./單片機(jī)課程設(shè)計(jì)報(bào)告題目基于單片機(jī)的光立方設(shè)計(jì)院系信息科學(xué)與技術(shù)學(xué)院專業(yè)計(jì)算機(jī)科學(xué)與技術(shù)姓名曹嘉宇學(xué)號(hào)20122301指導(dǎo)教師蔣朝根摘要當(dāng)今社會(huì),隨著電子行業(yè)的不斷發(fā)展,單片機(jī)憑借著其極高的性能價(jià)格比,受到人們的重視和關(guān)注,應(yīng)用廣泛,發(fā)展迅猛。單片機(jī)體積小,質(zhì)量小,抗干擾能力強(qiáng),對(duì)環(huán)境要就不高,價(jià)格低廉,靈活性好,已廣泛的應(yīng)用在工業(yè)自動(dòng)化、通信、自動(dòng)檢測(cè)、信息家電、電力電子航空航天等各個(gè)方面。成為現(xiàn)代生產(chǎn)和生活中不可缺少的一部分。對(duì)于大二的我們來說,學(xué)習(xí)單片機(jī)也一個(gè)學(xué)期了,對(duì)單片機(jī)有了大體的了解,此次單片機(jī)課程設(shè)計(jì),我們采用的是STC89C52RC系列的單片機(jī),利用此單片機(jī)來控制一個(gè)"光立方"。光立方顧名思義就是一個(gè)立方體,我們采用的是16*16*16的模式,將LED燈分成八層,利用程序來編寫各種不同的效果來控制LED的亮滅,最終使得整個(gè)立方體展現(xiàn)不同的造型和圖案,使其變得美輪美奐,絢麗多彩。1緒論1.1課題研究的背景:"光立方"一詞正逐漸引起了全國人民的關(guān)注,并得到了全球的高度肯定。由此,也掀起了光立方的設(shè)計(jì)與學(xué)習(xí)熱潮,在原有的基礎(chǔ)上不斷增加難度,增加變換花樣,吸引電子愛好者對(duì)其研究、創(chuàng)新。事實(shí)上,"光立方"已經(jīng)滲透到以下幾個(gè)方面:照明類LED光效——戶外景觀照明展開的視覺裝飾活動(dòng);信息傳播類LED光效——各種類型的大屏幕點(diǎn)綴著人們的生活;光立方制作所需材料較常見,成本低廉、性價(jià)比高等優(yōu)點(diǎn)具有較高的研究價(jià)值。1.2課題研究的意義:本次畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)一改傳統(tǒng)的平面流水燈的風(fēng)格,而是從平面向立體發(fā)展,通過更寬廣的三維空間呈現(xiàn)出更加絢麗的效果,直接沖擊著人們審美視覺,不在停留在乏味的平面成像。3D8光立方主體部分由512LED燈組成,在制作過程中鍛煉學(xué)習(xí)動(dòng)手焊接能力,并以低成本,智能化產(chǎn)品對(duì)實(shí)現(xiàn)經(jīng)濟(jì)利益、商業(yè)價(jià)值的形成具有積極的推動(dòng)作用。1.3論文研究內(nèi)容與結(jié)構(gòu)安排本文研究的內(nèi)容如下:單片機(jī)控制模塊:采用89C52控制核心,其它相關(guān)的外圍電路構(gòu)成本系統(tǒng)的模塊;時(shí)鐘信號(hào)電路:采用普通晶體時(shí)鐘源,其中晶體用11.0592MHZ的石英晶振;顯示模塊:通過對(duì)單片機(jī)編程,利用程序來控制LED的亮滅,以達(dá)到動(dòng)畫的效果。具體介紹內(nèi)容安排如下:第二章主要闡述系統(tǒng)方案的選擇與論證,將系統(tǒng)分為主控模塊、驅(qū)動(dòng)模塊、顯示模塊等,并分別對(duì)各模塊方案進(jìn)行了選擇與論證。第三章主要介紹了個(gè)硬件電路的設(shè)計(jì),還對(duì)各單元實(shí)現(xiàn)的功能以及芯片引腳功能特點(diǎn)進(jìn)行說明。同時(shí)闡述整個(gè)系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)思路以及搭建方法。