1、GZD-420×110振動喂料機使用說明1. 機器的用途本機是利用振動原理進行給料的設備，適用于選礦，建材，硅酸鹽和化學工業，以下道工序遞給（帶篩分）粒度不大于580mm的礦石和巖石。2. 機器型號及說明主要技術參數機器料槽尺寸（長寬）4200×1100mm最大給料尺寸580mm偏心軸轉速810 r/min給料能力120240t/h電動機型號、功率、轉速Y160-4/15KW1400r/min重量4600KG3. 工作原理與結構特征GZD-420×110型振動喂料機主要由振動機架、彈簧、振動器、電機振動架及電機組成。激振器是由二個特定位置的偏心軸以齒輪相嚙合組成，

2、裝置時必須使兩齒輪按標記相嚙合，通過電動機驅動，使兩偏心軸旋轉，從而產生巨大合成的直線激振力，使機體在之承彈簧上作強制振動，物料則以此振動為動力，在料槽上作滑動及拋擲運動，從而使物料前移而達到給料目的。當物料通過槽體上的篩條時，較小的料可同篩條間隙而落下，可不經過下道的破碎工序，起了篩分的效果。4. 機器的安裝調試與運轉本機由制造廠裝配合成臺供應，并經過空車實驗。用戶收貨后，應仔細檢查，以便發現和排除在運輸中可能帶來的問題。機器的安裝，調試和試運轉應注意： 由于本機振動較大，故建議將機器安裝在混泥土基礎上，基礎高度、深度和面積應按土質條件，單獨計算。建議基礎重量大致為機器重量的1.5倍。機器安

3、裝尺寸可參閱基礎圖。喂料機基礎高度及出料形式根據地形條件采用鋼結構或混凝土臺增減高度以使用下道工序的要求。（用戶自定） 本機的排料溜槽均屬機器的附屬固定裝置，與喂料機體的豎直方向間隙應保持90mm，水平方向的間隙應保持30mm。安裝電機及支架，應使電機槽輪與激振器槽輪中心線與水平線均成45度，電機支撐板與電機支架底板成15-20度，并注意符合圖中所振動器的旋轉方向。激振器中注入潤滑油，機器安裝調整妥后，進行試運轉。空載試車應達到：（1）連續運轉2小時；（2）所有緊固件牢固，無松動現象；（3）所有摩擦部位無損傷，掉屑和研磨現象，無不正常的響聲，震動穩定。負載試車除達到空載試車要求外，還應滿足如下

4、要求：（1）在為喂料機送料時，不能使物料強烈沖擊機器槽體，不許偏載加料和堆滿加料，以免損壞機體，支撐彈簧及影響機器穩定振動。（2）給料最大粒度應符合規定。5. 機器的操作和規定啟動前的準備工作：1 閱讀值班記錄，處理上一班的遺留問題；2 檢查并排除機體與溜槽，彈簧及支承座之間有無物料等影 響機體運動的雜物；3 仔細檢查所有緊固件是否安全緊固；4 檢查激振器內的潤滑油是否高于油標高度；5 檢查傳動皮帶是否良好：如發現破損時應更換；有油污時，用抹布將其擦干凈；6 檢查防護裝置良好，發現有不安全現象時應及時排除。啟動：1 經檢查，機器與傳動部分情況正常，始可啟動；2 本機僅允許在無載荷情況下啟動；3

5、 啟動后，如發現有不正常現象時，應立即停車，待查明和排除不正常情況后，方可再啟動。使用:1. 本機穩定振動后，方可帶料運行；2. 加料應符合負載試車要求；3. 停機應按工藝順向進行，禁止帶料停機時停機后繼續給料。6. 機器的維護與安全技術經常的維護和檢修延長機器使用壽命，確保正常工作的重要手段，用戶應予以重視，對于潤滑，應注意以下幾點：1 本機采用溪油潤滑，潤滑油應根據使用地點，氣候條件決定，一般采用20#齒輪油；2 應保證激振器中的稀油面高于油標高度（通過管接頭彎管注），每3-6個月更換一次，換油時應用潔凈的汽油或煤油清洗油箱，軸承滾道及齒輪表面。安全技術：1 本機操作人員，必須安全技術教育

The power drives these accentric shafts circumrotating,which produce the huge linear exciting force to make the machine to vibrate strongly on the supporting spring. The material can use power move on the funnel.This can force the material move ahead so

10、 as to attain the aim of feeding.When the material go through the screen on the funnel, the small particle can fall through the screens clearance directly .V. Installation, and debugging This machine is assembled by the making factory,and also tested by them already before delivery. After receiving

11、the machine, users need to exam it carefully so as to find and get rid of the errors through the transportation in time. The installation, debugging and trying-operation must be paid more attentions as follows:1. Due to the strong vibration, the machine should be installed on the concrete base. The

12、height, the depth and the area should be caculated solely based on the different soil condition. It is advisable to make the basis weight 1.5 times of the total weight of the machine. As for the Installation measurement, please refer to the drawing. For feeder machine, the basic height and dischargi

13、ng form can adopt steel or concrete construction. The height can be adjusted by customer to meet the next working procedures requirement.2. The discharging chute of this machine all belong to subsidiary fixture, which should be kept 90mm from the interval in vertical direction: 30mm in horizontal di

14、rection.3. The Installation for electric motor and frame should make the geneva wheel of motor and vibration exciter meet at an angle of 45 degrees between center line and horizontal line. The electrical motor surpporting board and baseplate take on 15-20 oC. Meantime, please be sure to be in line w

15、ith the rotational direction of the vibration device in the picture.4. Cleaning the antirust oil on the shaking device, immitting the lubricant oil at the same time, when the fixing and testing activities finished, then run the machine for a trial. 5. The unloaded working machine should achieve some

16、 requests as follows:4 Operating for 2 hours in succession.5 All fasteners should be firm and there is on phenomenon of becoming flexible.6 All frictional position don't present the condition of scotching, chipping and grinding. There is no abnormal noise. Steady state vibration.7 As feeding mat

17、erials, make sure that the materials can not impact machine, and not allowed to feed deflection or in pile so as to protect the machine, the surpporting spring and make the machine working steadily.(1) The max feed size should according to the rules.VI. Operation Rules Of The MachineThe preparation

18、work before running(1) Check the note on duty and deal with the problem on last shift.(2) Check out and get rid of sundries that can stop working between main body and chute, spring and bracket. (3) Check carefully to be sure that all the fasteners are firm.(4) Check out whether the surface of lubri

19、cating oil is higher than the height of mark. (5)Check out whether the conveyor belt is good. If it is dishclothed, should replace it timely. If there is smeary, then please rub it cleanly by a rag.(6)Check out whether the protective device is in good condition, if any unsafe phenomenas appear, one

20、should get rid of them in time.Sarting(1) Start after make sure the machine and its transmission part are normal(2) This machine should be started unloaded.(3) Stopped immediately when some abnormal state took on. Examing and eliminating these bad condition, then restart it once again. Using(1) Afte

21、r shaking steadily,it can run with material.(2) Feeding material should meet the requirement of running unload.(3) Stopping activity should be carried out along with the technological process, it forbids to stop machine with materials inside or continue to feed as it is stopped.VII. Maintenance and

22、Safety Technology3 Frequent Maintenace and overhaul is an important means to lengthen machine service life and gurantee normal work. User should pay attention to the following points as lubrication:4 The lubricating oil used in this machine is thin oil. It is decided by the working place and the temparature. Normally, to adapt 20# oil.(1) Make
