還記得幾年前上高中的時候，每天把發(fā)條上的足夠緊，不給自己任何的空閑時間，每天想的就是努力學習，努力、努力、再努力，這一切的努力不就是想讓自己能夠考上大學，實現(xiàn)自己的夢想嗎，我感覺大學的校門時那樣的遙遠，我感覺壓力很大。不過一切都已經(jīng)明了了，我已經(jīng)通過高考考上了大學，這在我收到大學錄取通知書的時候，我才意識到，我是一名大學生了，這簡直是一場夢一樣，我多年的刻苦努力換來的就是這么一張通知書，而這張通知書改變了多少人的命運啊。進入高等學府深造，成為一名跨世紀大學生，這是我兒時以來的愿望和夢想。在跨入大學校門的那一刻，我兒時的理想終于實現(xiàn)了，也圓了我的大學夢。大學里濃厚的文化氣息和廣闊的自由天地讓我有了更好的發(fā)展機會和空間。我就象一塊渴水的海綿，貪婪地吸收著知識；就象一只久困的鴿子，在廣闊的天空中自由飛翔。正是從那時起，我便立志要成為一名思想上進，政治合格，素質(zhì)過硬，在德智體諸方面全面發(fā)展的合格大學生。我不斷朝著這個目標努力學習，踏實工作，努力提高自身素質(zhì)，爭當一名德、智、體全面發(fā)展的合格大學生。今年是我進入大學的第三年。兩年來，在各級領(lǐng)導和同學們的關(guān)心、幫助下，通過自身不斷努力，各方面均取得一定的進步。回顧這兩年來的大學生活，深感本人在各個方面都得到鍛煉和發(fā)展，特別是在黨、團組織領(lǐng)導的幫助下，本人的學習成績、政治理論水平等都有了進一步的提高。我有了寫一下這兩年個人生活總結(jié)的想法：一、日常生活方面：盡量與舍友、同班同學搞好關(guān)系。結(jié)識一些高年級的師哥師姐，向他們請教學習、工作、生活上的問題。廣交朋友，朋友遍布各院系、各省份。二、思想政治方面：一個人無論成功與否，他首先必須是一個思想正派的人，一個愛國的人。我深深地意識到：要成為一名合格的大學生，必須從培養(yǎng)和提高自身思想素質(zhì)開始。只有樹立了正確的人生觀、

價值觀，樹立了為人民服務，為社會主義事業(yè)奮斗終身的遠大志向，才能為大學四年以及今后的學習工作指明方向、提供動力。因此，我在剛?cè)雽W不久便向敬愛的黨組織鄭重遞交了入黨申請書，并從那時起，我就以一名的標準嚴格要求自己，以的標準規(guī)范自己的學習和工作。針對自己思想政治素質(zhì)和理論水平不高的問題，我在日常的學習工作中就不斷認真學習黨的各項方針政策，研讀各種理論在實踐中運用的原理，并通過參加華僑大學黨校和系定期的黨章學習小組的學習，使自己的政治理論水平有了顯著提高，從中繼承做得好的方面改進不足的地方，使自己回顧走過的路，也更是為了看清將來要走的路。三、知識學習方面：學習刻苦，態(tài)度認真，只是在學習方法和能力上有些欠缺，在今后的學習中需要改進。作為21世紀的接班人，新世紀在悄悄降臨之際也給我們帶來了新的要求，經(jīng)濟日新月異，科技翻天覆地，所以更多、更快、更廣的吸收新知識即成了放在我們面前必須解決的一個問題，我通過這兩年的大學學習，對于專業(yè)方向、節(jié)奏、程度、難易度等等，也有所了解，投入了不少時間再學習上，每次考試也發(fā)揮的可以。在大學的后兩年中，對學習任務有了更高的要求，在這樣的關(guān)鍵時刻，我會加倍努力學習，把更好的成績帶進大四。所以，如果說這是對我的壓力，到不如說是對我的考驗，我一定會全力以赴。四、社會實踐能力方面：社會實踐能力有了很大提高。大學中，我參加了不少的社會實踐活動，從中繼承做得好的方面改進不足的地方，使自己回顧走過的路，也更是為了看清將來要走的路。我的學習成績不是非常好，但我卻在學習的過程中收獲了很多。首先是我端正了學習態(tài)度。在我考進大學時，腦子里想的是好好放松從重壓下解放出來的自己，然而很快我就明白了，大學仍需努力認真的學習。看到周圍的同學們拼命的學習，我也打消了初衷，開始大學的學習旅程。其次是極大程度的提高了自己的自學能力。以上是我對大學生活個人總結(jié)，我將結(jié)合這個小結(jié)回顧過去，確定未來的發(fā)展目標，我對未來充滿信心。過去的兩年，是不斷學習、不斷充實的兩年，是積極探索、逐步成熟的兩年。由于參加黨校的時間不長，政治思想覺悟還有待提高；對大學學習的規(guī)律仍需進一步適應，方法也尚需改進；在學生會

