···································································71Addition:ExplanationofProvisions······································································721總則1.0.1為適應(yīng)我國城市軌道交通工程建設(shè)的需要,規(guī)范城市軌道交通綜合監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)工程的設(shè)計、施工與質(zhì)量驗收,提高我國城市軌道交通自動化的技術(shù)水平,制定本規(guī)范。1.0.2本規(guī)范適用于新建、改建、擴建的城市軌道交通綜合監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)工程的設(shè)計、施工與質(zhì)量驗收。1.0.3城市軌道交通綜合監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)工程技術(shù)除應(yīng)執(zhí)行本規(guī)范外,尚應(yīng)符合國家現(xiàn)行有關(guān)標準的規(guī)定。

2術(shù)語2.0.1城市軌道交通綜合監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)integratedsupervisionandcontrolsystem對城市軌道交通線路中機電設(shè)備進行監(jiān)控的分層分布式計算機集成系統(tǒng)。2.0.2 集成子系統(tǒng)integratedsubsystem完全集成在綜合監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)中的自動化系統(tǒng),其功能都由綜合監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)實現(xiàn),是綜合監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的一部分。2.0.3 互聯(lián)系統(tǒng)interconnectedsystem與城市軌道交通綜合監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)通過外部接口進行信息交互的、獨立運行的自動化系統(tǒng)。2.0.4 線網(wǎng)調(diào)度指揮系統(tǒng)linenetworkcoordinationcommandsystem對城市軌道交通各線路進行全線網(wǎng)調(diào)度指揮和協(xié)同管理的系統(tǒng)。2.0.5 模式控制modecontrol綜合監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)在事件觸發(fā)或狀態(tài)觸發(fā)下,執(zhí)行的一個控制序列或控制預(yù)案。2.0.6 阻塞模式obstructedmode綜合監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)接收列車自動監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)提供的列車阻塞信息,并根據(jù)列車阻塞位置情況自動啟動對應(yīng)的控制模式,也可采用手動控制方式啟動對應(yīng)的控制模式。2.0.7 火災(zāi)模式firemode當(dāng)城市軌道交通火災(zāi)自動報警系統(tǒng)發(fā)出確認的火災(zāi)報警信息,綜合監(jiān)控接口系統(tǒng)進入消防聯(lián)動控制和運行。2.0.8 綜合監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)軟件平臺integratedsupervisionandcontrolsystemsoftwareplatform可對城市軌道交通各專業(yè)自動化系統(tǒng)進行集成與互聯(lián)、可進行持續(xù)開發(fā)和擴展功能的具有開放架構(gòu)的軟件。2.0.9點到點測試point-to-pointtest綜合監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)工程中,檢查接口系統(tǒng)數(shù)據(jù)庫對應(yīng)關(guān)系正確性的測試。2.0.10端到端測試end-to-endtest綜合監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)工程中,檢查接口從綜合監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)人機界面經(jīng)接入系統(tǒng)至現(xiàn)場設(shè)備數(shù)據(jù)傳送正確性的測試。2.0.11綜合聯(lián)調(diào)integratedtest綜合監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)與一個或多個互聯(lián)系統(tǒng)進行的聯(lián)合調(diào)試。

3基本規(guī)定3.0.1 綜合監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)設(shè)計應(yīng)滿足線路運營控制中心調(diào)度、車站和車輛基地值班員、系統(tǒng)和設(shè)備維修人員的使用要求。3.0.2 綜合監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)應(yīng)實現(xiàn)行車和行車指揮、機電設(shè)備監(jiān)控和管理、防災(zāi)和安全、乘客服務(wù)、系統(tǒng)維修和管理、能耗管理功能,應(yīng)與運營管理模式相適應(yīng),滿足城市軌道交通運營和管理整體功能的需求。3.0.3綜合監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)應(yīng)采用集成和互聯(lián)方式構(gòu)建,集成和互聯(lián)的范圍應(yīng)符合下列規(guī)定:1應(yīng)將電力監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)、環(huán)境與設(shè)備監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)集成到綜合監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)中;2宜將火災(zāi)自動報警系統(tǒng)、列車自動監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)、屏蔽門、防淹門集成到綜合監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)中;3應(yīng)將視頻監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)、廣播系統(tǒng)、乘客信息系統(tǒng)、自動售檢票系統(tǒng)、門禁系統(tǒng)、時鐘系統(tǒng)等互聯(lián)到綜合監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)。3.0.4 綜合監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)宜采用通信處理機接入互聯(lián)系統(tǒng)。3.0.5 綜合監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計應(yīng)符合下列規(guī)定:1應(yīng)滿足集中監(jiān)控和管理、分層分布式控制、資源共享的要求;2系統(tǒng)構(gòu)成、硬件配置及軟件編制應(yīng)滿足運營功能和性能參數(shù)指標的要求;3應(yīng)滿足安全性、可靠性、可維護性、可擴展性的要求,并應(yīng)滿足分期實施、線路延伸及用戶業(yè)務(wù)不斷發(fā)展需求;4應(yīng)采用可靠性措施,關(guān)鍵設(shè)備應(yīng)采用冗余配置,宜根據(jù)運營安全性需要設(shè)置后備或災(zāi)備系統(tǒng),系統(tǒng)應(yīng)滿足故障或災(zāi)害不擴散、不傳播的要求。3.0.6 綜合監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)應(yīng)實現(xiàn)正常、阻塞、故障、火災(zāi)、公共災(zāi)害和維護等運行工況控制模式的要求。3.0.7 綜合監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)設(shè)計和設(shè)備選型應(yīng)滿足城市軌道交通環(huán)境條件與電磁兼容性要求。3.0.8綜合監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)應(yīng)實現(xiàn)遠程故障診斷、遠程維護、軟件遠程編程和下載功能。3.0.9 綜合監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)應(yīng)實現(xiàn)重要控制對象的遠程手動控制功能,車站控制室綜合后備盤上應(yīng)根據(jù)運營需求集中設(shè)置集成和互聯(lián)系統(tǒng)的手動后備控制裝置。3.0.10 綜合監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)及其集成子系統(tǒng)應(yīng)采用統(tǒng)一的軟件平臺、統(tǒng)一的人機界面、統(tǒng)一的命名和編碼規(guī)則,并應(yīng)建立統(tǒng)一的系統(tǒng)接口標準。3.0.11綜合監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)宜為全自動駕駛提供技術(shù)支撐,宜接入電力、機電、信號、通信、車輛專業(yè)信息,實現(xiàn)正常及故障情況下的多專業(yè)聯(lián)動。3.0.12綜合監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)應(yīng)實現(xiàn)采集能源計量信息、進行統(tǒng)計分析、并制定統(tǒng)計報表功能。3.0.13綜合監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)針對主要耗能對象宜實現(xiàn)節(jié)能監(jiān)控和管理。3.0.14綜合監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的信息安全應(yīng)符合現(xiàn)行國家標準《工業(yè)控制系統(tǒng)信息安全》GB/T30976的規(guī)定,宜按照信息安全等級三級保護進行設(shè)計、工程實施和驗收。3.0.15綜合監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)施工與質(zhì)量驗收應(yīng)分兩個階段進行。第一階段應(yīng)包括施工安裝及驗收;第二階段應(yīng)包括系統(tǒng)調(diào)試和系統(tǒng)驗收。3.0.16綜合監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)施工安裝范圍應(yīng)包含系統(tǒng)設(shè)備及安裝材料的施工準備、管線敷設(shè)、設(shè)備安裝、線纜端接及設(shè)備上電等工序。3.0.17綜合監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的施工安裝及驗收應(yīng)按現(xiàn)行國家標準《建筑工程施工質(zhì)量驗收統(tǒng)一標準》GB50300劃分單位工程、分部工程、分項工程和檢驗批,并宜符合下列規(guī)定:1綜合監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)宜作為一個單位工程;2控制中心、車站、車輛基地等站點宜作為分部工程;3站點綜合監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的各集成子系統(tǒng)及互聯(lián)系統(tǒng)宜作為分項工程;4管線敷設(shè)、設(shè)備安裝、電源與接地等安裝工序宜作為檢驗批。3.0.18綜合監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的系統(tǒng)調(diào)試范圍應(yīng)包括單機調(diào)試、集成子系統(tǒng)調(diào)試、互聯(lián)系統(tǒng)調(diào)試。3.0.19綜合監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的系統(tǒng)驗收范圍應(yīng)包括功能驗收和性能驗收,系統(tǒng)功能驗收應(yīng)包括中央級系統(tǒng)功能驗收、車站級系統(tǒng)功能驗收。3.0.20系統(tǒng)驗收步驟應(yīng)分為過程驗收、預(yù)驗收和竣工驗收,驗收內(nèi)容應(yīng)依據(jù)設(shè)計要求進行。3.0.21工程所用設(shè)備、裝置、材料均應(yīng)現(xiàn)場檢查,其規(guī)格、型號、數(shù)量應(yīng)符合設(shè)計要求,附件、備件和技術(shù)文件應(yīng)齊全,并應(yīng)有出廠合格證。3.0.22工程所用設(shè)備、裝置、材料的儲存環(huán)境和方法及裝卸搬運方式應(yīng)符合產(chǎn)品說明書的規(guī)定,安裝位置和安裝方式應(yīng)符合設(shè)計要求及產(chǎn)品說明書的要求。3.0.23工程安裝調(diào)試、驗收使用的儀器儀表應(yīng)按有關(guān)規(guī)定具有檢驗合格證,計量器具應(yīng)標定后使用并應(yīng)保證使用時在標定有效期內(nèi)。

