEnglish-onlydegreeprogramsforinternationalstudents.Toevaluatetheeffectivenessofthesemodesintermsofstudentsatisfaction,academicperformance,andculturaladaptation.Toproposeandvalidateinnovativeteaching,management,andservicemodelsthatenhancetheeducationalexperienceforinternationalstudents.ResearchContent:Areviewofexistingliteratureoninternationalstudenteducation,focusingonteachingmethodologies,administrativemanagement,andsupportservices.AcasestudyanalysisofselectedhighereducationinstitutionsofferingEnglish-onlydegreeprograms.Surveysandinterviewswithinternationalstudents,faculty,andadministratorstogatherdataoncurrentpracticesandstudentexperiences.Developmentandpilottestingofnewteaching,management,andservicemodels.KeyViewpoints:TheintegrationofculturallyresponsiveteachingpracticesintoEnglish-onlydegreeprogramscansignificantlyimprovestudentengagementandlearningoutcomes.Acollaborativeandstudent-centeredapproachtomanagementandservicedeliveryiscrucialforfosteringasupportiveandinclusivelearningenvironment.Continuousevaluationandrefinementofteaching,management,andservicemodesarenecessarytoadapttotheevolvingneedsofinternationalstudents.III.ResearchApproach,ResearchMethods,andInnovativeAspectsResearchApproach:Thisresearchwilladoptamixed-methodsapproach,combiningquantitativeandqualitativedatacollectionandanalysistechniques.Quantitativedatawillbecollectedthroughsurveysandanalyzedusingstatisticalsoftwaretoidentifytrendsandpatterns.Qualitativedatawillbegatheredthroughinterviewsandcasestudies,andanalyzedusingthematicanalysistoexploreunderlyingthemesandnuances.ResearchMethods:Surveymethod:Astructuredquestionnairewillbedesignedtocollectdataonstudentsatisfaction,academicperformance,andculturaladaptation.Interviewmethod:Semi-structuredinterviewswillbeconductedwithinternationalstudents,faculty,andadministratorstogatherin-depthinsightsintocurrentpracticesandpotentialimprovements.Casestudymethod:Selectedhighereducationinstitutionswillbestudiedin-depthtoanalyzetheirteaching,management,andservicemodes,andidentifybestpractices.InnovativeAspects:TheintegrationofculturallyresponsiveteachingpracticesandcollaborativemanagementandservicedeliverymodelsintoaholisticframeworkspecificallytailoredforEnglish-onlydegreeprograms.Theuseofmixed-methodsresearchtoprovideacomprehensiveunderstandingofcurrentpracticesandtovalidateproposedmodels.Theemphasisoncontinuousevaluationandrefinementofteaching,management,andservicemodestoensuretheyremainrelevantandeffectiveinadaptingtotheevolvingneedsofinternationalstudents.[Continuedinsubsequentsections][Note:SectionsIVandVwillbedetailedseparately,butbrieflyoutlinedhereforcompleteness.]IV.ResearchBasisandConditionalSafeguardsDrawingonexistingliteratureandresearchinthefieldofinternationalstudenteducation.Collaboratingwithexpertsinteaching,management,andstudentservices.Ensuringethicalconsiderationsindatacollectionandanalysis.Securinginstitutionalsupportandresourcesforresearchimplementation.V.ResearchSteps(includingphasedplans,completiontimes,researchcontent,phasedresults,andfinalresults)Phase1:Literaturereviewandpreliminaryresearchdesign(3months).Phase2:Datacollectionthroughsurveysandinterviews(6months).Phase3:Dataanalysisandpreliminarymodeldevelopment(3months).Phase4:Pilottestingofnewmodelsandrefinement(6months).Phase5:Finalanalysis,reportwriting,anddisseminationofresults(3months).Phasedresultswillincludeintermediatereports,datasummaries,andpreliminarymodelevaluations.Thefinalresultwillbeacomprehensiveresearchreportwithvalidatedteaching,management,andservi
