1、四年級英語教學工作總結清華大學英語系測試:更適合中小學生英語使用官方網站: 清華大學英語教授研究組提供小學四年級上期英語教學工作總結 開縣白橋鎮上橋中心小學 文俊 本學期,我擔任四年級的英語教學工作。作為從事小學英語教學的我,雖了解到了一些教學教法,但在實際的教育教學中,我深深感受到教小學英語之難之累,真是“苦在其身,樂在其心”!為使今后的教學工作取得更大進步,現對本學期的教學工作如下總結: 一、學習課標,明確教學目標 為了使我的英語教學適應新時期英語教學要求,樹立起新的育人理念,我們英語教師抽時刻對英語課程標準進行了研讀,了解了此次英語課程改革的目的,掌握了此次英語改革的重點,理解了英語教學

2、原則,學會了一些科學評價原則等,從而為后面的教學提供了充分的依據,奠定了扎實的基礎,保證了教學的順利進行。 官方網站: 哈佛大學英語教授研究組提供二、扎實備課,理清教學思路 備課是課堂教學的重要環節,我在備課時做到了以下幾點: 1課前備課,做到“有備而來”我認真閱讀各種教科參考書,既備教材,教法,有備學生。結合學生的實際和教材的內容,既要考慮知識的縱向聯系,又要考慮新知識的橫向銜接;既要突出重點,又要突出難點;既要體現完整的教學過程,又要注意好個環節的過渡自然。 2課中備課,靈活安排簡單易操作的游戲活動我通過游戲引入新課教學時,為了不打消學生的積極性,我在實施教學的時候,總是盡量設計一些簡單易

3、操作的游戲及其活動,將教學內容層層鋪開,把枯燥乏味的課堂變成生動有味“歡樂堡”,讓他們在歡樂中學習,在玩中獲得新制。在活動中學生們都樂于參與,充分調動了學生的情感態度和興趣,學生的積極性得到了充分發揮,教學效果良好。 3課后備課,總結教學經驗每上完一單元,我都及時對該單元作出總結和反思,學出教后感,確信本節課成功的地點,探討該單元的不足之處,為以后的教學工作打下基礎。 三、認真上課,體現以人為本 英語課程標準提出“讓學生在教師的指導下,通過感知,體驗,實踐,參與和合作等方式,實現任務的目標,感受成功。”這便要求英語課的教學要以學生為主,培養他們學習英語的興趣,提高他們對詞匯,句型的聽講認讀和語

4、言實際運用的能力。為此,我在實際的教學過程中做了以下幾點: 1巧設導入,培養興趣。每節的教學我首先通過做游戲,唱英語歌來激發學生的學習興趣,讓學生融洽在學習英語的氛圍內。 2圖文結合,掌握新知。依照教材“圖文并茂”的特點,充分運用單詞卡片、實物教具、簡筆畫及肢體語言來啟發學生,使學生帶著明確的任務目標,并借助圖片、動作、表情等手段掌握其義,讓他們積極主動參與學習獵取新知過程,培養他們學習英語的興趣。在遇到難讀的單詞或句子時,我不厭其煩,耐心教導學生認讀,力爭讓他們學了就明白,明白了會用,培養他們認讀的能力。在學習新知的同時,還適時對他們進行思想教育。 3游戲活動,鞏固新知。在完成了每節課的新授

5、任務后,抓住學生爭強好勝的心理,通過師生互動、生生互動的游戲活動將教學內容層層鋪開;為了尊重學生的個體差異,營造寬松的學習環境,以簡單易操作的趣味性、多樣化游戲為主來實施教學,讓學生進行反復模仿、認讀、玩演、視聽,從而給他們提供充分的活動和交流機會,讓學生在玩的過程中獲得新知,提高他們語言的運用能力,培養他們的學習興趣。 四、加強自學,不斷積存知識 由于本人在英語教學方面經驗甚少,自己的知識又有限,在教學的同時,時時虛心向資歷深的教師請教,和我們英語組的同事一起學習有關英語方面的教學教法,加強自身的業務學習、擴大視野;用心收集有助于英語課堂教學的各種游戲資料,時常聽錄音糾正自己的語音語調。 總