4系統(tǒng)功能4.1基本功能4.1.1綜合監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)應(yīng)滿足正常模式、災(zāi)害模式、阻塞模式、故障模式的聯(lián)動控制要求。觸發(fā)聯(lián)動控制的條件包括事件觸發(fā)、時間觸發(fā)、人工觸發(fā)方式。4.1.2綜合監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)應(yīng)具有模式控制、順控及點控功能。4.1.3綜合監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)應(yīng)具備對各級設(shè)備的自診斷功能。4.1.4綜合監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)應(yīng)具有時鐘同步功能。4.1.5綜合監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)應(yīng)具備監(jiān)視、控制與調(diào)節(jié)、參數(shù)設(shè)置功能。4.1.6綜合監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)宜具有事件回放、運營數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計和決策支持等運營輔助管理功能。4.1.7綜合監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)應(yīng)實現(xiàn)所集成系統(tǒng)的中央級和車站級的全部運營管理、設(shè)備監(jiān)控功能。4.1.8綜合監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)應(yīng)具有權(quán)限管理功能。應(yīng)具有集中統(tǒng)一的用戶注冊管理功能,并應(yīng)根據(jù)注冊用戶的權(quán)限,提供權(quán)限范圍內(nèi)的功能。使用權(quán)限級別應(yīng)具有系統(tǒng)管理級、運營操作級和瀏覽級。控制級別手動應(yīng)高于自動。設(shè)備的控制優(yōu)先級從高到低依次為就地級、車站/所級和中心級。4.1.9系統(tǒng)配置中的冗余設(shè)備之間應(yīng)實現(xiàn)無擾動自動切換。4.1.10綜合監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的功能要求應(yīng)符合下列規(guī)定:1應(yīng)具有全面的監(jiān)視功能,通過友好的監(jiān)視畫面,監(jiān)視監(jiān)控對象的狀態(tài)、參數(shù)及運行過程。2應(yīng)具有完善的綜合報警和報警管理功能,并應(yīng)提供畫面和聲光報警。報警應(yīng)能分級,一級報警宜具有推圖功能。報警信息應(yīng)能分類按時序顯示。報警宜提供導(dǎo)出到文件的功能。3應(yīng)具有完善的事件管理功能,應(yīng)能在線查看實時和歷史事件。事件宜提供導(dǎo)出到文件的功能。4.1.11綜合監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的功能要求應(yīng)符合下列規(guī)定:1應(yīng)具有文件和報表管理、生成和打印功能。常用報表應(yīng)包含報警報表、事件報表、數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計報表、各種日志報表等。被授權(quán)的用戶可定制報表及報表格式。2應(yīng)具有對各類操作、事件、報警、日志、歷史數(shù)據(jù)和文件進行記錄、保存、歸檔和查詢功能。3應(yīng)具有歷史數(shù)據(jù)管理功能,可對歷史數(shù)據(jù)記錄進行處理、分析、統(tǒng)計和存檔。4應(yīng)具有在線、離線的配置組態(tài)功能。5應(yīng)具有網(wǎng)絡(luò)管理功能,實現(xiàn)網(wǎng)絡(luò)管理、配置管理、網(wǎng)絡(luò)監(jiān)控、故障報告、性能管理、安全管理、事件記錄、參數(shù)調(diào)整、創(chuàng)建、編輯和刪除數(shù)據(jù)庫等操作。6應(yīng)具有設(shè)備維護維修管理功能,實現(xiàn)設(shè)備運行的監(jiān)視和維修、維護工作的管理,提供維護維修計劃、維護維修工單和設(shè)備臺賬等。7應(yīng)具有培訓(xùn)管理系統(tǒng)功能,實現(xiàn)系統(tǒng)運行管理、操作、日常維護、故障排除等業(yè)務(wù)的培訓(xùn)。培訓(xùn)管理系統(tǒng)可在線和離線運行并應(yīng)具有相同的人機界面及功能。8應(yīng)具有系統(tǒng)備份和恢復(fù)功能。4.1.12綜合監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)應(yīng)根據(jù)用戶權(quán)限提供相應(yīng)的控制操作功能。4.1.13綜合監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)應(yīng)提供操作提示功能。4.2基本功能4.2.1綜合監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)中央級的綜合功能應(yīng)符合下列規(guī)定:1應(yīng)對全線監(jiān)控對象的狀態(tài)、參數(shù)數(shù)據(jù)進行實時收集及處理,并應(yīng)在各調(diào)度員工作站和綜合顯示屏以圖形、圖像等形式顯示。2應(yīng)通過自動或人工方式向全線被監(jiān)控對象或系統(tǒng)發(fā)送控制命令。3應(yīng)提供統(tǒng)一的、多層次的監(jiān)控顯示及操作。4應(yīng)提供全系統(tǒng)的網(wǎng)絡(luò)狀態(tài)圖。網(wǎng)絡(luò)狀態(tài)圖應(yīng)顯示系統(tǒng)主要設(shè)備的運行狀態(tài)和網(wǎng)絡(luò)通斷狀態(tài)。5應(yīng)提供全線各區(qū)域、各系統(tǒng)之間的聯(lián)動功能。6應(yīng)設(shè)有與線網(wǎng)調(diào)度指揮系統(tǒng)的接口。4.2.2綜合監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)中央級的電力監(jiān)控功能應(yīng)符合下列規(guī)定:1應(yīng)提供動態(tài)顯示的供電系統(tǒng)圖、變電所主接線圖、牽引網(wǎng)供電分段示意圖、順控等用戶畫面,以及變電所盤面圖;2應(yīng)實時顯示變電所主要電流、電壓、功率、電量信息;3應(yīng)在綜合顯示屏指定區(qū)域顯示全線的一次接線圖;4應(yīng)實現(xiàn)對全線遙控對象的遙控。遙控種類應(yīng)分選點式、選站式、選線式控制;5應(yīng)實現(xiàn)多站并發(fā)順序控制;6應(yīng)實現(xiàn)對全線供電系統(tǒng)設(shè)備運行狀態(tài)的實時監(jiān)視、故障報警和保護復(fù)歸;7應(yīng)實現(xiàn)運行狀態(tài)和故障信息的記錄、畫面顯示及打印功能;8應(yīng)實現(xiàn)電能統(tǒng)計日報、月報的制表及打印功能;9應(yīng)實現(xiàn)實時趨勢顯示功能;10宜實現(xiàn)故障錄波顯示功能。4.2.3綜合監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)中央級的環(huán)境與設(shè)備監(jiān)控功能,應(yīng)符合下列規(guī)定:1應(yīng)提供系統(tǒng)總貌和工況圖畫面。系統(tǒng)總貌和工況圖畫面應(yīng)包括車站綜合畫面、車站機電設(shè)備分類畫面、環(huán)境與設(shè)備監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)模式控制畫面、環(huán)境與設(shè)備監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)模式列表;2應(yīng)能監(jiān)視全線各車站的通風(fēng)與空調(diào)系統(tǒng)、給排水系統(tǒng)、電梯、自動扶梯、動力照明系統(tǒng)等設(shè)備的運行狀態(tài);3應(yīng)能監(jiān)視和記錄各車站站廳、站臺和管理設(shè)備用房及隧道的溫度、濕度環(huán)境參數(shù);4應(yīng)實現(xiàn)對車站相關(guān)設(shè)備、隧道區(qū)間通風(fēng)系統(tǒng)設(shè)備的模式控制功能;5應(yīng)實現(xiàn)時間表的編輯和下載功能;6宜在綜合顯示屏指定區(qū)域顯示全線隧道通風(fēng)系統(tǒng)的工作狀態(tài)、區(qū)間水位狀態(tài)等運行情況;7應(yīng)實現(xiàn)趨勢顯示功能;8宜具備權(quán)限移交功能;9宜實現(xiàn)模式對照功能。4.2.4當(dāng)綜合監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)集成火災(zāi)自動報警系統(tǒng)時,其中央級的火災(zāi)自動報警功能應(yīng)符合下列規(guī)定:1應(yīng)管理全線的火災(zāi)報警,并應(yīng)顯示具體報警部位;2可按車站為單位分類接收、顯示并儲存全線火災(zāi)自動報警設(shè)備的主要運行狀態(tài);3綜合監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)應(yīng)實時檢測與火災(zāi)自動報警系統(tǒng)通訊鏈路的狀態(tài);4應(yīng)實現(xiàn)火災(zāi)事件歷史資料存檔管理;5應(yīng)實現(xiàn)全線消防設(shè)施日常監(jiān)管。4.2.5當(dāng)綜合監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)集成列車自動監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)時,其中央級的列車自動監(jiān)控功能應(yīng)符合下列規(guī)定:1應(yīng)實現(xiàn)全線列車的自動追蹤和監(jiān)控;2應(yīng)實現(xiàn)進路的自動或手動辦理功能;3應(yīng)實現(xiàn)列車運行的自動或手動調(diào)整功能;4應(yīng)實現(xiàn)信號機、站臺、區(qū)段、道岔、列車等設(shè)備運行狀態(tài)的監(jiān)控功能;5應(yīng)實現(xiàn)折返模式狀態(tài)、牽引網(wǎng)狀態(tài)、遙控狀態(tài)、安全門、站控狀態(tài)、數(shù)據(jù)存儲單元(DSU)通信狀態(tài)、區(qū)域控制器(ZC)通信狀態(tài)等運行狀態(tài)的監(jiān)視功能;6應(yīng)實現(xiàn)列車臨時限速的功能;7應(yīng)實現(xiàn)行車調(diào)度派班管理的功能;8應(yīng)實現(xiàn)列車運行圖管理功能;9應(yīng)實現(xiàn)列車站控和遙控的切換功能。4.3綜合監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)車站級功能4.3.1車站級綜合監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)應(yīng)包括車站綜合監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)和車輛基地綜合監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)。4.3.2綜合監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)車站級的綜合功能應(yīng)符合下列規(guī)定:1應(yīng)監(jiān)控管轄范圍內(nèi)的供電、環(huán)境、防災(zāi)、乘客服務(wù)及車站設(shè)備的運行情況;2應(yīng)顯示集成子系統(tǒng)和互聯(lián)系統(tǒng)的信息及車站綜合信息;3應(yīng)實現(xiàn)集成子系統(tǒng)和互聯(lián)系統(tǒng)間的聯(lián)動。