buildprojectqualityassurancesystem，makeitsnormaloperation.建立項目部質保體系，使其正常運轉。responsiblefororganizetheformulationofqualityplanning，andtocarryouttheimplementation.負責組織編制質量策劃，并貫徹實行。responsibleforinterfacemanagementandsupervisioncompany.負責與監理公司接口管理。aboveshallhavetherighttoreporttoqualityassurance，qualityinspection，maintenanceandensurethenormaloperationofqualitycontrol，andseriouslyendangerthequalityproblem有權越級報告質保、質檢工作，維護和保證質控工作正常運轉，制止嚴重危及質量問題。collect，sortoutbanddata，qualityevaluationsystem.收集、整頓交工資料，完畢質量評估工作。forcompletedprojectqualityreviewandfollow-upservicework.參加竣工項目質量回訪和善后服務工作。4、HSEspecialist專職安全員職責familiarwithandmastersafetyproductiondynamic，collectionandthedykeconstructionsiteHSEinformation，timelyreporttotheHSEmanager.熟悉和掌握安全生產動態，收集和反潰施工現場HSE信息，及時向HSE經理報告。checkconstructionpersonnelatthesceneatanytimeisproperlycarriedoutsafetyoperationproceduresandtoobservethesafetyrulesandregulations，topreventillegalbehavior隨時在現場檢查施工人員與否對的執行了安全操作規程和遵守安全規章制度狀況，制止違章行為。checkandmaintainthegoodscenesafetyfacilities，toensurethereliabilityofthesitesafetyfacilities.檢查和維護好現場安全設施，保證現場安全設施可靠性。shallhavetherighttostopdoesnotcomplywiththesafetyrulesofconstructionpersonnelandmechanicalequipment.有權制止不符合安全規定施工人員和機械設備上崗。organizationstaffpostproductionsafetyeducationandshiftsafetyactivities.組織員工崗位安全生產教誨及班組安全活動。Ifanyaccident，rescuethewounded，protectthesceneandimmediatelyreport，assisttheaccidentinvestigationandanalysis.發生事故，急救傷員，保護現場并及時報告，協助事故調查分析。Chapter3Constructiondeployment第三章施工布置一、Preparation施工前準備工作1、Allprocedurestobedoneperrequirements按施工規定辦理各種施工手續Positivelyrelatedtoconstruction，thetotalpackageunitstodealwiththeconstructionprocedures，suchasconstructionpersonnelsafetyeducation，ensurethelegitimacyoftheconstruction，maketheprojectsmoothly.積極與建設、總包單位辦理關于施工手續，如施工人員安全教誨等，保證施工合法性，使工程順利開工。2、Tech.preparation認真做好技術準備工作(1)undertheorganizationoftheprojectmanager，familiarwithdrawingscarefullyanddeeplyunderstandthedesignintentanddesignrequirements，questionsandSuggestionstothedesigndrawings，andinconjunctionwiththeowner，supervisionanddesigninstitutes，theblueprints.thedesignsoastoguidetheconstruction.在項目經理組織下，認真熟悉圖紙，深刻理解設計意圖及設計規定，提出對設計圖紙疑問和建議，并會同業主、監理和設計院進行圖紙會審，從而指引施工。(2)accordingtotherequirementsofconstructionactivelyequippedwithallkindsofmanagementinformation，technicaldata，constructionspecifications，acceptancecriteria，undertheorganizationoftheprojectmanagerfortherelevantconstructiontechnicalclarificaitonwork按施工規定積極配備各類管理資料、技術資料、施工規范、驗收原則，在項目經理組織下進行各關于施工技術交底工作。(3)Carryoutalltech.requirements貫徹施工方案各項技術規定。3、Equipments&materialpreparation認真做好設備、材料供應工作Doagoodjob，thesupplyofequipment，materialisthebasistoensuretheprojectcompletedontime.Accordingtotheprojectschedule，projectdepartment，planwellcomponentproductandmaterialapproachasplannedbythematerialsdepartmentpreparesmaterialsprocurement，theprojectaccordingtotherequestoftheconstructionunitchooseinspectionqualifiedpipepilefactoryproducts，toprovidequalifiedproductsontimewithgoodquality.做好設備、材料供應工作，是保證工程項目準時完畢基本。依照工程進度規定，項目部做好構件產品和材料進場籌劃，由材料部門按籌劃進行備料采購，本工程依照建設單位規定選用考察合格管樁廠產品，保質保量準時提供合格產品。Equipmentmaintenanceandinspectionbytheregulation，checkitagainformainequipmentbeforeentrytoensuretheperformanceofplayequipmentisingoodcondition.設備按規定維修、檢查，進場前對重要設備再次檢查確認，以保證進場設備處在良好性能狀態。4、Constructionelectricitypreparation認真做好施工用電準備工作Theprojectplanstoinput1YZY-300typepilemachine，totalpowerconsumptionofnotlessthan120kw.本工程籌劃投入1臺YZY-300型樁機，總用電量不少于120kw。Constructionunitstoprovidethetotalpowerinconstructionplanningredlinewithinthescopeofmyprojectdepartmentfromthetotalpackageunitstoprovideconstructiondistributionbox，andthensupplypowertopilingareaconstructionpowercablewillbeusedforaccesstothesitetoestablishdistributionbox，withacablefromtheconstructionofelectricity，electricityboxtosetupagoodgroundingdeviceandtheleakageswitch，preventtogetanelectricshock.建設單位提供總電源位于施工規劃紅線范疇內，我項目部從總包單位提供施工配電箱引出，然后向打樁區域供電，采用電纜將施工用電接入到現場增設配電箱，再用電纜接到各施工用電點，電箱要設立良好接地裝置及漏電開關，防止觸電。Siteconstructionelectricitylinesanddistributionboxsetadoptsthree-phasefivewiresystem，constructionofelectricitypowerboxlocationlayout.現場施工用電線路及配電箱設立均采用三相五線制，施工用電電源箱位置見平面布置圖。5、Surveyingpreparation測量放樣準備工作Accordingtotheleveloftheconstructionunittoprovidethecoordinatesofcontrolpointsandcontrolpoints，instrictaccordancewiththedesignandconstructiondrawings，axiscontrolpointpositioninginJ2theodolite.依照建設單位提供座標控制點和水準控制點，嚴格按設計施工圖紙，用J2經緯儀進行軸線控制點定位。Axistotheaxisofthepileswithsolidprotection，theneveryaxisofeachaxisarrangedaccordingtotheaxisofthepilepile，withJ2theodolitemeasuringoutthepileengineeringsamples，requirementshavetobeloftingΦ6roundsteel，theerrorshallnotbegreaterthan1cm.對現場軸線各個軸線樁進行穩固保護，再依照軸線樁布設各條軸線各分軸線樁，用J2經緯儀測放出各工程樣樁，規定要Φ6圓鋼進行放樣，其誤差不得不不大于1cmAxispositioningalsocompletesthereviewwork，eachtimetoreviewthemeasurementdatashouldbearchivedforfuturereference，andpleasebuildsupervisionandownerunitcheck，andmakethebookvisafacetoface.軸線定位還做好復核工作，每次復核測量數據應存檔備查，并請建監理及業主單位核驗，并做好書面簽證。6、Sitepreparation場地準備（1）Constructionsitemustbeflattopography，venueisnotflatnessshouldbe<1%，constructionareasaroundopendrain，fiel
