1、歐盟建材ETAG 認證（ ETA 認證）歐洲 ETA 認證介紹EOTA 是歐洲技術認可組織 （ European Organisation for Technical Approvals）的英文縮寫，該組織由與歐盟成員國及歐洲自由貿易協議成員國提名的歐洲技術認可認證機構組成。EOTA 的主要職責是編寫 ETA 指導方針，并負責與ETA 認證相關的一切活動。EOTA 與歐洲的 EC ， EFTA ， CEN 等組織都有緊密的聯系與合作關系。南京睿督公司為建筑產品歐盟公告號實驗室授權機構，專業提供建材ETAG 認證 (ETA 認證 )及建材 CE 認證。ETA 認證的意義歐洲技術評估 (ETA)

2、是一份根據建筑產品基本特征提供其性能信息的聲明文件，自2013 年7月 1 日起在所有歐洲成員國和歐洲經濟區生效的新建筑產品條例(歐盟 )第 305/2011號中已有 ETA 認證的相關詮釋。 建筑建材產品的ETA 認證是對產品在指定應用范圍技術性能的有力證明，由建筑材料制造商自愿申請。建筑建材類產品可以申請ETA 認證的前提是：建筑產品不在或不受任何歐洲統一標準(hEN) 及其評估方法和載于標準歐洲評估文件(EAD)中，當產品通過 ETA 符合性證明程序，滿足ETA 相關標準，歐洲技術認可認證機構將允許制造商在產品上標注 CE 標識。“ CE”標志是一種安全認證標志，被視為制造商打開并進入歐

3、洲市場的護照。凡是貼有“ CE”標志的產品就可在歐盟各成員國內銷售，無須符合每個成員國的要求， 從而實現了商品在歐盟成員國范圍內的自由流通。ETAs 認證的變化根據 ETAs 的有關規定： 截至 2013 年 6 月 30 日 (即歐洲批準 )的 ETAs 在其有效期結束之前仍然有效，可以被制造商用作歐洲技術評估，但這種類型的ETAs 在 2018 年將從市場上消失，在 2013 年 7 月 1 日之后發布的ETA 的有效期是不確定的。根據(歐盟 )第 305/2011號 (CPR)規定，建筑材料制造商在市場上發布建筑產品和當該產品被歐洲技術評估(ETA)評估時，應負責提供該產品的性能聲明(D

4、oP) 。經評估通過后，CE 標志應貼在該產品上，并表明制造商對該產品與聲明的性能相符負有責任。ETAs 評估文件歐洲標準主要包括歐洲技術組織（EOTA ）頒布的歐洲技術認證指南ETAG 001 和相關的技術報告，其中錨栓最重要的評估文件主要在ETAG 001 的 Part 1-6,是專門用于 “混凝土錨固的金屬錨栓 ”的評估文件。 ETA 認證在全體歐洲自由貿易協議成員國有效，證書有效期 5 年。ETA 認證所需提交的文件：1、 The Application Form產品認證申請表2、 Description of the construction product建筑建材類產品說明3、 P
