1.ScopeoftheContract

2.TermsandConditionsoftheContract

2.1.TheCarriershallprovidetheairtransportationservicestotheShipperinaccordancewiththeprovisionsofthisContractandtheapplicablelawsandregulations.

2.2.TheShippershallprovidetheCarrierwithallnecessaryinformation,includingbutnotlimitedto,thenature,quantity,weight,anddimensionsofthegoodstobetransported,aswellastherelevantshippingdocuments.

2.3.TheShippershallensurethatthegoodsareproperlypackaged,labeled,andpreparedfortransportationincompliancewiththerequirementsoftheCarrierandapplicablelawsandregulations.

2.4.TheCarriershallendeavortodeliverthegoodstotheShipperattheDestinationPointwithintheagreedtimeframe,butshallnotbeliableforanydelayorlossofthegoodscausedbyeventsbeyonditsreasonablecontrol.

2.5.TheCarrierreservestherighttorefusetransportationofanygoodsthatmayposearisktothesafety,health,orpropertyoftheCarrier,itsemployees,orotherpassengers.

3.RatesandPayment

3.1.TheratesfortheairtransportationservicesshallbeasagreedbetweenthepartiesandshallbeapplicabletotheshipmentspecifiedintheAirWaybill.

3.2.TheShippershallpaytheCarrierthetransportationcharges,insurancepremiums,andanyotherapplicablefeesupontheissuanceoftheAirWaybill.

3.3.Paymentshallbemadeinaccordancewiththepaymenttermsagreedbetweentheparties,whichmayincludecash,banktransfer,oranyotherformofpaymentacceptabletotheCarrier.

4.LiabilityandIndemnity

4.1.TheCarriershallbeliablefortheloss,damage,ordelayofthegoodscausedbyitsnegligenceorfailuretoperformitsobligationsunderthisContract.However,theCarrier'sliabilityshallbelimitedtotheactualvalueofthegoods,subjecttotheprovisionsofapplicablelawsandregulations.

4.2.TheShippershallindemnifyandholdtheCarrierharmlessagainstanyclaims,damages,liabilities,orexpensesarisingoutoftheShipper'sbreachofitsobligationsunderthisContract,includingbutnotlimitedto,anyclaimsmadebythirdpartiesagainsttheCarrier.

5.GoverningLawandDisputeResolution

5.2.PartyBshallhavetherighttorefusetransportationofanygoodsthatmayposearisktothesafety,health,orpropertyofitsemployeesorotherpassengers.
