3、操作的游戲及其活動，將教學內容層層鋪開，把枯燥乏味的課堂變成生動有味“歡樂堡”，讓他們在歡樂中學習，在玩中獲得新制。在活動中學生們都樂于參與，充分調動了學生的情感態度和興趣，學生的積極性得到了充分發揮，教學效果良好。 3課后備課，總結教學經驗每上完一單元，我都及時對該單元作出總結和反思，學出教后感，確信本節課成功的地點，探討該單元的不足之處，為以后的教學工作打下基礎。 三、認真上課，體現以人為本 英語課程標準提出“讓學生在教師的指導下，通過感知，體驗，實踐，參與和合作等方式，實現任務的目標，感受成功。”這便要求英語課的教學要以學生為主，培養他們學習英語的興趣，提高他們對詞匯，句型的聽講認讀和語

4、言實際運用的能力。為此，我在實際的教學過程中做了以下幾點： 1巧設導入，培養興趣。每節的教學我首先通過做游戲，唱英語歌來激發學生的學習興趣，讓學生融洽在學習英語的氛圍內。 2圖文結合，掌握新知。依照教材“圖文并茂”的特點，充分運用單詞卡片、實物教具、簡筆畫及肢體語言來啟發學生，使學生帶著明確的任務目標，并借助圖片、動作、表情等手段掌握其義，讓他們積極主動參與學習獵取新知過程，培養他們學習英語的興趣。在遇到難讀的單詞或句子時，我不厭其煩，耐心教導學生認讀，力爭讓他們學了就明白，明白了會用，培養他們認讀的能力。在學習新知的同時，還適時對他們進行思想教育。 3游戲活動，鞏固新知。在完成了每節課的新授

5、任務后，抓住學生爭強好勝的心理，通過師生互動、生生互動的游戲活動將教學內容層層鋪開；為了尊重學生的個體差異，營造寬松的學習環境，以簡單易操作的趣味性、多樣化游戲為主來實施教學，讓學生進行反復模仿、認讀、玩演、視聽，從而給他們提供充分的活動和交流機會，讓學生在玩的過程中獲得新知，提高他們語言的運用能力，培養他們的學習興趣。 四、加強自學，不斷積存知識 由于本人在英語教學方面經驗甚少，自己的知識又有限，在教學的同時，時時虛心向資歷深的教師請教，和我們英語組的同事一起學習有關英語方面的教學教法，加強自身的業務學習、擴大視野；用心收集有助于英語課堂教學的各種游戲資料，時常聽錄音糾正自己的語音語調。 總