4.3.3綜合監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)車站級的電力監(jiān)控功能應(yīng)符合下列規(guī)定:1應(yīng)實時監(jiān)視本車站管轄范圍內(nèi)變電所設(shè)備、牽引網(wǎng)設(shè)備運行狀態(tài)和運行參數(shù);2應(yīng)在設(shè)定的權(quán)限范圍內(nèi)實現(xiàn)遙控、遙信、遙測、遙調(diào)功能;3設(shè)備的遙控控制權(quán)應(yīng)默認在控制中心,應(yīng)在本車站獲得控制權(quán)后對設(shè)備進行控制,同一時刻應(yīng)只允許一個用戶對同一設(shè)備進行控制操作;4應(yīng)實現(xiàn)供電系統(tǒng)運行情況的數(shù)據(jù)歸檔和統(tǒng)計報表功能;5應(yīng)能根據(jù)需要動態(tài)顯示本站變電所一次系統(tǒng)圖、牽引網(wǎng)供電系統(tǒng)圖、控制權(quán)限移交畫面、壓板管理畫面、本站程控等用戶畫面;6宜具備權(quán)限移交功能。4.3.4綜合監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)車站級的環(huán)境與設(shè)備監(jiān)控功能,應(yīng)符合下列規(guī)定:1應(yīng)實現(xiàn)車站綜合顯示畫面、環(huán)境與設(shè)備監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)設(shè)備分類畫面、環(huán)境與設(shè)備監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)模式的顯示;2應(yīng)監(jiān)視、控制本車站及所轄區(qū)間、車站隧道通風(fēng)系統(tǒng)、車站通風(fēng)空調(diào)系統(tǒng)、給排水系統(tǒng)、自動扶梯、照明系統(tǒng)、車站事故照明電源設(shè)備,并應(yīng)對故障進行報警;3應(yīng)監(jiān)視和記錄車站站廳、站臺、設(shè)備用房等區(qū)域的溫度、濕度、壓力環(huán)境參數(shù);4對于所有的監(jiān)控設(shè)備,應(yīng)實現(xiàn)手動或自動模式控制;5應(yīng)監(jiān)視車站公共區(qū)空調(diào)通風(fēng)系統(tǒng)的參數(shù)和狀態(tài),并應(yīng)控制車站公共區(qū)空調(diào)通風(fēng)系統(tǒng);6應(yīng)監(jiān)視本站照明系統(tǒng)的節(jié)能運行狀態(tài),應(yīng)能根據(jù)客流量和環(huán)境變化發(fā)出調(diào)節(jié)車站照明的指令;7應(yīng)將車站被控設(shè)備運行狀態(tài)、報警信號及測試點數(shù)據(jù)送至控制中心,并應(yīng)接受中央級的各種運行模式指令;8應(yīng)接收火災(zāi)自動報警系統(tǒng)發(fā)出的模式指令并監(jiān)視環(huán)境與設(shè)備監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)執(zhí)行防災(zāi)模式的情況;9應(yīng)具備權(quán)限移交功能。4.3.5當(dāng)綜合監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)集成火災(zāi)自動報警系統(tǒng)時,車站級的火災(zāi)自動報警功能應(yīng)符合下列規(guī)定:1應(yīng)管理車站的火災(zāi)報警;2應(yīng)監(jiān)視本站火災(zāi)報警設(shè)備的主要運行狀態(tài),應(yīng)接收車站火災(zāi)報警并顯示報警具體位置;3當(dāng)火災(zāi)發(fā)生時,可實現(xiàn)相關(guān)系統(tǒng)設(shè)備的聯(lián)動功能;4應(yīng)分類存儲車站火災(zāi)自動報警系統(tǒng)設(shè)備的運行、故障、報警的數(shù)據(jù)記錄。4.3.6綜合監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)車站級的復(fù)示功能應(yīng)符合下列規(guī)定:1宜在適當(dāng)?shù)攸c設(shè)置環(huán)境與設(shè)備監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)、火災(zāi)自動報警系統(tǒng)、電力監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)復(fù)示終端;2復(fù)示終端應(yīng)監(jiān)視全線環(huán)境與設(shè)備監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)、火災(zāi)自動報警系統(tǒng)、電力監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)設(shè)備的運行情況及事故信息;3復(fù)示終端應(yīng)實現(xiàn)復(fù)示信息的打印功能。4.3.7綜合監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的車站綜合后備盤功能應(yīng)符合下列規(guī)定:1車站綜合后備盤應(yīng)具備災(zāi)害報警以及信號、環(huán)境與設(shè)備監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)、火災(zāi)自動報警系統(tǒng)、自動售檢票、屏蔽門、自動扶梯等系統(tǒng)的后備應(yīng)急操作;2在系統(tǒng)故障或發(fā)生災(zāi)害等緊急事件的特殊情況下,應(yīng)具備隧道火災(zāi)模式、車站火災(zāi)模式、隧道阻塞模式、屏蔽門應(yīng)急開啟、列車自動監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的緊急停車、扣車和放行、自動檢售票系統(tǒng)閘機釋放、門禁系統(tǒng)電鎖的釋放、牽引網(wǎng)緊急斷電以及和各個緊急情況相關(guān)的聯(lián)動控制。4.3.8當(dāng)綜合監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)集成列車自動監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)時,其車站級的列車自動監(jiān)控功能應(yīng)符合下列規(guī)定:1應(yīng)實現(xiàn)本集中區(qū)列車的自動追蹤和監(jiān)控;2應(yīng)實現(xiàn)進路的自動或手動辦理功能;3應(yīng)實現(xiàn)本集中區(qū)信號機、站臺、區(qū)段、道岔、列車等設(shè)備運行狀態(tài)的監(jiān)控功能;4應(yīng)實現(xiàn)折返模式狀態(tài)、牽引網(wǎng)狀態(tài)、遙控狀態(tài)、安全門、站控狀態(tài)、區(qū)域控制器(ZC)通信狀態(tài)上電解鎖等運行狀態(tài)的監(jiān)視功能;5應(yīng)實現(xiàn)發(fā)車指示器控制功能;6應(yīng)實現(xiàn)站控和遙控的切換功能。4.3.9當(dāng)綜合監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)集成屏蔽門時,應(yīng)實現(xiàn)車站級屏蔽門設(shè)備的監(jiān)控功能。4.3.10當(dāng)綜合監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)集成防淹門時,應(yīng)實現(xiàn)車站級防淹門設(shè)備的監(jiān)控功能。4.4互聯(lián)系統(tǒng)功能4.4.1綜合監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的廣播系統(tǒng)功能應(yīng)符合下列規(guī)定:1應(yīng)實現(xiàn)廣播、話筒廣播、線路廣播、廣播區(qū)域混選及音量調(diào)節(jié)的功能;2應(yīng)能選擇廣播源;3應(yīng)監(jiān)視廣播設(shè)備狀態(tài)和報警;4應(yīng)實現(xiàn)定時廣播的功能;5宜實現(xiàn)廣播區(qū)占用顯示功能。4.4.2綜合監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的視頻監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)功能應(yīng)符合下列規(guī)定:1應(yīng)實現(xiàn)視頻監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的操控功能;2應(yīng)實現(xiàn)對視頻監(jiān)控圖像切換、保存、回放、云臺調(diào)節(jié)等控制功能;3應(yīng)實現(xiàn)在綜合顯示屏上切換管轄范圍任意攝像機圖像的功能;4應(yīng)實現(xiàn)視頻監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的序列管理功能;5宜實現(xiàn)云臺攝像機占用狀態(tài)顯示功能;6可實現(xiàn)車站視頻行為分析。車站級、中央級工作站應(yīng)實時上傳告警信息,并能調(diào)用告警截圖。視頻分析告警可觸發(fā)相關(guān)聯(lián)動。4.4.3綜合監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的門禁系統(tǒng)功能應(yīng)符合下列規(guī)定:1應(yīng)接收并儲存門禁系統(tǒng)的故障信息、狀態(tài)信息及通訊狀態(tài)信息;2宜實現(xiàn)火災(zāi)聯(lián)動控制功能。4.4.4綜合監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的乘客信息系統(tǒng)功能應(yīng)符合下列規(guī)定:1中央級應(yīng)具備乘客信息系統(tǒng)的信息編輯管理功能,信息應(yīng)包括列車到發(fā)信息、實時通告信息等。信息發(fā)布區(qū)宜支持混選。宜具備發(fā)布信息的審核、清除功能。2應(yīng)實現(xiàn)乘客信息系統(tǒng)發(fā)布信息狀態(tài)的監(jiān)視、乘客信息系統(tǒng)設(shè)備運行狀態(tài)的信息監(jiān)視,產(chǎn)生報警時應(yīng)按照報警級別報警。中央級應(yīng)實現(xiàn)對全線設(shè)備的監(jiān)視功能;車站級應(yīng)實現(xiàn)對本站設(shè)備的監(jiān)視功能。4.4.5當(dāng)綜合監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)互聯(lián)列車自動監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)時,列車自動監(jiān)控功能應(yīng)符合下列規(guī)定:1應(yīng)接入列車運行信息、阻塞信息等。宜將牽引網(wǎng)帶電信息發(fā)送給列車自動監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)。2宜顯示列車實際運行圖和計劃運行圖的功能。宜實現(xiàn)列車進站自動廣播及阻塞觸發(fā)的聯(lián)動功能。4.4.6綜合監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的自動售檢票系統(tǒng)功能應(yīng)符合下列規(guī)定:1應(yīng)具備監(jiān)視客流信息及自動售檢票系統(tǒng)主要設(shè)備報警信息的功能;2車站級綜合監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)宜具備閘機控制功能。4.4.7綜合監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)與時鐘系統(tǒng)應(yīng)具有對時功能,中央級、車站級設(shè)備時鐘系統(tǒng)應(yīng)同步。4.4.8綜合監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)應(yīng)監(jiān)視不間斷電源的工作狀態(tài)、各種電量參數(shù)、報警信息及電池狀態(tài)等。

