英語教師面試語法模板范文第四篇第一,基本上每個機構(gòu)都會先讓你做個2-3分鐘的自我介紹。(自我介紹主要考口語,從自我介紹中可以看出你的英語發(fā)音,英語大致水平,你的個性及簡歷。看你面試的什么的學校和機構(gòu),多大規(guī)模的。有名氣的學校應(yīng)聘者比較多,所以從自我介紹就會篩選掉一批人。這里篩選掉的應(yīng)聘者,主要是連口語發(fā)音都不清楚,語言組織能力混亂,個性放不開過于緊張不善表達等等)記住,如果你的英語水平很好,只要以最放松的心態(tài)去面試,絕對能發(fā)揮的最好。
第二,15分鐘左右的DEMO展示課。一般都是復試的時候要求。這是最重要的環(huán)節(jié),因為英語好不代表你能教課,如果沒有教學經(jīng)驗會比較麻煩。也看用人機構(gòu)是想要新老師還是要有經(jīng)驗的老師。但是我覺得,好的機構(gòu)和學校都不會放棄有潛力的好老師,所以即使你沒有經(jīng)驗,如果你很活潑大方英語又好,也是很有希望錄用的。
說課的基本步驟:
(打招呼,這是基本步驟,一定要和學生或者聽課的老師打招呼,聲音好聽響亮面帶微笑)
up(熱身,主要是小歌謠類的TPR,最好有動作,老師要放的開)
(演示,教授新單詞新課,最好有閃卡,機構(gòu)會提供,如果自己做更好。導入有創(chuàng)意能加分。)
(游戲環(huán)節(jié)是非常重要的,最最簡單的就是比賽,指單詞或者跑卡類的)
up(收尾部分,很重要,復習教授過的單詞和句子,最后再以Goodbyesong結(jié)尾的歌曲來結(jié)束課堂。有頭有尾很重要)
還有很多小細節(jié)的問題我就不說了,太多東西。
第三,有的考官會讓你展示才藝表演,比如唱歌跳舞之類的。(和少兒英語相關(guān)的就可以,比如兒童歌謠)。
有的學校和機構(gòu)有筆試,只要你的英語不錯,根本不用擔心。
另外,我覺得,最最重要的,你要清楚自己的選擇,你為什么要當老師?你要真正愛這行,你的英語要過關(guān),發(fā)音要好,你想想,你教的是少兒英語,是孩子的啟蒙老師,這個角色真的很重要呢。
但是目前很多學校和機構(gòu)的教師水平參差不齊,無法要求少兒英語老師要怎樣怎樣,只能說,盡力用心去教去學,都會有收獲的。