主要闡述主程序的編寫以及整個(gè)軟件的框架。闡述的是整個(gè)光立方系統(tǒng)的調(diào)試過程以及在調(diào)試過程中出現(xiàn)的軟件、硬件問題。并闡述了解決這些問題的辦法。第六章主要對(duì)整個(gè)畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)的設(shè)計(jì)過程進(jìn)行總結(jié),并闡述了在制作過程中的收獲和心得。2總體設(shè)計(jì)2.1工作原理本設(shè)計(jì)以STC12C5A60S2單片機(jī)為控制核心設(shè)計(jì)一個(gè)由512個(gè)藍(lán)色LED燈組成的光立方。系統(tǒng)主要由主控、驅(qū)動(dòng)、顯示等模塊構(gòu)成。系統(tǒng)模塊框圖如圖2-1:圖2-1系統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu)框圖3系統(tǒng)硬件電路設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)3.1硬件電路設(shè)計(jì)本電路是由STC12C5A60S2單片機(jī)為控制核心,其和8051指令、管腳完全兼容,而且其片內(nèi)的具有大容量程序存儲(chǔ)器且是FLASH工藝的,具有串口燒寫編程功能,低功耗[1];時(shí)鐘源電路有很多種,比如阻容低速時(shí)鐘源、普通晶體時(shí)鐘源、帶緩沖放大的晶體時(shí)鐘源等等,考慮到電路穩(wěn)定及材料選購等方面,決定采用普通晶體時(shí)鐘源,其中晶體用12MHZ的石英晶振[12]。顯示部份由顯示部份由512個(gè)霧面LED燈組成來進(jìn)行顯示。3.2單片機(jī)最小系統(tǒng)單片機(jī)的最小系統(tǒng)就是讓單片機(jī)能正常工作并發(fā)揮其功能時(shí)所必須的組成部分,也可理解為是用最少的元件組成的單片機(jī)可以工作的系統(tǒng)。對(duì)89C51單片機(jī)來說,最小系統(tǒng)一般應(yīng)該包括:單片機(jī)、時(shí)鐘電路、復(fù)位電路、輸入/輸出設(shè)備等[7]〔見圖3-1。單片機(jī)的最小系統(tǒng)如下圖所示:圖3-1單片機(jī)最小系統(tǒng)框圖圖3-2單片機(jī)最小系統(tǒng)3.2.1時(shí)鐘電路在設(shè)計(jì)時(shí)鐘電路之前,讓我們先了解下單片機(jī)上的時(shí)鐘管腳:XTAL1〔19腳:芯片內(nèi)部振蕩電路輸入端。XTAL2〔18腳:芯片內(nèi)部振蕩電路輸出端。XTAL1和XTAL2是獨(dú)立輸入和輸出反相放大器,它可以被配置為使用石英晶振的片內(nèi)振蕩器。內(nèi)部方式的時(shí)鐘電路如圖3-3〔a所示,在XTAL1、XTAL2的引腳上外接定時(shí)元件〔一個(gè)石英晶體和兩個(gè)電容,內(nèi)部振蕩器便能產(chǎn)生自激振蕩[9]。經(jīng)過綜合考慮,本設(shè)計(jì)中采用了11.0592M的石英晶振。和晶振并聯(lián)的兩個(gè)電容的大小對(duì)振蕩頻率有微小影響,可以起到頻率微調(diào)作用。一般情況下選取33pF的陶瓷電容就可以了。[8]外部方式的時(shí)鐘電路如圖3-3〔b所示,RXD接地,TXD接外部振蕩器。對(duì)外部振蕩信號(hào)無特殊要求,只要求保證脈沖寬度,一般采用頻率低于12MHz的方波信號(hào)。[15]〔a內(nèi)部方式時(shí)鐘電路〔b外部方式時(shí)鐘電路圖3-3時(shí)鐘電路另外值得一提的是檢測(cè)晶振是否能夠起振的方法可使用示波器能看到XTAL2輸出的非常好看的正弦波,也可以使用萬用表測(cè)量〔把擋位打到直流擋,這個(gè)時(shí)候測(cè)得的是有效值XTAL2和地之間的電壓時(shí),可以看到2V左右一點(diǎn)的電壓。