本學期我繼續以學校的兩條〃高壓線〃和師德規范為準繩嚴格要求自

己。認真貫徹學校的各項規章制度,本學期我通過電話、短信、家長

會等形式與家長溝通,進行友好交往,對家長提出必要的要求,并介

紹一些教育孩子的方法、經驗,不僅溝通信息還增進了情感的交流。

和家長的關系相處融洽。孩子進步了,家長也來向我致謝。我對孩子

的一片愛心不僅贏得了孩子對我的愛,也贏得了家長的信任、鼓勵和

生當作與自己地位平等的人來看待,當學生犯錯誤時,或學習不用心

時,耐心教導對學生動之以情,曉之以理,激發他們的自尊心,上進

的勇氣。這樣調動了學生進取的積極性。使其形成良好的學風。因此

我所帶的兩個班的孩子學習數學的積極性都很高。我還配合班主任組

織各種集體活動,積極參加學校組織的各項活動,豐富了學生的課內

外生活,使學生的個性得到充分、自由、全面、自主、健康的發展。

本學期我擔任一年級三班和二年級三班的數學教學工作,為了提高我

自身的專業素質,我在教學方面認真鉆研努力學習,主要從以下幾方

及時間安排都作了詳細的記錄,認真寫好教案。每一課都做到〃有備

而來〃,每堂課都在課前做好充分的準備,并制作各種利于吸引學生

注意力的有趣教具,課后及時對該課作出總結,寫好教學后記,并認

真按搜集每課書的知識要點,歸納成集。(1.Preparelessons

口、動手、動腦盡量多;同時在每一堂課上都盡量考慮每一個層次的

學生學習需求和學習能力,讓各個層次的學生都得到提高。現在學生

普遍反映喜歡上數學課。有家長和我聯系是說感覺到孩子學習數學的

3、虛心請教其他老師。在教學上,有疑必問。本學期在學校的關心

下,在學校〃青藍工程,師徒結對〃的活動中,我與武巧變老師結成了

師徒對子。在武老師的指導下在本學期的教學工作有了一些進步。在

各個章節的學習上都積極征求武老師的意見,學習她的方法,同時一,

多聽課,做到邊聽邊講,學習別人的優點,克服自己的不足,并常常

邀請其他老師來聽課,征求他們的意見,改進工作。(3.Askother

力求每一次練習都起到最大的效果。同時對學生的作業批改及時、認

真,分析并記錄學生的作業情況,將他們在作業過程出現的問題作出

分類總結,進行透切的評講,并針對有關情況及時改進教學方法,做

5、做好課后輔導工作,注意分層教學。在課后,為不同層次的學生

進行相應的輔導,以滿足不同層次的學生的需求,避免了一刀切的弊

端,同時加大了后進生的輔導力度。對后進生的輔導,并不限于學習

知識性的輔導,更重要的是學習思想的輔導,要提高后進生的成績,

首先要解決他們心結,讓他們意識到學習的重要性和必要性,使之對

學習萌發興趣。要通過各種途徑激發他們的求知欲和上進心,讓他們

意識到學習并不是一項任務,也不是一件痛苦的事情。而是充滿樂趣

的。從而自覺的把身心投放到學習中去。這樣,后進生的轉化,就由

原來的簡單粗暴、強制學習轉化到自覺的求知上來。使學習成為他們

自我意識力度一部分。在此基礎上,再教給他們學習的方法,提高他

們的技能。并認真細致地做好查漏補缺工作。后進生通常存在很多知

識斷層,這些都是后進生轉化過程中的拌腳石,在做好后進生的轉化

工作時,要特別注意給他們補課,把他們以前學習的知識斷層補充完

整,這樣,他們就會學得輕松,進步也快,興趣和求知欲也會隨之增

加。本學期我們兩個班的后進生的成績在期末考試中都有很大的進

步,大部分孩子都上了90分,我們二年級的武佳偉同學在這次考試

underachieversusuallyhavemanyknowledgegaps.Thesearethe

footstonesintheconversionprocessoftheunderachievers.