5系統(tǒng)性能5.1系統(tǒng)響應(yīng)性5.1.1遙控命令在綜合監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)中的傳送時間應(yīng)小于2s。5.1.2設(shè)備狀態(tài)變化信息在綜合監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)中的傳送時間應(yīng)小于2s。5.1.3實時數(shù)據(jù)畫面在操作員工作站屏幕上整幅調(diào)出響應(yīng)時間應(yīng)小于1s。5.1.4冗余設(shè)備切換時間應(yīng)符合下列規(guī)定:1冗余服務(wù)器切換時間不應(yīng)大于2s;2網(wǎng)絡(luò)切換時間不應(yīng)大于0.5s;3通信處理機切換時間不應(yīng)大于1s。5.2系統(tǒng)可靠性、可用性、可維護性、安全性要求5.2.1系統(tǒng)的平均無故障時間不應(yīng)小于8000h。5.2.2系統(tǒng)可用性指標應(yīng)大于99.98%。5.2.3綜合監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)宜進行可靠性、可用性、可維護性、安全性管理。

5.3設(shè)備負載要求5.3.1服務(wù)器中央處理器平均負荷率應(yīng)小于等于30%。5.3.2工作站中央處理器平均負荷率應(yīng)小于等于30%。5.3.3通信處理機中央處理器平均負荷率應(yīng)小于等于20%。5.3.4局域網(wǎng)的平均負荷率應(yīng)小于等于20%。5.3.5系統(tǒng)平均動態(tài)內(nèi)存占用率應(yīng)小于等于30%。

