(SAS)flaguntilthefaultconditionclears.InCANmode,thedrivewillNOTattemptanotherrununtilthefaultconditionclears.InMCSSmode,thedrivewillattemptanotherrunifrequestedbythecontroller,exceptforthermalfaults.NEXT-COMMITTABLENCThisresponseisapplicableonlyforCAN–typecontrollersduringnormalruns.Theeventisloggedandthetargetischangedtothenextcommittable.PRS+LSsignalsareignoredforpositioncorrections.Thedrivesetsthestopandshutdown(SAS)flaguntilthefaultconditionclears.TheruntothenextcommittablewillcontinueonlyifthefaultisdeterminedtobetriggeredbyafailureoftheGECB,afailure“bothLSactive”orafailureoftheCANcommunications.Thisisdeterminedbycheckingifafollow-upeventevent“5111LS&2LS!”wasalsologgedortheCANmessage“DrHwySignals”hastimedout(=event“906NoLSMsg”).Otherwise,thefaultresponsewilltransitiontoatimeddecel(DECEL).Whentherunends,thedrivepassesthroughSHUTDOWNandpositionisinvalidated.DuringotherrunmodesthanNORMAL,thefaultreactionisanimmediatetimeddeceleration(DECEL).DECELDThisresponseisapplicableonlyforCAN–typecontrollers.Theeventislogged,therunisterminatedwithatimeddecel,andthedriveenterstheShutDownstate.Thedecelerationrateis105%ofcontractdecelerationratewithaminimumof0.5m/sec^2.ThedriveremainsintheShutDownstateuntilthefaultconditionclears.ThedrivewillNOTattemptanotherrununtilthefaultconditionclears.Formomentaryfaults,thefaultisautomaticallyclearedafterthesheavehasstopped,subjecttoaminimum250ms.4.4變頻器的故障響應(yīng)方式(續(xù))33ESTOPETheeventisloggedandtherunisimmediatelyterminatedbythedrive.InCANmode,ThedriveenterstheShutDownstateforcertainfaults.Itremainsinthisstateuntilthefaultclears,thesheavehasstopped,andaminimumof100ms.SomefaultswillsettheStop-an-Shutdown(SAS)flag.ThedrivewillNOTattemptanotherrununtilthefaultconditionclears.InMCSSmode,thedrivewillattemptanotherrunifrequestedbythecontroller.Whentheestopwascausedbyacommandtostoporbythesafetychainopening,thedriveentersWaitforSafetystate.Ineithercase,ifthefaultwasnotaconverter-relatedfault,theconverterwillremainactiveuntilthesheavehasstopped.SERVICESTheeventislogged,therunisimmediatelyterminatedbythedrive,andthedriveentersthePowerDownstate.ThedrivesetstheStop-an-Shutdown(SAS)flag.Thedriveisblockedfromfurtherruns.Apoweronreset(POR)isrequiredforthedrivetorecoverfromthisconditionormustberesetthroughtheservicetoolmenu2-4.ENDRUNERThisresponseisapplicableonlyforCAN–typecontrollers.Theeventislogged,therunorbrakeliftisabortedusinganormaldecelerationprofile(jerk-in/out),andthedrivedoesnotentertheShutDownstate.ENDRUN+SHDERSThisresponseisapplicableonlyforCAN–typecontrollers.Theeventislogged,therunorbrakeliftisabortedusinganormaldecelerationprofile(jerk-
