1、專業(yè)整理分享STAR-CCM+復(fù)雜表面幾何處理與網(wǎng)格劃分1啟動(dòng):丄開始T所有程序TSTAR-CCM+,如圖1所示,打開STAR-CCM+,界面如圖2所示。圖1打開軟件STAR-CCM+q包“丁巧卜、卑訐M電首鼻A嚴(yán)杞卜丄點(diǎn)擊FileTNewSimulation,如圖3所示,彈出如圖4所示窗口,單擊OK按鈕,創(chuàng)建新的模擬。圖3創(chuàng)建新模擬2.打開模型文件:圖4創(chuàng)建新模擬窗口丄單擊菜單FileTImportsurfacemesh,如圖5所示,或者單擊按鈕,進(jìn)入模型導(dǎo)入菜單,如圖6所示。丄選擇所有x_t模型,單擊“打開”按鈕,彈出如圖7所示菜單,為了減少內(nèi)存壓力,這里設(shè)定TessellationDen

12、&m塚幽址mmhOn匯hOff圖21Turnmeshonoroff”選項(xiàng)圖22顯示網(wǎng)格模式下的模型修補(bǔ)面處理:丄因?yàn)槭菍?duì)其內(nèi)部流體進(jìn)行計(jì)算分析,所以先將大的開口封閉起來(lái),小的縫隙可以通過(guò)包面進(jìn)行自動(dòng)縫合,首先進(jìn)行如圖23所示兩個(gè)進(jìn)口及三個(gè)出口的縫合。I*丄右鍵單擊RepresentationsTImport,選擇RepairSurface.選項(xiàng),彈出如圖24所示“SurfacePreparationOptions”菜單,因?yàn)槭且M(jìn)行縫補(bǔ)大面,而不是進(jìn)行質(zhì)量檢查,所以取消CheckAll”選項(xiàng),點(diǎn)擊“0K”按鈕,進(jìn)入如圖25所示的RepairSurfaceMesh”菜單界面。圖23將要進(jìn)行縫合的