6系統(tǒng)組成6.0.1綜合監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)應(yīng)采用車站和中央兩級系統(tǒng)配置。6.0.2車站、控制中心大樓、車輛基地和主變電所的綜合監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)應(yīng)納入車站級系統(tǒng)。6.0.3當(dāng)中央級系統(tǒng)故障時,車站級系統(tǒng)應(yīng)能降級運行。6.0.4具有后備控制中心功能的車站級綜合監(jiān)控系統(tǒng),應(yīng)配置滿足升級操控要求的相關(guān)設(shè)備。6.0.5當(dāng)綜合監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的單個組成設(shè)備故障時,不得導(dǎo)致總體功能失效,不得導(dǎo)致消防或安全相關(guān)功能失效。6.0.6綜合監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)監(jiān)控的現(xiàn)場設(shè)備宜采用以太網(wǎng)總線接入綜合監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)車站網(wǎng)絡(luò)或通信處理機。6.0.7綜合監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)應(yīng)通過骨干網(wǎng)將綜合監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)中央級監(jiān)控網(wǎng)、車站級監(jiān)控網(wǎng)連接構(gòu)成整個系統(tǒng)的網(wǎng)絡(luò)。6.0.8綜合監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)骨干網(wǎng)宜獨立組網(wǎng),獨立組網(wǎng)時宜采用冗余環(huán)形工業(yè)以太網(wǎng)。當(dāng)綜合監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)利用其他系統(tǒng)組網(wǎng)時,應(yīng)滿足綜合監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的可靠性和安全性要求。當(dāng)其他系統(tǒng)利用綜合監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)組網(wǎng)時,不應(yīng)損害綜合監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的性能。6.0.9綜合監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)組成可采用云計算技術(shù)簡化系統(tǒng)構(gòu)成和配置、增強系統(tǒng)性能、節(jié)省資源。6.0.10中央級監(jiān)控網(wǎng)、車站級監(jiān)控網(wǎng)應(yīng)采用冗余的以太網(wǎng)或冗余的商用以太網(wǎng)。6.0.11在綜合監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)中應(yīng)建立網(wǎng)絡(luò)管理系統(tǒng)、設(shè)備維護管理系統(tǒng)、培訓(xùn)系統(tǒng)等功能系統(tǒng)。

7軟件要求7.0.1綜合監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的平臺軟件應(yīng)符合下列規(guī)定:1應(yīng)采用跨平臺的軟件系統(tǒng),并應(yīng)為其他應(yīng)用軟件提供二次開發(fā)接口;2應(yīng)采用層次結(jié)構(gòu),應(yīng)用層與軟件系統(tǒng)平臺層應(yīng)解耦。3應(yīng)部署靈活,易于擴展;4應(yīng)具備實時處理能力,并應(yīng)符合本規(guī)范第5.1節(jié)系統(tǒng)響應(yīng)性規(guī)定;5應(yīng)在服務(wù)器上實現(xiàn)大容量數(shù)據(jù)的集中處理和統(tǒng)一管理,并應(yīng)實現(xiàn)數(shù)據(jù)的完整性與一致性;6應(yīng)提供一個集成開發(fā)環(huán)境,應(yīng)支持多人協(xié)同開發(fā),并保證配置數(shù)據(jù)的完整性與一致性;7應(yīng)能支持綜合監(jiān)控項目分期實施、專項分包、分專業(yè)維護,應(yīng)能支持符合特定專業(yè)需求的應(yīng)用擴展。7.0.2綜合監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的應(yīng)用軟件應(yīng)符合下列規(guī)定:1應(yīng)全面支持系統(tǒng)功能的實現(xiàn)和擴展;2應(yīng)提供方便的監(jiān)視、管理和維護工具,應(yīng)支持遠程部署和在線更新;3人機界面設(shè)計應(yīng)符合人機工程學(xué)原理;4應(yīng)提供詳盡的使用手冊和幫助信息。7.0.3綜合監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)軟件的數(shù)據(jù)庫應(yīng)符合下列規(guī)定:1應(yīng)提供標準數(shù)據(jù)接口;2應(yīng)具備數(shù)據(jù)備份、災(zāi)難恢復(fù)、系統(tǒng)錯誤恢復(fù)、人為操作錯誤恢復(fù)等功能。3應(yīng)具備用戶標識與鑒別、存取控制、視圖機制等安全控制機制。

