1、LUXURY HOTELSMACAU PONTE 1 6臺風(fēng)暴雨緊急預(yù)案一、予匠案的目的舄有效防槊和減例自然炙害，保客人、景工的生命具才走及酒店具才走安全，根 披政府相猊定，結(jié)合酒店隙情況，裂定本予匠案。二、雁急予匠案改勤的依披常藏象臺畿布如下天藏予匠警信（以下ffi警信虢）1. 松颶凰琪警信虢即24小畤內(nèi)可能或者已經(jīng)受BM旋影智平均凰力6級以上。航色大凰予匠警信，即2小畤內(nèi)可能或已經(jīng)受大凰影譬，平均凰力12敝 以上。航色豪雨予匠警信，即3小畤內(nèi)可能或者已經(jīng)受豪雨影譬，降雨量100毫 米以上。三、聚急情況工具莘彳箱手筒4支以上；雨衣、雨鞋、安全帽各4套以上；最少要有6臺潛水幫浦放用，接好50米

2、雷源M；M接50米膝管； 沙包40袋。四、聚急情況值班地黑占工程部值班瓣公室；五、聚急情況值班人景工程總監(jiān)或工程經(jīng)理；運行主管2名（責(zé)人景言周度及工作安排）；檄雷技術(shù)員10名；所有其他檄勤人景全部留守值班室待命；所有常班景工均要留守酒店；必要畤通知休息景工加班；外出拾修必硝保持2人一鮑；以上常班人景沒有工程總監(jiān)言午可不得擅自雕品工作崗位。六、重黑占匾域檢查房；各匾域UPS房；石油藏房業(yè)言己儒存藏量；污水排水言殳彳箱；天面排水沒親隹物，排水娘甲贏。七、保言登供水、供雷、空、消防系統(tǒng)哉管正常檢測畿雷檄管正常，檢查油、水儒彳箱要充足，碓保雁急雷源供雷正常；加弓魚哉房、監(jiān)控中心巡查，畿說哉管巽常及畤鮑

3、名哉拾修；碓保酒店供水、供雷正常。八、通嘉孔哉各班人景保言登輦指黃檄、手檄通飄正常；運行主管定畤測言式輦指黃檄、手檄，碓保通信甲易通；密切留意颶凰飄息。九、予頁防措施做好防MB,#及畤通知戶外、作棠人景；通知酒店各瞰能部乃做好相防槊莘B；妥善安置易受大M影譬的室外物品，拆除或加固室外晦畤哉施。十級以上颶M必硝拆除所有室外晦畤哉施；檢查、修橡項、陶臺、地面等排水哉施，保持懼甲易檢查、測或修等雁急照明，保持完好彳箱用；暫畤室外招牌、景照明、嗔泉等室外言殳施；檢查#M所有玻璃窗戶，外H；逵入防M狀憩，停止高空、等戶外作棠；危除地帶人景撤雕，停止露天集醴活勤，立即疏散人景；低至、易受水浸地匾注意做好防

4、澇工作；品放晦畤休息匾域，危除地帶人景撤雕回到休息匾；值班人lB可能呆在防M安全的地方，相部乃和拾除罩位隨畤莘B改 勤拾IW雁急方案；S O F I T E LLUXURY HOTELS*n I六浦MACAU PONTE 1 6需對工程部員工進(jìn)行良好的培訓(xùn)。在有跑水事件發(fā)生時當(dāng)班的工程部員工可以迅速作出反應(yīng)以將損失降低到最低限度。大部分跑水事件是由于管道破損而引起的，比如冷熱水管、空調(diào)管道和消防噴 淋系統(tǒng)管線等等；廚房工作人員不注意將粗糙的雜物落如下水道；客人因粗心 未關(guān)閉浴缸水源或洗手盆的水龍頭或是在等待浴缸或手盆盛滿水之前不小心睡 著了等等都可能引起跑水事件的發(fā)生。應(yīng)采取的措施：發(fā)生跑水事

5、件應(yīng)立即通知工程部、客房部、保安部、前廳部和酒店行政委員 會的相關(guān)人員。關(guān)閉離跑水事件發(fā)生地最近的水流閥門。除非萬不得已，不要關(guān)閉系統(tǒng)的主 閥門，以免對酒店正常運行造成不便。如果跑水事件會對某些客人造成影響，應(yīng)通知前廳部受災(zāi)區(qū)域，以便前廳部著情為受影響的客人重新安排食宿。抓緊時間進(jìn)行搶修工作，盡快恢復(fù)正常狀態(tài)。與客房部一起清理受災(zāi)區(qū)域。在一樓的消防監(jiān)控中心留有一套維修工具，以應(yīng)急用。這套維修工具包括:-可以放4個小桶的榨水器-一臺吸水機-一套多用工具-一些報廢浴巾一卷塑料軟管，直徑50mm，長度8m，帶管夾。LUXURY HOTELSn i-六浦MACAU PONTE 16停電應(yīng)急程序此程序適