本文為Word版資料，可以任意修改編輯。如果你看到我上傳的資料這個后綴，請刪除后使用。高效學習方法和技巧學習需要方法，找到適合自己的方法，學習才能事半功倍。接下來，我結(jié)合我自己的學習情況，給大家總結(jié)的高效學習《五部曲》一、預習是學習的重要環(huán)節(jié)上課前充分預習，考試前充分地復習，與“打有準備之仗”有同曲之道。預習效果好，聽課才能有針對性；聽課有針對性，復習才能順利進行；復習深刻，作業(yè)、考試才能得心應手。所以說預習是學生學習過程中一個必不可少的環(huán)節(jié)。二、掌握好高效的聽課方法課上集中精力聽課，是掌握知識的捷徑。聽講時，思想上必須與老師講解的思路保持一致，聽老師對事物是怎樣分析、推理；聽老師解決問題是用什么方法、技巧；聽老師對問題有哪些提問和解釋。這樣才能把握住聽課的重點。聽講中，要把自己在預習中的理解，和老師講解的相比較，看自己和老師有哪些相同點和區(qū)別點。三、合理安排復習時間很多科學家通過研究發(fā)現(xiàn)，有幾個時間段有利于鞏固記憶：一是學習后最初幾分鐘內(nèi)，電生理活動引起蛋白質(zhì)的合成；二是學習后在48小時內(nèi)復習；三是一周之后腦突觸發(fā)生永久性變化。根據(jù)人在學習過程中這一生理變化，采用復習加強記憶就顯得特別重要了。如果我們能夠在學習的內(nèi)容即將忘記時進行復習，那么復習的效果最好，效率也最高。著名的心理學家艾賓浩斯通過實驗發(fā)現(xiàn)了人的記憶與遺忘規(guī)律。實驗證明：在學習僅過了20分鐘后，就忘記記憶內(nèi)容的42%，1天后忘卻量已經(jīng)達到了66%，到了第31天，忘卻量高達79%。他根據(jù)實驗結(jié)果，畫成了著名的遺忘曲線。并表明遺忘的規(guī)律是“先快后慢”。這條規(guī)律提示我們，—定要盡早、及時地對所學知識進行復習，以便在知識還在大腦內(nèi)時就加深印記，否則大腦中已經(jīng)沒有痕跡了，只能再費精力重學。合理安排復習時間特別重要并且必要，制定復習計劃，嚴格按精英特計劃執(zhí)行，并力求形成習慣，是我們每一位學生都應該力求努力做到。我們?yōu)槭裁匆獜土暷兀恳驗槲覀冇洃浶Ч麤]有那么好，不可能過目不忘，所以需要重復、增強記憶。同時，復習的進展也有利于學習效率的提高。四、做作業(yè)的科學方法這里有七種做作業(yè)的技巧：1、先復習后做作業(yè)。復習是做好作業(yè)的關(guān)鍵，只有復習得好，作業(yè)才能做得好。做作業(yè)前先把老師這一節(jié)課所講的內(nèi)容認真地看一看，弄清楚基本原理和概念后再去做作業(yè)，作業(yè)才能做得既快又好。2、認真審題。做作業(yè)最關(guān)鍵的—步就是審題，連題都判斷錯了，作業(yè)內(nèi)容就全錯了。首先第—步要弄清楚題目的內(nèi)容，所給的條件，什么要求，需要聯(lián)系哪些知識等等；其次是考慮好解題思路、方法、步驟，要善于把—道題分成幾部分，化大為小、化難為易、分清其中的已知和未知，弄清各部分的聯(lián)系，設計好整個解題步驟，—定要讓自己做到不明白題意不做題，不清楚方法步驟不下筆。3、細心的做題。做題是表達思路的全過程，這個過程要求既動腦、又動手。做題的關(guān)鍵是要保證“規(guī)范”、“準確”。要做到這兩點就要求學生認真的抄好題，書寫格式必須正確、規(guī)范，嚴格按照各類題的解題要求，仔細演算解題的每—步，得出正確的結(jié)果。只有平時做題認真細致，步驟完整，思路正確，表達嚴密，準確無誤，考試時才能按照這種良好的習慣進行五、重視錯題積累在學習的過程中，同學們可能遇到過一錯再錯的現(xiàn)象