8接口要求8.0.1綜合監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)應(yīng)提供對各種系統(tǒng)的信息接入機制,應(yīng)以標準的、可擴展的方式通過接口進行訪問。8.0.2綜合監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)應(yīng)通過內(nèi)部接口將被集成子系統(tǒng)無縫接入。通過內(nèi)部接口所傳輸?shù)男畔?yīng)在接口雙方具有一致的表達形式。8.0.3綜合監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)應(yīng)通過外部接口實現(xiàn)與互聯(lián)系統(tǒng)的信息互聯(lián)互通。8.0.4綜合監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)與其它系統(tǒng)的接口應(yīng)明確下列內(nèi)容:1接口目的;2接口功能;3接口物理特性,包括接口位置、冗余要求、通信介質(zhì)、鏈路數(shù)量、連接形式、物理接口界面、電磁兼容性要求;4通信協(xié)議,包括通信次序、協(xié)議格式、通信參數(shù)、報文詳述、通信方式;5接口測試,包括測試計劃、測試方案、測試記錄;6接口各方職責(zé);7接口點表。8.0.5接口信息傳輸速率應(yīng)滿足專業(yè)應(yīng)用功能要求。8.0.6接口應(yīng)能處理各類接口異常,關(guān)鍵環(huán)節(jié)應(yīng)滿足適應(yīng)多點故障處理的要求且應(yīng)具有最大限度連通支持。8.0.7接口應(yīng)具有故障診斷能力,關(guān)鍵環(huán)節(jié)應(yīng)具有故障自修復(fù)能力,并應(yīng)保證接口功能正常。8.0.8接口設(shè)計中的監(jiān)控信息點表應(yīng)采用結(jié)構(gòu)化形式進行描述,宜選用電子表格形式。8.0.9綜合監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)集成子系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計應(yīng)分界到現(xiàn)場設(shè)備的接口端子。

9施工安裝及質(zhì)量驗收9.1施工安裝準備9.1.1施工單位應(yīng)進行施工現(xiàn)場檢查、管線預(yù)埋配合、安裝材料報驗、設(shè)備開箱檢驗。9.1.2安裝設(shè)備所帶軟件應(yīng)通過出廠測試。9.1.3施工安裝開始應(yīng)具備以下條件:1

工程開工證已批復(fù);2

房間隔墻施工完畢,線槽、線管穿墻預(yù)留孔、洞無遺漏;3

設(shè)備安裝位置、管槽安裝路徑和標高經(jīng)現(xiàn)場確認與施工圖相符;4

安裝環(huán)境及臨時電源滿足施工要求。9.1.4施工單位應(yīng)按照本規(guī)范附錄A的要求,做好施工準備各項質(zhì)量管理工作,并應(yīng)由總監(jiān)理工程師或建設(shè)單位項目負責(zé)人進行檢查。9.2管線敷設(shè)9.2.1管槽的預(yù)埋應(yīng)符合現(xiàn)行國家標準《電氣安裝用導(dǎo)管系統(tǒng)》GB/T20041.21的規(guī)定。管線安裝應(yīng)符合現(xiàn)行國家標準《建筑電氣工程施工質(zhì)量驗收規(guī)范》GB50303和《自動化儀表工程施工及質(zhì)量驗收規(guī)范》GB50093的規(guī)定。

9.2.2線纜敷設(shè)、引入、接續(xù)應(yīng)符合現(xiàn)行國家標準《綜合布線工程驗收規(guī)范》GB50312的規(guī)定。9.2.3動力電纜、控制電纜、通信電纜的防火、防毒性能及芯線備用余量應(yīng)符合設(shè)計要求。9.2.4所有接口線纜應(yīng)在兩端予以標注,標注應(yīng)包括起點、終點、類型、編號,標注應(yīng)清晰完整。9.3設(shè)備安裝9.3.1控制箱、柜、盤的安裝應(yīng)符合現(xiàn)行國家標準《建筑電氣工程施工質(zhì)量驗收規(guī)范》GB50303及《自動化儀表工程施工及質(zhì)量驗收規(guī)范》GB50093的規(guī)定,并應(yīng)符合下列規(guī)定:1

施工人員應(yīng)根據(jù)施工圖紙及產(chǎn)品設(shè)計圖對控制箱、柜、盤進行全面檢查,應(yīng)數(shù)量準確、漆飾良好、內(nèi)部部件齊全、安裝穩(wěn)固、配線正確;2

控制箱、柜、盤的安裝位置與方式應(yīng)符合設(shè)計要求,且應(yīng)滿足維修和維護要求;3

控制箱、柜、盤在安裝完成后,應(yīng)進行有效防護。9.3.2控制箱、柜、盤應(yīng)避開送風(fēng)口、管道閥門等下方位置安裝。無法避開時,應(yīng)采取防水保護措施。9.3.3安裝在防靜電地板上的控制柜、盤應(yīng)設(shè)置專用設(shè)備安裝底座,底座上表面應(yīng)保持水平。9.3.4控制箱、柜、盤安裝應(yīng)垂直、平直、牢固。成排安裝的控制箱、柜的正面宜平齊,高度宜一致,相鄰箱、柜之間的接縫間隙不應(yīng)大于2mm。9.3.5掛墻安裝的控制箱應(yīng)懸掛在承重墻上或采取措施加固安裝,高度應(yīng)符合設(shè)計要求。9.3.6控制箱、柜、盤的線纜孔應(yīng)設(shè)置為敲落孔,線纜敷設(shè)接續(xù)完成后應(yīng)對線纜孔進行密封處理。9.3.7控制箱、柜、盤內(nèi)的PLC模塊和其它可插拔的模塊在設(shè)備開箱驗收完成后,宜拔出放置在環(huán)境適宜的倉庫中保管。9.3.8設(shè)備銘牌字跡應(yīng)清晰完整、參數(shù)應(yīng)正確。9.3.9傳感器、執(zhí)行器、電動二通閥的安裝除應(yīng)符合現(xiàn)行國家標準《智能建筑工程施工規(guī)范》GB50606和《自動化儀表工程施工及質(zhì)量驗收規(guī)范》GB50093的規(guī)定外,還應(yīng)符合下列規(guī)定:1

