1、2014 年及往年全國教師資格證考試面試中學英語真題和答案全國教師資格證（以下簡稱“ 教資證 ” ）改革從近兩年才開始。不管是在筆試的考試范圍和題型上， 還是在面試的題型和要求上面，都和往年有了很大的區別。比如普遍反映改革后的筆試后考試的范圍和內容更加的偏，更加的難，“ 都想有一種想要扔掉購買的資料書的沖動” ，因為所購買的資料書的封面上所寫的什么“ 考點覆蓋率100% ”的廣告根本就是個幌子，實際考試考的內容和書上所列的考點很難掛鉤。而教師資格證考試的面試很大的一個變革就是采取了結構化面試和情景模擬相結合的方法，通過抽題，備課，試講，答辯等方式進行。以前的說課變成了現在的十分鐘的試講。我是參

2、加了今年下半年的教師資格證的考試，9 月份筆試考試， 考的是英語學科知識與教學能力，教育知識與能力以及綜合素質三科。成績是在 12 月 1 日出來的，當時沒有想過三門都會過，因為自己在考試之前根本從沒有復習過，可是最后查了成績之后發現教育知識與能力以70 分的成績險過之后（120 分的滿分， 70 分及格） ，自己都有點欣喜若狂，感覺自己太幸運了！對于教資證的筆試，我真的沒有什么經驗可以傳授， 只能說自己高中是學文科的，可能訓練的那些答辯技巧的運用再加上自己的一點幸運險過了。 如果真的想下定決心想拿到教資證的同學還是好好的背背書，做做題， 那樣更有把握一些。 好吧，閑扯了那么多，我還是回到我們

3、的主題吧，那就是大家都關心的教資證的面試來說說吧，順便附上幾套歷年的真題和模擬題外加答案加我自己參加面試（主要是英語，當然，報考其他科目的同學也可以借鑒一下）的一些心得。ps：我今年大三，就讀的是華中師范大學英語系專業。（以下黑色表示我的主觀的心理活動，紅色表示題目或者真實講課以及對話）教師資格證中學英語面試閱讀題真題一1.試講題目：閱讀教學試講2.內容：one day, a man called the taxi company to get a taxi to go to the airport, but after a very long time, the taxi did not c

5、。（2）配合教學內容適當的板書。（3）針對該段落中的劃線部分，設計相應的閱讀后教學活動。（4）試講時間：約10 分鐘。（5）用英文試講。題目的是用機器抽好然后打印在一張紙上面的，以前在網上看到說會給你2 個題目選擇，但是實際情況是只是給你一道指定的題目。這種做法在一定程度是有點不公平，因為用全英文來教授語法顯然比全英文教授口語或者閱讀要難的多，因為語法中那一大推的專業名詞用中文你都不一定能夠說的出來，更別說英文了。 但是不管是網上傳言還是從我的實際參考來看，抽到的類似上面我所抽到的閱讀題型 的學生是最多的。 因此大家要重視這種題型的作答方法。ok ，在提前二十分鐘抽到題后，我和其他的同學一起在

6、一個教室里面寫教案。我旁邊的一個華師的女生抽到的是聽力題。當然了，這是她自己說的，寫教案的時候是不許交談，不許帶參考資料， 也不許打開手機，違者屬于作弊，這個監考人員一再強調過的，所以只能靠自己平時積累的一些東西來完成接下來的整個面試了。我所寫的教案是下面的這個版本：teaching plan teaching aims：knowledge aim: let students master the useful word and expressions in the reading material. ability aim: let the students learn how to com

7、municate with other persons in a more polite way. learn the reading skills of skim and scan. emotional aim: let the students to know the importance of respecting other people and communicate with other people in a good manner. teaching procedures: step one: lead-in (5 minutes) show the students some

8、 pictures about the vehicles such as bike, taxi, and airplane and let them match the names with the pictures. step two: new words and phrases (10 minutes) write the new words and expressions from the reading material such as taxi, airport and let the students read after the teachers. step three: whi

9、le-reading(20 minutes) ask the students about the main idea about the text through a quick reading about the whole text. let the students do “ t” or “ f” exercise. let the students conclude the main idea about each paragraph. step four: consolidation(9 minutes) divide the whole class into two groups

10、. choose a team leader of each group. let the group one act the whole scenario based on the reading material faithfully. and let group two have some adaptations of the scenario based on the reading material. step five: homework(1 minutes) let the students to write a composition about the ending of t

