13、pertyOwnershipCertificatetoBeijingConstructionCommitteeRealEstateExchangeCenterthe"Center"Withinthree3workingdaysafterthetransferofthePropertyOwnershipCertificateiscompleted，LawyershallsubmitthetransferapplicationwithallnecessarysupportingdocumentsoftheLandUseRightCertificatetoBeijingLand&

14、amp;ResourceBureau.1.4.4AfterthePropertyOwnershipCertificateandtheLandUseRightCertificatearetransferredtoBuyer，andafterLawyerreceivesalltheoriginalcertificates，LawyershallprovidetotheBankwiththesecertificatesinaccordancewiththetermsoftheTri-partyAgreement.Thebank，whowillapplyforthemortgageregistrati