傳感器、執(zhí)行器、電動二通閥的外觀應(yīng)完整,附件應(yīng)齊全,型號、規(guī)格及材質(zhì)應(yīng)符合設(shè)計要求;2

傳感器、執(zhí)行器、電動二通閥的安裝位置和方式應(yīng)符合設(shè)計要求,安裝應(yīng)牢固、平整,安裝時嚴禁敲擊及晃動。9.3.10風(fēng)管式溫、濕度傳感器宜在風(fēng)管內(nèi)雜質(zhì)清除干凈、空氣清潔時安裝,安裝完畢后應(yīng)對傳感器進行有效防護。9.4電源與接地9.4.1綜合監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的電源與接地、防雷應(yīng)符合現(xiàn)行國家標準《建筑電氣工程施工質(zhì)量驗收規(guī)范》GB50303的規(guī)定。9.4.2綜合監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)設(shè)備電源接線、設(shè)備接地、浪涌保護器設(shè)置應(yīng)符合設(shè)計要求。9.5設(shè)備上電測試9.5.1設(shè)備上電前應(yīng)進行以下檢查測試:1

設(shè)備室內(nèi)溫度、濕度和空氣清潔度應(yīng)符合設(shè)計要求;2

控制電纜、通信電纜應(yīng)進行對線測試;3

應(yīng)進行各回路的絕緣檢查,絕緣電阻值應(yīng)符合設(shè)計要求,并應(yīng)作好記錄;絕緣電阻測量時,應(yīng)有防止電子元件或設(shè)備被損壞的措施;4

應(yīng)進行設(shè)備接地保護線可靠性檢查。對帶有漏電保護裝置的線路應(yīng)做模擬動作試驗,并應(yīng)做好記錄;漏電保護裝置的動作應(yīng)正常;5

設(shè)備輸入的交流電源、直流電源的電壓等級應(yīng)符合設(shè)計要求;6

設(shè)備內(nèi)的所有開關(guān)均應(yīng)置于斷開位置,開關(guān)的通斷電狀態(tài)應(yīng)有顯示或警示標識。9.5.2設(shè)備上電后,各設(shè)備指示燈應(yīng)正常,各開關(guān)按鈕、接觸器、繼電器的動作應(yīng)正確。9.6施工安裝驗收9.6.1安裝驗收時應(yīng)對骨干網(wǎng)絡(luò)及各站點局域網(wǎng)絡(luò)、現(xiàn)場總線的連通性進行測試。9.6.2施工質(zhì)量的驗收應(yīng)符合下列規(guī)定:1

線槽、線管、支架敷設(shè)質(zhì)量抽檢比例不應(yīng)低于20%;2

線纜敷設(shè)和端接質(zhì)量抽檢比例不應(yīng)低于20%;3

各類控制箱、柜、盤安裝質(zhì)量抽檢比例不應(yīng)低于20%且不應(yīng)少于10臺,少于10臺時應(yīng)全部檢查;4

每種類型傳感器安裝質(zhì)量抽檢比例不應(yīng)低于10%且不應(yīng)少于10臺,少于10臺時應(yīng)全部檢查;5

每種類型執(zhí)行器安裝質(zhì)量抽檢比例不應(yīng)低于10%且不應(yīng)少于10臺,少于10臺時應(yīng)全部檢查。9.6.3施工安裝及驗收過程應(yīng)做好記錄,并應(yīng)符合本規(guī)范附錄B、附錄C及附錄D的要求。

10系統(tǒng)調(diào)試10.1單機調(diào)試10.1.1系統(tǒng)安裝完成后,應(yīng)進行單機調(diào)試。10.1.2單機調(diào)試應(yīng)包括下列內(nèi)容:1上電后各設(shè)備、模塊工作指示燈狀態(tài)應(yīng)正常;2設(shè)備的硬件配置、軟件配置、網(wǎng)絡(luò)地址設(shè)置、預(yù)置參數(shù)應(yīng)符合設(shè)計要求;3設(shè)備中預(yù)裝的軟件登錄應(yīng)正常,應(yīng)用程序、調(diào)試工具軟件應(yīng)運行正常。10.2集成子系統(tǒng)調(diào)試10.2.1單機調(diào)試完成后,應(yīng)進行綜合監(jiān)控集成子系統(tǒng)調(diào)試。10.2.2集成子系統(tǒng)調(diào)試應(yīng)包括綜合監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的網(wǎng)絡(luò)調(diào)試、集成子系統(tǒng)與現(xiàn)場監(jiān)控對象的接口調(diào)試、集成子系統(tǒng)現(xiàn)場級監(jiān)控設(shè)備的功能測試、集成子系統(tǒng)與綜合監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的接口調(diào)試、綜合監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的集成子系統(tǒng)專業(yè)功能測試。10.2.3集成子系統(tǒng)調(diào)試應(yīng)按照經(jīng)建設(shè)方和設(shè)計方代表確認的調(diào)試大綱進行。10.2.4綜合監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的網(wǎng)絡(luò)調(diào)試應(yīng)包括集成子系統(tǒng)現(xiàn)場總線、車站局域網(wǎng)、骨干網(wǎng)和中央局域網(wǎng)的聯(lián)網(wǎng)調(diào)試。10.2.5冗余設(shè)備應(yīng)實現(xiàn)無擾動自動切換功能。10.2.6集成子系統(tǒng)與現(xiàn)場監(jiān)控對象的接口應(yīng)屬于外部接口,外部接口調(diào)試應(yīng)按照接口調(diào)試規(guī)范文件要求進行。10.2.7集成子系統(tǒng)與綜合監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的接口應(yīng)屬于內(nèi)部接口,內(nèi)部接口調(diào)試應(yīng)按照接口調(diào)試規(guī)范文件要求進行。10.2.8集成子系統(tǒng)的接口調(diào)試應(yīng)從人機界面至現(xiàn)場監(jiān)控對象一次完成,點到點測試和端到端測試應(yīng)同時進行。10.2.9集成子系統(tǒng)與現(xiàn)場監(jiān)控對象的點對點測試應(yīng)按測點清單進行100%測試。10.2.10綜合后備盤硬線接口應(yīng)在現(xiàn)場進行100%端到端測試。10.2.11集成子系統(tǒng)現(xiàn)場級監(jiān)控設(shè)備的功能和綜合監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的集成子系統(tǒng)專業(yè)功能應(yīng)符合設(shè)計要求。10.3綜合聯(lián)調(diào)10.3.1集成子系統(tǒng)調(diào)試完成后,應(yīng)進行綜合聯(lián)調(diào)。10.3.2綜合聯(lián)調(diào)應(yīng)按照經(jīng)建設(shè)方和設(shè)計方代表確認的調(diào)試大綱進行。10.3.3綜合聯(lián)調(diào)應(yīng)包括綜合監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)與互聯(lián)系統(tǒng)接口調(diào)試、綜合監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的互聯(lián)專業(yè)功能調(diào)試以及聯(lián)動功能調(diào)試。10.3.4綜合監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)與互聯(lián)系統(tǒng)的接口調(diào)試應(yīng)在參與綜合聯(lián)調(diào)的各互聯(lián)系統(tǒng)已經(jīng)完成本系統(tǒng)調(diào)試后進行。10.3.5綜合監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)與互聯(lián)系統(tǒng)的接口調(diào)試應(yīng)按照接口調(diào)試規(guī)范文件要求進行。10.3.6測點對應(yīng)性測試應(yīng)按測點清單進行抽樣測試,并應(yīng)符合下列規(guī)定:1經(jīng)過100%模擬點到點測試的,抽樣測試應(yīng)覆蓋所有設(shè)備類型,抽樣測試點數(shù)不應(yīng)低于該接口專業(yè)總點數(shù)的10%,抽樣測試中如發(fā)現(xiàn)任何錯誤,應(yīng)增加抽樣測試比例至20%。2模擬測試后有設(shè)計變更的情況下,對變更部分應(yīng)進行100%測試。3控制類測點應(yīng)在現(xiàn)場進行100%端到端測試,不得進行抽樣測試。4綜合后備盤硬線接口應(yīng)在現(xiàn)場進行100%端到端測試,不得進行抽樣測試。10.3.7綜合監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)與互聯(lián)系統(tǒng)的端到端測試應(yīng)符合下列規(guī)定:1應(yīng)在點對點測試完成后進行;2控制類測點應(yīng)進行100%測試;3非控制類測點應(yīng)覆蓋所有設(shè)備類型,每種設(shè)備類型宜采用抽測方式,抽測的數(shù)量不應(yīng)低于該類型設(shè)備總數(shù)的10%,每個抽測設(shè)備應(yīng)100%測試。10.3.8綜合聯(lián)調(diào)應(yīng)驗證各系統(tǒng)聯(lián)動功能符合設(shè)計要求。10.3.9系統(tǒng)調(diào)試過程應(yīng)做好記錄,并應(yīng)符合本規(guī)范附錄F的規(guī)定。