6、用所有酒店對工程部的員工進(jìn)行培訓(xùn)以在停電發(fā)生時進(jìn)行合理及時的處理工作，最小程度 地減少由于停電造成的恐慌和混亂。按以下程序進(jìn)行:檢查應(yīng)急發(fā)電機是否運行正常。通常在停電發(fā)生后的幾秒種內(nèi)應(yīng)急發(fā)電機將 自動啟動運行為酒店內(nèi)的主要電機設(shè)備和應(yīng)急燈提供電力支持。將油標(biāo)、水 溫、供油壓力表、三項電壓和電流、頻率和負(fù)載數(shù)據(jù)記錄在工作日志中。檢查是否電梯已在應(yīng)急電源的支持下恢復(fù)正常運行狀態(tài)，確保無客人因停電 而被困在電梯內(nèi)。向行政委員會、通訊服務(wù)部、前廳部經(jīng)理、賓客服務(wù)經(jīng)理、保安部經(jīng)理和電 腦房經(jīng)理報告當(dāng)前情況。檢查并確保應(yīng)急電源已順利輸送至電腦房、通訊服務(wù)部、程控交換機房和消 防監(jiān)控中心。檢查所有的應(yīng)急燈、

7、水泵等是否運行正常。檢查市政供水水箱水標(biāo)的高度，確保所有的消防泵有應(yīng)急電力供應(yīng)檢查所有因停電而引起的誤報警。檢查其它酒店主要機電設(shè)備的電力供應(yīng)情況。堅守崗位，當(dāng)正常電力供應(yīng)恢復(fù)時迅速切換電力供應(yīng)。觀察機電設(shè)備在恢復(fù)正常電力供應(yīng)后的運行情況并將報警復(fù)位。檢查所有系統(tǒng)以及重新調(diào)整時間繼電器。S O F I T E LLUXURY HOTELSI六浦Macau Ponte 16電梯困人操作程序應(yīng)對工程部的所有員工進(jìn)行良好的培訓(xùn)以便應(yīng)付電梯困人的突發(fā)事件。此類事 件應(yīng)由工程部主管和其他員工相互配合共同解決。程序：1. 一旦電梯運行出現(xiàn)故障停在兩層樓之間：當(dāng)困在電梯中的客人必將按響電梯內(nèi)的報警按鈕，在大

8、堂內(nèi)的禮賓部、賓客 服務(wù)經(jīng)理和在消防監(jiān)控中心值班的保安員會馬上接到報警信號。賓客服務(wù)經(jīng)理將通過消防監(jiān)控中心的通訊裝置以冷靜的語氣直接與困在電梯 中的客人溝通，向客人解釋電梯暫時出現(xiàn)了某種技術(shù)上的故障，酒店的工程 部正在對此進(jìn)行維修。注意不要急于強行打開電梯的門。工程部的主管和員工應(yīng)立即趕往位于頂樓的電梯機房，查清電梯出現(xiàn)故 障的樓層。工程部主管可以切斷電梯控制系統(tǒng)的電源，但千萬不要關(guān)閉 電梯轎箱內(nèi)的電力供應(yīng)和照明。接下來，工程部的主管應(yīng)搬動電梯的剎 年裝置將電梯停靠在最近的樓層，注意操作緩慢，以免電梯突然下降引 起梯內(nèi)客人的恐慌。注意觀察機房電梯主電纜的情況，控制好電梯的穩(wěn) 定性。迅速趕往電梯

9、停靠樓層使用電梯鑰匙將電梯外層門打開，關(guān)閉維 修控制開關(guān)，松開手動連接桿至打電梯門解救困在電梯中的客人。始終牢記解救困在電梯客人并不是工程部工作的結(jié)束。在客人得到解救后， 工程部的員工要關(guān)好電梯的門。未對電梯進(jìn)行徹底的故障檢查維修前不可以 盲目地將電梯重新啟動投入運行。通知電梯供應(yīng)商對故障進(jìn)行徹底維修。在解救客人過程中，賓客服務(wù)經(jīng)理要不斷地安慰被困客人并在客人得到解救 后向客人致歉。通知電梯供應(yīng)商到場對電梯進(jìn)行檢查和維修。S O F I T E LLUXURY HOTELSI六浦 MACAU PONTE 16_、防火安全委員會Fire-prevention Security Committee
