進行相應的輔導，以滿足不同層次的學生的需求，避免了一刀切的弊

端，同時加大了后進生的輔導力度。對后進生的輔導，并不限于學習

知識性的輔導，更重要的是學習思想的輔導，要提高后進生的成績，

首先要解決他們心結，讓他們意識到學習的重要性和必要性，使之對

學習萌發興趣。要通過各種途徑激發他們的求知欲和上進心，讓他們

意識到學習并不是一項任務，也不是一件痛苦的事情。而是充滿樂趣

的。從而自覺的把身心投放到學習中去。這樣，后進生的轉化，就由

原來的簡單粗暴、強制學習轉化到自覺的求知上來。使學習成為他們

自我意識力度一部分。在此基礎上，再教給他們學習的方法，提高他

們的技能。并認真細致地做好查漏補缺工作。后進生通常存在很多知

識斷層，這些都是后進生轉化過程中的拌腳石，在做好后進生的轉化

工作時，要特別注意給他們補課，把他們以前學習的知識斷層補充完

整，這樣，他們就會學得輕松，進步也快，興趣和求知欲也會隨之增

加。本學期我們兩個班的后進生的成績在期末考試中都有很大的進

步，大部分孩子都上了90分，我們二年級的武佳偉同學在這次考試

6、本學期我還參加了學校組織的課題研究活動，我的課題是〃關于低

年級解決問題教學的思考〃圍繞這個課題我在教學工作中認真研究，

積極實踐把我的想法及時應用到我的課堂教學中，并且還積極參加了

學校組織的課題研究匯報課的展示。經過一個學期的實踐總結了一些

方法，并且我所帶的兩個班的學生解決問題的能力都有所提高，在這

次期末考試中兩個班的學生在解決問題上的失分情況明顯減少。尤其

是一年級只有六個學生在這方面失分，還是由于粗心列對算式算錯得

所以工作起來還算比較順利。培優扶差是一個學期教學工作的重頭

干部是老師的左右手，所以我把培養得力的班干部作為班主任工作的

一項重要內容。我培養了兩位得力的班長。這些班干部能把班的學習

和紀律管好，為我減輕負擔。我為他們定出要爭取每星期都拿文明班

的目標，各施其責。還常給班干定時開會，了解他們工作的情況，鼓

勵他們大膽開展工作。使班干能在同學中樹立起威信，成為同學學習

的榜樣。在他們的努力下，班務工作能正常開展，本班這學期也只有

兩次沒有取得文明班的稱號。這個班本學期的插班生很多，有六個，

加上原來的一共有13個，全是男生，并且來自不同的省份，語言溝

通和學習習慣的參差就最令我頭疼。他們連上課的基本要求都沒養

成，并且有幾個象XXX、XXX等是最調皮的。特別是XXX,這個小孩

特別好奇、好動。上學期天天都要跟同學打上幾場架，我唯有苦口婆

心地跟他做思想工作，慢慢把他轉化，今個學期打架違紀的現象大大

減少了，上課能遵守紀律，并且非常積極回答問題，學習成績也優秀。

但還是不時出現一些消極的思想。為了把班的常規工作搞好，我每天

都堅持早上七點三十分前、中午一時四十分前就到校，回到學校的第

一件事就是到班上了解學生的早讀、午讀等情況，對學生進行晨會教

育。經過一個的努力，我們班的各項常規工作像早讀、衛生、課堂紀
