前言
本文件按照GB/T1.1—2020《標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化工作導(dǎo)則第1部分:標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化文件的結(jié)構(gòu)和起草規(guī)則》的規(guī)
定起草。
本文件代替GB/T26050—2010《硬質(zhì)合金X射線熒光測(cè)定金屬元素含量熔融法》。與
GB/T26050—2010相比,除結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整和編輯性改動(dòng)外,主要技術(shù)變化如下:
a)更改了Cr、Fe、Ni、Ta、Ti、V的測(cè)定范圍(見(jiàn)第1章,2010年版的第2章);
b)更改了原理(見(jiàn)第4章,2010年版的第3章);
c)刪除了試劑無(wú)水過(guò)氧化鋇、無(wú)水碳酸鋇、無(wú)水四硼酸鈉(見(jiàn)2010年版的5.1、5.2);
d)增加了試劑無(wú)水四硼酸鋰+偏硼酸鋰混合熔劑(見(jiàn)6.2);
e)更改了脫模劑(見(jiàn)6.6,2010年版的5.6);
f)增加了“瓷舟、天平”(見(jiàn)7.8、7.9);
g)增加了灼燒系數(shù)的計(jì)算(見(jiàn)9.4);
h)更改了試驗(yàn)步驟(見(jiàn)第9章,2010年版的第8章);
i)增加了試驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)處理(見(jiàn)第10章);更改了數(shù)值修約規(guī)則(見(jiàn)第10章,2010年版的11.2);
j)增加了“允許差”,刪除了偏差(見(jiàn)第11章,2010年版的11.1)。

1范圍
本文件描述了熔融后測(cè)定硬質(zhì)合金中鈷、鉻、鐵、錳、鉬、鈮、鎳、鉭、鈦、釩、鎢和鋯含量的
X射線熒光光譜法,難熔金屬碳化物中金屬元素含量的測(cè)定也可參照?qǐng)?zhí)行。
本文件適用于鈮、鉭、鈦、釩、鎢和鋯的碳化物及用這些碳化物合成的預(yù)燒結(jié)和燒結(jié)硬質(zhì)合金中
鈷、鉻、鐵、錳、鉬、鈮、鎳、鉭、鈦、釩、鎢和鋯含量的測(cè)定,各元素測(cè)定范圍見(jiàn)表1。
