5.Warranty

6.ExceptionsandLimitations

TheSellershallnotbeliableforanyexceptionsorlimitationssetforthintheattachedScheduleF.ThepartiesagreethattheaggregateliabilityoftheSellerunderthisAgreementshallnotexceedthetotalpurchasepricefortheProducts.

7.Termination

EitherpartymayterminatethisAgreementuponwrittennoticetotheotherpartyiftheotherpartybreachesanymaterialtermorconditionofthisAgreementandfailstocuresuchbreachwithin[CurePeriod]afterreceiptofwrittennoticethereoffromtheterminatingparty.

8.GoverningLawandDisputeResolution