[13]3.3驅(qū)動(dòng)模塊的設(shè)計(jì)3.3.1LED燈排序方式設(shè)計(jì)將每層的LED排序如圖3-8,D0,D1,D2,D3…D62,D63分別為64個(gè)LED陣列實(shí)際排序方式,也就是光立方的俯視圖,對(duì)應(yīng)下圖分別是其數(shù)據(jù)信號(hào)0,1,2,3…62,63;圖3-83D8光立方效果圖3.3.2LED燈接法方式設(shè)計(jì)1."光立方"是由8層這樣布局的LED組成,每層位置排列全部一致,如圖3-9。每層LED的所有正極全部接到一起,然后連接74hc595的行掃描驅(qū)動(dòng)電路,通過74hc595譯碼確定使能哪一層3.各層同一位置LED的負(fù)極連接都一起,例如第一層的D0和第二、三、四…等層的D0的負(fù)極都連接一起,然后再把它們接到0上面,如圖3-10。圖3-9LED層與層的連接方式圖3-10LED負(fù)極與輸出端連接方式3.5光立方搭建方法3.5.1將LED從點(diǎn)到線的搭建首先制作一塊搭建用的木板如圖3-11,木板孔與孔直接的距離為22.86mm,必須與電路板上的兩空距離一致。將LED燈逐個(gè)安在板上,并對(duì)LED的腳進(jìn)行折彎使正極引腳與負(fù)極的夾角為直角。最后將8個(gè)LED的陰極焊接在一起,如圖3-12。注意:彎折陰極腳時(shí)彎曲處盡量靠近燈體不要留太長,這樣焊接陽極時(shí)不容易造成短路。圖3-11搭建木板圖3-12已搭好的8個(gè)LED燈3.5.2將LED從線到面的搭建進(jìn)行八次上訴焊接后接下來就是將8束的LED焊接起來。在從點(diǎn)到線時(shí)是將所有LED的陰極連在一起,而這次則是將所有LED陽極彎折并依次連接,如圖3-13。注意:由于焊接過程中將產(chǎn)生靜電容易將LED燒壞,因此本項(xiàng)工作完成后請(qǐng)認(rèn)真檢查每個(gè)燈的好壞,可以用萬用筆等工具檢測(cè)。同時(shí)檢測(cè)燈與燈之間有沒虛焊情況。圖3-13已搭好的8排LED燈3.5.3將LED從面到體的搭建最后一個(gè)步驟是將已焊好的8個(gè)面進(jìn)行焊接,其方法是將之前8個(gè)面上的陰極對(duì)應(yīng)位置依次焊接,最后留出的8個(gè)陰極與輸出端進(jìn)行連接,LED的64陽極則與74hc595的數(shù)據(jù)輸出端依次連接,如圖3-14。圖3-14已搭好的8層LED燈4系統(tǒng)軟件設(shè)計(jì)4.1主程序設(shè)計(jì)程序主函數(shù)運(yùn)行流程框圖如圖4-1。圖4-1主程序框圖首先,將系統(tǒng)所需要的文件的宏定義文件包含進(jìn)來。定義:74hc595控制輸入模塊P0口;驅(qū)動(dòng)模塊P1;74hc595控制輸出模塊P2口。初始化定時(shí)器0,延時(shí)5us,開中斷,使其處于等待中斷狀態(tài)。接著,初始化光立方體,驅(qū)動(dòng)光立方,利用掃描形式使光立方體的LED燈逐個(gè)點(diǎn)亮形成動(dòng)畫。5.1.2.軟件測(cè)試3D8光立方主要是通過程序來控制光立方體從而達(dá)到多種動(dòng)畫變化的效果。由于要形成多樣的3D動(dòng)畫,在變成過程中也出現(xiàn)了不少的問題。最后經(jīng)過多次的細(xì)心修改,順利的完成了編程工作。主要問題有:1、燒入程序后,不能顯示完整的動(dòng)畫。解決方法:重新檢查程序,檢查對(duì)應(yīng)的引腳定義有沒錯(cuò)。再者檢查延時(shí)是否過快導(dǎo)致動(dòng)畫不明顯。2、第一次燒入程序時(shí)用<REG52.H>作為頭文件名,發(fā)現(xiàn)程序溢出編譯不通過并且檢查程序無錯(cuò)誤。解決方法:該問題可能是52單片機(jī)為8K內(nèi)存,而本光立方設(shè)計(jì)程序達(dá)到35K遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)超出52單片機(jī)的內(nèi)存,于是將頭文件名改為<STC12C5A60S2.H>,并配合keil4進(jìn)行編譯,編譯通過。