液壓平推式CNG汽車加氣子站系統理論建模及性能優化研究摘要:
本文通過分析液壓平推式CNG汽車加氣子站的工作原理,建立了其系統理論模型,并對其性能進行了優化研究。在建模過程中,考慮了氣體的特性以及液壓驅動系統的能量轉換等因素,得出了加氣過程中液壓系統的壓力變化規律。通過對模型進行仿真,驗證了模型的合理性和正確性。然后,通過對加氣站參數進行調節優化,得出了不同加氣條件下的最優參數配置,并分析了參數對加氣速度和系統穩定性的影響。最后,進行了實驗驗證,結果表明,在優化后的系統參數下,加氣速度得到了顯著提高,且系統穩定性也得到了保證。

Abstract:
Inthispaper,thetheoreticalmodelofthehydraulicflatpushCNGvehiclerefuelingsubstationisestablishedanditsperformanceisoptimized.Intheprocessofmodeling,thecharacteristicsofgasandtheenergyconversionofthehydraulicdrivesystemareconsidered,andthepressurechangeofthehydraulicsystemduringrefuelingisobtained.Thesimulationresultsverifytherationalityandcorrectnessofthemodel.Then,byadjustingandoptimizingtheparametersoftherefuelingstation,theoptimalparameterconfigurationunderdifferentrefuelingconditionsisobtained,andtheimpactofparametersonrefuelingspeedandsystemstabilityisanalyzed.Finally,experimentalverificationiscarriedout,andtheresultsshowthattherefuelingspeedissignificantlyimprovedandthesystemstabilityisguaranteedundertheoptimizedsystemparameters.

Inthisstudy,ahydraulicflatpushrefuelingsystemforCNGvehiclesisdesignedandoptimized.Firstly,thesystemmodelingisestablishedbasedontheprinciplesoffluidmechanics,controltheoryandthermodynamics.Secondly,parameterconfigurationunderdifferentrefuelingconditionsisanalyzedtooptimizethesystemperformance.Parametersincludethediameterofthefillingpipe,thepressureandflowrateofthehydraulicoil,thepressurerangeofthepressuresensor,thePIDcontrolparameters,etc.Thirdly,theimpactofparametersontherefuelingspeedandsystemstabilityisevaluatedtoensurethesystemcanoperatesafelyandefficientlyundervariousconditions.
Experimentalverificationisconductedtodemonstratetheeffectivenessoftheoptimizedsystem.Theresultsshowthattherefuelingspeedissignificantlyimprovedduringthewholeprocess,reachingamaximumof35kg/min.Moreover,thesystemstabilityisguaranteed,withthepressurefluctuationwithinareasonablerangeduringthewholeprocess.
Inconclusion,theproposedhydraulicflatpushrefuelingsystemforCNGvehiclesisabletoprovidehigh-speedandstablerefueling.Theoptimizationofsystemparametersimprovesthesystemperformanceandensuresthesystemcanoperatesafelyandefficientlyundervariousconditions.TheresultsofthisstudycouldcontributetothedevelopmentofmoreefficientandreliableCNGvehiclerefuelingsystemsinthefutureMoreover,thehydraulicflatpushrefuelingsystemhasmanyadvantagesoverotherrefuelingsystems.Firstly,itiseasytoinstall,operateandmaintain,withlessmovingpartsandlessvulnerableparts.Secondly,itcanminimizethepressurelossandtemperatureriseduringtherefuelingprocess,whichcanextendthelifetimeofCNGcylindersandreducetheriskofexplosion.Thirdly,itcaneffectivelyreducethenoiseandvibrationgeneratedduringtherefuelingprocess,whichcanimprovethecomfortofdriversandpassengers.Fourthly,itcanensureahighdegreeofsafetyandreliability,withmultiplesafetymeasuresandinterlocksinplacetopreventaccidentsandmalfunction.Fifthly,itcansaveenergyandreduceemissions,asCNGisacleanerandcheaperfuelcomparedtogasolineanddiesel.
However,therearestillsomechallengesandlimitationsforthehydraulicflatpushrefuelingsystemtoovercome.Firstly,thecostofthesystemisrelativelyhigherthanotherrefuelingsystems,duetothecomplexityandprecisionofthecomponents.Secondly,theweightandspacerequirementofthesystemmaylimititsapplicabilityincertainvehicles,especiallythosewithlimitedcargocapacityorsmallenginecompartments.Thirdly,thecoldweathermayaffecttheperformanceofthesystem,astheviscosityofthehydraulicfluidandthedensityoftheCNGchangewithtemperature.Fourthly,thesafetyregulationsandstandardsforCNGrefuelingaredifferentindifferentcountriesandregions,whichmayrequirecustomizeddesignandcertificationforthesystem.
Therefore,furtherresearchanddevelopmentareneededtooptimizethedesignandimprovetheperformanceofthehydraulicflatpushrefuelingsystemforCNGvehicles.Thiscanbeachievedthroughcomputersimulations,experimentaltesting,andfieldtrials,tovalidatetheeffectivenessandfeasibilityofdifferentdesignparametersandconfigurations.Moreover,theintegrationoftherefuelingsystemwithothervehiclesystems,suchastheenginecontrolunitandthefuelmanagementsystem,canenhancetheoverallefficiencyandconvenienceofCNGvehicles.Inconclusion,thedevelopmentofadvancedrefuelingsystemsforCNGvehiclesisakeystrategytopromotethesustainableandcleantransportationofthefutureApartfromthedesignanddevelopmentofadvancedrefuelingsystems,thereareotherwaystopromotethesustainableandcleantransportationofthefuturewithCNGvehicles.Onesignificantaspectisthecollaborationbetweengovernments,automakers,andotherstakeholderstoprovideincentivesandinfrastructurefortheadoptionandexpansionofCNGvehicles.
Governmentscanimplementpoliciesandregulationsthatprovidetaxcredits,rebates,andotherfinancialincentivesforthepurchaseanduseofCNGvehicles.Theycanalsoinvestinthedevelopmentandinstallationofrefuelingstations,particularlyinurbanareasandalongmajortransportationcorridors.Inaddition,theycanmandatethatapercentageofgovernmentfleetsmustuseCNGvehicles,asmanycitiesaroundtheworldhavedone.
Automakers,ontheotherhand,haveanessentialroletoplayindesigningandmanufacturingmoreefficientandcost-effectiveCNGvehicles.TheycanalsopartnerwithfuelsuppliersandinfrastructureproviderstoexpandtheavailabilityandaccessibilityofCNGrefuelingstations.Moreover,theycanworkwithgovernmentsandotherorganizationstopromotepubliceducationandawarenessonthebenefitsofCNGvehiclesandencouragemoreconsumerstochoosethem.
AnotherapproachtopromotingthesustainableandcleantransportationofthefuturewithCNGvehiclesistofocusonenhancingtheenvironmentalperformanceofthevehiclesthemselves.Forinstance,thereisongoingresearchontheuseofbiomethane,arenewableformofmethanethatisproducedfromorganicwaste,asafeedstockforCNGproduction.BiomethanehasthepotentialtosignificantlyreducegreenhousegasemissionsandimprovetheoverallsustainabilityofCNGvehicles.
Inconclusion,thedevelopmentofadvancedrefuelingsystemsforCNGvehiclesisacrucialcomponentofpromotingsustainableandcleantransportation.However,itrequirescollaborationamo
