知識JJ

知識點1命題規律

通知可分為口頭通知和書面通知。這兩種通知在格式上有較大區別：

書面通知：常見形式有一般通知、布告、海報等。時間、地點、參加者、內容及注意事項是通知的要點，應直截了

當--予以說明。一般在通知的正文上方居中寫標題Notice或Announcement。書面通知一定要有發通知的時間及落款。

口頭通知：一般沒有標題，也沒有發出通知的時間。發布口頭通知首先需說明被通知的對象，在正文前面加稱呼。

另外，口頭通知中常使用"Bequite,please!"或"Maylhaveyourattention?"或"Attention,please!"等以引起注意?？陬^通知可

以用比較隨意的語言。結束語常用"That'sail."表明通知的結束。另外結尾處常有"Thankyou."之類的客套語。

時態：通常以一般將來時為主。

人稱：以第三人稱為主，第二人稱為輔。

結構：明確是口頭通知還是書面通知。通知的對象、事由、時間、地點等。語言應簡潔明了，條理清晰，要求明確，特

別是時間概念很重要，必須寫得十分明確，不能含糊不清。

第一段：審題并確定是口頭通知還是書面通知。一

第二段：詳述通知的核心部分，包含所有重要信息。

第三段：結尾可以提出期望或要求。書面通知注明發布通知的單位名稱或個人姓名。