9、話評量方式作業習作練習和教師所指派的課堂作業上課表現與努力程度含上課及學習的態度、同學間及師生間之互動、遊戲參與、練習、回答等評量 筆試與口試各一次教材康軒出版社New Wow English 1課本及習作 二年級英語教學打算一、 學生學科學習質量現狀分析二年級學生們不僅對英語學習產生了較為濃厚的興趣,還能夠講出一些與日常生活緊密相關的英文單詞,出口而朗朗上口的小韻文,還能夠講出一些簡單的日常交際用語,會唱簡單的英文歌曲。由于學生們差不多學習了大部分常見音圖,因此本年級小孩在拼讀、認讀單詞方面差不多有了一定的基礎,本學期除按要完成教育教學任務外,還要接著學習音圖,在完成多音圖教學后,要進一步提

10、高學生們見詞能讀、聽音能寫的能力。此外還要適當開展閱讀訓練以及鼓舞小孩們把所學的英語知識大量靈活的應用于日常生活之中,真正達到學以致用的目的。 官方網站: 哈佛大學英語教授研究組提供二、教學目的任務本冊書的要緊目的是培養學生學習英語的積極情感,在大量的語言實踐中,形成初步的英語語感、打好語音語調基礎,具備用所學的英語進行交流的能力 ,養成良好的學習適應,為以后的學習打下堅實的基礎。本冊書的要求具體體現在以下幾方面:(1)在聽方面,能依照聽到 的詞語或指認圖片或實物,能聽明白課堂指令并做出相應的反映,能在圖片 和動作的指示下聽明白故事并能把他扮演出來,能識記與辨不26個英文字母;(2)在講方面,

11、能聽錄音并進行模仿 ,能交流簡單的個人信息,包括姓名年齡,家庭狀況等,能講唱英文的兒歌和韻文;(3)在玩演方面,能用英語做游戲并在游戲中進行用英語進行交際 。(4)在讀寫方面能看圖識詞,能正確地書寫26個英文字母。(5)在視聽方面,能看明白語言簡單的英文動畫片。三、教學設想1把 “重興趣,重成就感,重自信心的建立”放在教學的首位。2在教學的過程當中,讓學生在體驗中、參與中、實踐中學習。3充分發揮人本主義精神,讓學生成為學習的主人。4創設良好的課堂氛圍,使得學生樂于參與課堂活動,在輕松中學有所得。5重視學生的口語交際能力,把在課堂上學得的東西運用于生活當中,同時適當地把生活中的口語“What d

14、動愛玩的特點,以活動為課堂教學的要緊形式,設計豐富多彩的教學活動,讓學生在樂中學、學中用,從而保證學生英語學習的可持續性進展。4、通過聽、講、讀、寫、唱、游、演、畫、做等形式,進行大量的語言操練和練習。 5、將直觀教具和電教手段,多媒體課件相結合,培養學生良好的朗讀適應,打下良好的語音語調基礎。6、多為學生營造一些學習氛圍,如:每日一句、課間英語活動、創設英語角等等。7、培養學生看英語畫報,讀英語故事的適應。七、提高教學質量的要緊措施:認真學習教學大綱,深鉆教材,精心備課,精心設計課堂結構,增強時效性。課上努力創設英語學習情景,運用靈活多樣的教學方法,激發學生們的學習興趣,充分發揮學生們的主體

15、作用,鼓舞發覺,探究與質疑,培養學生的創新精神和實踐能力。運用形成性評價的反饋矯正機制,及時改進教學方法,使評價成為教學中的有機環節,形成良好的激勵機制。充分運用現代化教學設備,優化課堂教學,尊重差異,落實因材施教,分層布置作業,指導學困生的學習方法,最大限度地減輕他們的心理負擔,讓每個學生學有所收,學有所獲。虛心向校內外優秀教師學習,多聽他們的課,力求取人之長,補己之短。希望得到校領導及同事的指導,提出不足,指出努力方向,以提高教育教學水平。 官方網站: 哈佛大學英語教授研究組提供Hello!
