1、共同教學(co-teaching)在科學教學及研究上的意義及運作熊召弟教授國立臺北教育大學自然科學教育學系 .共同教學(co-teaching)定義及範圍共同教學?團隊教學?協作教學?合作教學highly qualified to co-teach secondary strategies for effective collaborative partnerships 提出Friends models of co-teaching (共同教學的友誼模式)如下: 1.一位教學,一位擔任助理(one teach, one assist/drift)由一位主導教學,另一位可以協助教室的管理以及瞭解

2、幫助學生個別學習。這是最簡單的方式不需要兩位教師太多時間花費在計畫及聯繫。這樣的角色,為了促進教師教學專業發展,應該要輪換。2.跑站式教學(station teaching)將教學素材分成兩部分,每位教師負責一部分。例如:針對戶外教學(遠望坑溪)或實驗操作等,學生人數太多,可能影響學習的變通策略。3.平行式教學 ( parallel teaching) 我的設計是四位實習學生共同設計教學(如光合作用),兩人一組一個班級(2小時課),另外兩人協助攝影及評鑑,接著輪到另一個班級教學,都教相同內容, 有不同教學呈現方式,教材教法課時,拿出來討論。(可以發現不同可學的地方)4.變通式教學 (alter

3、native teaching) 依照學生需求不同的教學,如:由實習學生擔任課後輔導或協助其他競賽。5.團隊教學(Team teaching) 舉例:實踐國小的專業成長團體(需要領導者,高度合作及信任關係).個人在科學教學上有關共同教學的案例 1.研究所的教學 (數學及科學教育書報討論) 2.大學部教材教法 (1) 小學自然領域專家(退休)教師 (2) 不同領域大學同事的合作.個人在師資培育研究上有關合作教學的案例1.師院生以合作教學方式在中學或小學試教(協作式) 2.實習學生在小學自然與生活科技實習輔導的專業成長(齒輪)式 .合作教學20大問 (引自Dr. Kenneth Tobin)1.
