Article3:EmploymentTerm

Article4:SalaryandCompensation

5.2TheEmployeemayberequiredtoworkovertimeaspertheEmployer'sreasonablerequirements.Insuchcases,theEmployeeshallbepaid[OvertimeCompensationRate]foreachhourofovertimeworked.
Article6:TerminationofEmployment
6.1EitherpartymayterminatethisContractbygiving[NoticePeriod]writtennoticetotheotherparty.

Article7:Employee's違約及限制條款
