thebasisofStandardforHandOverTestofElectricEquipmentElectricEquipmentInstallationEngi-

neeringGB50150-2006accordingtotherequirementsofDocumentJianBiao〔2009〕No.88issuedby

MinistryofHousingandUrbanRuralDevelopmentofthePeoplesRepublicofChina"NoticeonPrint-

ingtheDevelopmentandRevisionPlanofNationalEngineeringConstructionStandardsin2009".

Intheprocessofrevisingthisstandard,wehavesummedupthenewrequirementsandrelevantex-

perienceofscienceandtechnologyaswellasfieldpractice,andsolicitedtheopinionsextensivelyfromthe

concerneddepartmentsnationwide.Wehavedeliberatedandincorporatedthefeedbackcommentsand

submittedthedraftversionforapproval.Afterreviewing,thelatestversionofthisstandardisfinalized.

ACvoltagewithstandingtestofelectricalequipmentshallbeconductedaccordingtothis

Standardandshallmeetthefollowingrequirements:

DuringtheACvoltagewithstandingtest,whenthevoltageisincreasedtostandardvoltageof

thetest,thelastingtimeshallbe1minuteifthereisnospecialinstruction.

Whenthevoltagevalueofwithstandingtestiscalculatedbasedonthemultiplesofrated

voltage,thevoltageforgeneratorandelectricmotorshallbeaccordingtoratedvoltageinnameplate.

ThevoltageforcablemaybecalculatedbymethodsstipulatedinChapter17ofthisstandard.

Asprescribedinthisstandard,thevoltagevalueofACwithstandtestfornonstandardvoltage

equipmentmaybecalculatedbyinterpolationmethodinproportiontoadjacentvoltagelevelswhen

thereisnospecialrequirement.

Whentheinsulationtestismade,theconnectedequipmentordevicesshouldbeseparatedto

conductindividualtestexceptforthecompletesetofequipmentassembledbymanufacturer.Equipment

withthesameteststandardmaybeconnectedfortesting.Inordertobeconvenientfortest,electric

alsobeconnectedtogetherwhensingletestisdifficult.Theteststandardshalladopttheminimum

standardamongalltheconnectedequipment.

Theinsulationtestforoilimmersedtypetransformerandreactorshallnotbeconducteduntil

timecomplieswiththemanufacturersrequirement.Whenthereisnorequirementbymanufacturer,the

Whenconductingvarioustestsrelatedtotemperatureandhumidity,itshallmeasure

outingoodweatherandundertheconditionsthatthetemperaturearoundtestedobjectsandinstrument

shouldnotbelowerthan5℃andtheairrelativehumidityshouldnotbehigherthan80%.Iftest

conditionsfailtomeettheabovementionedrequirementsfortemperatureandhumidity,themeasured

operation.Attentionsshallbepaidtotheinfluenceofenvironmentaltemperatureduringthetest.Asto