5.2結(jié)果分析本設(shè)計(jì)通過硬件設(shè)備和軟件完美配合,總共呈現(xiàn)十一個(gè)連續(xù)的動(dòng)畫效果。經(jīng)過多次的反復(fù)測(cè)試與分析,所呈現(xiàn)的動(dòng)畫與程序中預(yù)期的效果吻合,符合設(shè)計(jì)要求。在軟硬件測(cè)試過程中讓我們對(duì)原先設(shè)計(jì)的電路的原理及功能進(jìn)一步熟悉,并對(duì)各電路模塊和相關(guān)的芯片聯(lián)合工作更加了解。在這個(gè)調(diào)試的過程中雖然挺枯燥無味,但鍛煉我們發(fā)現(xiàn)問題并解決問題的能力,對(duì)我們的專業(yè)知識(shí)起到了溫故知新的作用。6、課程設(shè)計(jì)心得體會(huì)此次為期兩個(gè)禮拜的課程設(shè)計(jì),讓我感受頗深。最終看到了絢麗多姿,變化多端的LED光立方的圖案。在這半個(gè)多月的學(xué)習(xí)中,在很大程度上培養(yǎng)了自己的獨(dú)立思考及其動(dòng)手能力。學(xué)會(huì)了自己獨(dú)立的發(fā)現(xiàn)問題、分析問題。老師還為我們提供了網(wǎng)絡(luò),遇到不明白的問題,首先是通過上網(wǎng)查閱相關(guān)資料、翻閱書籍找出問題的答案。而且還有老師在實(shí)驗(yàn)室指導(dǎo)我們的設(shè)計(jì),在查閱資料仍找不到但答案的還可以請(qǐng)教老師。盡管此次設(shè)計(jì)過程中遇到些問題,但最終還是一步一個(gè)腳印過來了。本次我主要的是負(fù)責(zé)程序的編寫。在剛開始燒寫程序進(jìn)去調(diào)試時(shí),發(fā)現(xiàn)LED燈P0口和P2口控制的兩組燈點(diǎn)亮的有點(diǎn)延時(shí),不能夠同步顯示圖案的效果。檢查程序后發(fā)現(xiàn),原來是在送完P(guān)0口數(shù)據(jù)后,就立馬加了個(gè)延時(shí),再送P2口數(shù)據(jù),再延時(shí),這樣導(dǎo)致P0口與P2口之間的顯示效果在視覺上慢了半拍,達(dá)不到預(yù)期圖案要顯示的效果,最后將中間的那個(gè)延時(shí)程序調(diào)到送完P(guān)2口數(shù)據(jù)之后再給其進(jìn)行延時(shí),通過調(diào)試發(fā)現(xiàn)能夠正常顯示。另外在編寫各種圖案顯示代碼的時(shí)候,讓我深刻的體會(huì)到,要想編好相應(yīng)的代碼,光立方的三維空間的想象能力還是比較重要,那么多燈到底是要求哪個(gè)燈給高電平哪個(gè)燈給低電平,還要根據(jù)顯示要求組合好。以防出現(xiàn)亂碼顯示情況。在匯編程序中,剛開始想用移位指令來實(shí)現(xiàn)代碼的傳送,發(fā)現(xiàn)在一些簡單的圖案還可以〔如掃描極有規(guī)律的顯示,但在復(fù)雜一點(diǎn)的立體圖就無法使用了,最后還是將其全部統(tǒng)一改寫成調(diào)用數(shù)組的形式送代碼,這樣既簡單又不容易出錯(cuò)。此次設(shè)計(jì)在丁老師的指導(dǎo)下完成的,老師扎實(shí)的專業(yè)知識(shí),讓我覺得自己還有好多的知識(shí)需要去學(xué)習(xí)。在這大學(xué)的時(shí)間,要好好的提升自己的相關(guān)技能。程序代碼#include<reg52.h>#include<intrins.h>sbitSER_0=P1^0;sbitSER_1=P1^1;sbitSER_2=P1^2;sbitSER_3=P1^3;sbitSER_4=P1^4;sbitSER_5=P1^5;sbitSER_6=P1^6;sbitSER_7=P1^7;sbitR_CLK=P3^5