11系統(tǒng)功能驗收11.1一般規(guī)定11.1.1綜合監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)功能驗收應(yīng)按中央級功能、車站級功能和互聯(lián)系統(tǒng)功能分別驗收。11.1.2對中央級、車站級綜合監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)基本功能的驗收應(yīng)符合下列規(guī)定:1應(yīng)具有文件和報表管理、生成和打印功能,應(yīng)授權(quán)用戶定制所需的報表及定制報表格式;2應(yīng)具有對各類操作事件、報警、日志、歷史數(shù)據(jù)和文件進行記錄、保存、分析處理和歸檔功能;3應(yīng)通過應(yīng)用配置組態(tài)工具修改組態(tài),組態(tài)工具應(yīng)能在線、離線工作;4應(yīng)實現(xiàn)全線與車站的操作權(quán)限管理功能;5應(yīng)具有操作指導(dǎo)功能;6宜具有設(shè)備維護管理系統(tǒng)的功能,提供系統(tǒng)設(shè)備運行及設(shè)備維護、維修和管理信息;7應(yīng)具有培訓(xùn)管理系統(tǒng)功能,宜包括運行管理、操作、以及日常維護、故障排除等業(yè)務(wù)培訓(xùn),可在線和離線模式下進行,兩種模式應(yīng)具有相同的人機界面及功能。11.1.3綜合監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)中央功能驗收應(yīng)逐項全部驗收;車站功能驗收應(yīng)選兩個以上典型站逐項全部驗收;車輛基地功能驗收應(yīng)逐項全部驗收;互聯(lián)功能驗收應(yīng)分別在中央級與車站級進行,應(yīng)逐項全部驗收。11.2綜合監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)中央級功能驗收11.2.1綜合監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)中央級的綜合功能驗收應(yīng)符合下列規(guī)定:1中央級各調(diào)度員工作站和綜合顯示屏的人機界面應(yīng)顯示全線與運營管理相關(guān)的監(jiān)控對象的狀態(tài)、參數(shù)等,以及全線綜合監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的主要設(shè)備的運行狀態(tài)和網(wǎng)絡(luò)通斷狀態(tài),并應(yīng)進行多層次監(jiān)控顯示及操作;2應(yīng)具有全線與運營管理相關(guān)的監(jiān)控對象、系統(tǒng)主要設(shè)備、中央監(jiān)控網(wǎng)及骨干網(wǎng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)運行的報警功能;3應(yīng)實現(xiàn)中央級遙控、順控等控制功能;4應(yīng)按照聯(lián)動觸發(fā)條件實現(xiàn)系統(tǒng)間、區(qū)間、站間、變電所間的設(shè)備聯(lián)動;5應(yīng)具有與線網(wǎng)調(diào)度指揮系統(tǒng)的接口;6應(yīng)具有中央網(wǎng)絡(luò)管理功能,應(yīng)實現(xiàn)網(wǎng)絡(luò)管理、配置管理、網(wǎng)絡(luò)監(jiān)控、故障報告、性能管理、安全管理、事件記錄、參數(shù)調(diào)整、創(chuàng)建、編輯和刪除數(shù)據(jù)庫等操作;7應(yīng)具有系統(tǒng)備份和恢復(fù)的功能。11.2.2綜合監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)中央級電力監(jiān)控功能驗收應(yīng)符合下列規(guī)定:1調(diào)度員工作站和綜合顯示屏的人機界面應(yīng)實現(xiàn)對全線供電系統(tǒng)設(shè)備運行狀態(tài)的實時監(jiān)視、故障報警和保護復(fù)歸;2調(diào)度員工作站和綜合顯示屏應(yīng)顯示供電系統(tǒng)圖、變電所主接線圖、牽引網(wǎng)供電分段示意圖、程序控制圖等用戶畫面,以及變電所盤面圖;3應(yīng)實時采集變電所主要電流、電壓、功率等信息;4應(yīng)在綜合顯示屏系統(tǒng)指定區(qū)域顯示全線的一次接線圖;5應(yīng)實現(xiàn)按選點式、選站式、選線式對全線遙控對象的遙控;6應(yīng)實現(xiàn)多站并發(fā)順序控制。11.2.3綜合監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)中央級的環(huán)境與設(shè)備監(jiān)控功能驗收應(yīng)符合下列規(guī)定:1應(yīng)具有綜合監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)總貌畫面和設(shè)備運行工況圖畫面,包括全線任一車站的綜合畫面、機電設(shè)備分類畫面、環(huán)境與設(shè)備監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)模式控制畫面、環(huán)境與設(shè)備監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)模式列表;2應(yīng)監(jiān)視全線各車站的通風(fēng)與空調(diào)系統(tǒng)、給排水系統(tǒng)、空調(diào)系統(tǒng)、電梯、自動扶梯、動力照明系統(tǒng)、導(dǎo)向系統(tǒng)及集中冷站等設(shè)備的運行狀態(tài);3應(yīng)監(jiān)
