Party As Obligation1.Party A will pay the below cost (Cost )during the perio

3、d of theLearning Program:Registration cost for the first time , examination cost & tuition.The salary of the study leaves, less than 52 workdays in total.Accommodation transportation cost occurred during theLearning Program.Necessities provided to Party B for theLearning Program, such as books, docu

4、mentsand etc.2.Party A should trace Party Bsperformance during theLearning Program.II. Party B s Obligation1.Tuition .To ensures the smooth implementation of theLearning Program, Party B agreesto bear an amount of a quarter of tuition, i.e. RMB _ in total before the startingof the Learning Program.T

5、he tuition fee will be reimbursed to Party B when Party B getsthe EMBA diploma without interest. However, Party B can not claim back this part of tuitionfee under the circumstances under Article II Point232.ServicePeriod.PartyB agreesto servePartyA or any otherassociatedcompanyofCompanyfor a periodo

6、f 3 yearsupontheissuanceof the EMBAdiploma( “ServicePeriod ”). If the Labor Contract between Party A and Party Bexpires prior tothe ServicePeriod , the LaborContractwill be automaticallyextendedto cover theServicePeriodunless Party A exempts Party B its service obligations in writing.3.1) Under the

7、circumstance below, upon the request of Party A, Party B should repay the Tuition Cost incurred and borne by Party A, including the cost Party A has paid in advance or as a non-returnable deposit: (this does not include any cost associated with anyinterest incurred, accommodation, training material

8、and transportationl etc.)Party B discontinues the LearningProgram for personal reason(includingabsence2courses/examinations or twice failure within 1 year);Party B fails to successfully obtain the EMBA diploma at the normal completion time for his/her personal reason.Part B terminate or revoke the l

9、abor contract; Party A terminate the labor contract as aresult of Party Bs breach of company regulations or failing to reach performance standards.2)During the Service Period , Part B terminate or be revoked the labor contract for Party B s duty, Party B, before going through the demission procedure

If Party B fails to perform his/her obligation under this agreement, his/her guarantor (relatives of Party B with full capacity of civil conduct and financial capacity) shouldguarante

13、e to repay the correspondingCost under Item . If Party B needs to replacethe guarantor, he/she should get an approval in advance from Party A and go through necessary procedure in time. 14、reement will be settled bythe consultationofboth parties. If no agreement can be reached, the dispute shall be submitted to the correlative people s court.VI. Others1. If there is any conflict between this Agreement and the Labor Contract regarding training issue, this Agreement prevails.2.The “asso

15、ciated company of Company ” mentioned in this agreement means any company based in China controlled simultaneously with Party A by Company N.V. or Company PLCand their subsidiary companies, or any company directly or indirectly controlled by Party A.Any modification and supplement should be signed/sealed by Party A and Party
