Further to the southwest, the waterfront area will be developed to culture and ecological museum. The commercial surrounding the proposed high-speed railway station will be en- hanced

Between the new town center and the com- mercial, the college and education will be devel-oped.passing the neighborhood commercial,the residential in different density will be developedin phases according to the market demand.