Whendoingagoodjobinthetransformationofthe

underachievers,payspecialattentiontogivingthem

supplementarylessonsandcompletethegapsintheirprevious

knowledge.Inthisway,Theywilllearneasily,makeprogress

quickly,andincreasetheirinterestandcuriosity.This

semester,thescoresoftheunderachieversinourtwoclasses

havemadegreatprogressinthefinalexam.Mostofthechildren

scored90points.Oursecond-yearstudentWuJiaweialsoscored

99.5pointsinthisexam.)

6、本學期我還參加了學校組織的課題研究活動,我的課題是〃關于低

年級解決問題教學的思考〃圍繞這個課題我在教學工作中認真研究,

積極實踐把我的想法及時應用到我的課堂教學中,并且還積極參加了

學校組織的課題研究匯報課的展示。經過一個學期的實踐總結了一些

方法,并且我所帶的兩個班的學生解決問題的能力都有所提高,在這

次期末考試中兩個班的學生在解決問題上的失分情況明顯減少。尤其

是一年級只有六個學生在這方面失分,還是由于粗心列對算式算錯得

學習別人的長處,領悟其中的教學藝術。平時還虛心請教有經驗的老

師。每上的一節課,我都做好充分的準備,我的信念是一決不打無準

這學期主要擔任二年級兩個班的數學、思想品德的教學及其中一個班

的班主任工作。因為已經接手第二學期,學生的思想、學習以及家庭

情況等我都一清二楚,并且教材經過上學期的摸索,對教材比較熟悉,

所以工作起來還算比較順利。培優扶差是一個學期教學工作的重頭

戲,因為一個班級里面總存在幾個尖子生和后進生。對于后進生,我

總是給予特殊的照顧,首先是課堂上多提問,多巡視,多輔導。然后

是在課堂上對他們的點滴進步給予大力的表揚,課后多找他們談心、

交朋友,使他們懂得老師沒有把他們〃看扁〃,樹立起他們的信心和激

發他們學習數學的興趣。最后是發動班上的優生自愿當后進生們的輔

導老師,令我欣慰的是優生們表現出非常的踴躍,我問他們為什么那

么喜歡當輔導老師,他們說:〃老師都那么有信心他們會學好,我們

同樣有信心。〃〃我相信在我的輔導下,他一定有很大的進步。〃〃我想

在班主任工作方面,我非常重視學生的思想教育工作。通過班會、晨

會、思想品德課及結合各科教材對學生進行愛祖國、愛人民、愛集體、

愛老動、愛學習等的思想教育。使學生能養成良好的班風、學風。班

干部是老師的左右手,所以我把培養得力的班干部作為班主任工作的

一項重要內容。我培養了兩位得力的班長。這些班干部能把班的學習

和紀律管好,為我減輕負擔。我為他們定出要爭取每星期都拿文明班

的目標,各施其責。還常給班干定時開會,了解他們工作的情況,鼓

勵他們大膽開展工作。使班干能在同學中樹立起威信,成為同學學習

的榜樣。在他們的努力下,班務工作能正常開展,本班這學期也只有

兩次沒有取得文明班的稱號。這個班本學期的插班生很多,有六個,

加上原來的一共有13個,全是男生,并且來自不同的省份,語言溝

通和學習習慣的參差就最令我頭疼。他們連上課的基本要求都沒養

成,并且有幾個象XXX、XXX等是最調皮的。特別是XXX,這個小孩

特別好奇、好動。上學期天天都要跟同學打上幾場架,我唯有苦口婆

心地跟他做思想工作,慢慢把他轉化,今個學期打架違紀的現象大大

減少了,上課能遵守紀律,并且非常積極回答問題,學習成績也優秀。

但還是不時出現一些消極的思想。為了把班的常規工作搞好,我每天

都堅持早上七點三十分前、中午一時四十分前就到校,回到學校的第

一件事就是到班上了解學生的早讀、午讀等情況,對學生進行晨會教

育。經過一個的努力,我們班的各項常規工作像早讀、衛生、課堂紀