11、his story. 這就是我在考場上面寫的一個大概的教案了。大家對于給定的這20 分鐘到底應該怎么分配呢？我的建議是：花10-15 分鐘用來寫上面的教案，另外的5-10 分鐘用來想自己在接下來的 10 分鐘試講的環節把這堂課真正的上好。顯然，如果考前有準備過教案的寫法的話，在 10 分鐘左右把上面的東西寫出來并不難，還有一點就是教案基本上是不會被納入到評分的標準里面去， 因為我們在筆試的時候已經在英語學科知識與能力里面最后一道題就是寫這樣的教案。 在結構化面試中，你寫的上面這個東西并不是重點，盡管你走的時候要把它交上去。是不是這20 分鐘一到，你馬上就要上去講了呢？答案是否定的，至少在我們的

12、那個考場不是那樣的。就我個人來說，20 分鐘之后，從備課室里面出來，我至少又花了20 分鐘的時間在那里模擬10 分鐘的試講， 覺得自己練的很熟了之后又花了10 分鐘站在窗戶外面看里面的考生講課（其實也沒有必要看，我就是好奇而已，你還不如把自己的10 分鐘試講再多練一遍） 。就這樣， 從拿到我的題目到我真的進入考室面試，大概有 50 分鐘的時間，充分高效的利用這50 分鐘的時間構思出一堂精彩絕倫的10 分鐘試講，你的面試基本上也就通過了。面對這寶貴的10 分鐘試講的時間，很多人都不知道怎么取舍：到底是走完我在教案中所寫的45 分鐘計劃還是在那里面挑選一個片段講十分鐘呢？對于這個問題，也沒有標準答

13、案。有些人選擇在10 分鐘的時間內把一個重要的知識點講透就行了，還有的會把45 分鐘的呃課堂的框架壓縮在10 分鐘的試講里面。至于具體如何抉擇，要看每個人的偏好和實際情況。如果所給的材料當中，有一個特別突出的重點和難點，你把它單獨抽出來講10 分鐘也無妨，比如說你抽到的是語法題，材料里面反復出現的是虛擬語氣的話，10 分鐘就重點應付這個就行了。 但是，如果抽到例如我上面所抽到的閱讀題的話，材料本身其實真的非常簡單， 也沒有很突出的一個閱讀點，我采取的就是把45 分鐘的課堂全部壓縮進10 分鐘的試講，也就是說那10 分鐘就是一堂完整的課堂。下面是我的整個面試的20 分鐘的文字實錄：首先， 看到里

14、面的考生從考室里出來后，一定要先記得敲門，得到允許之后再推門進去。因為有時候老師還在忙著統計成績，還沒有準備好， 沒有得到允許就進去一個是不禮貌，另一個是會被 “ 請” 出來。面試我的是三個女老師，年齡分別在25,35,45 歲左右。其中兩個老師面容慈善的，另外一個板著臉，像誰欠她錢一樣，無論我講的好不好，她都是一臉嚴肅的樣子。老師：我們的是結構化的面試，你將有總共20 分鐘的時間，其中10 分鐘的時間用來回答問題， 5 分鐘回答我們從電腦里面隨機抽取的關于師德師能的問題，另外 5分鐘用來你10分鐘試講之后的提問。好了，請聽好你的兩道大題：一，你認為教師的社會主義核心價值理念是什么樣的？二，你

15、們班上成績好的同學對于班級活動并不是很熱心的參與，你作為班主任應該怎么做？以前在網上看到說會給你時間思考，實際情況是問完就答了。這部分我在面試前還是有準備的。因此感覺題目也不是太偏太難，需要注意的是， 別以為這兩道題是主觀題，沒有標準答案， 實際上在面試老師前面的電腦里有一個大概的參考答案，她們會拿你回答的東西與參考答案對比，然后給出一個分數。下面是我的回答。在我看來，作為一個人民教師，其核心價值理論應該包括以下的幾個方面：一，首先，一名人民教師應該愛崗敬業。老師的本職工作是教書育人，教好學生。教師應該在自己的工作崗位之上兢兢業業，辛勤耕耘。 教師育人的前提就是教師自己本身應該具有較高的專業水

16、準。俗話說的好，想要交給學生一碗水，自己得先有一桶水。因此，良好的專業素養是培養高素質學生重要的一個品質。教師除了自己的專業能力素養之外，還應該不斷的提高自己的品德素養，在生活當中給學生樹立良好的品德模范和榜樣。這就要求教師平時要注意自己的形象，爭取在學生的呃面前塑造一個品德高尚的形象。二，其次， 我認為教師應該擁有的核心價值觀念是愛國。首先，教師不僅僅是作為一種職業，更加的是整個社會的一份子。教師應該牢牢的記住自己做為公民的義務與責任 熱愛我們的祖國母親。而且教師這一職業的愛國又擁有其本身的特殊性，因為只有老師身上體現的是一種強烈的愛國情懷，才能夠把這種精神傳染給自己的學生，才能夠真正的培養

17、出愛國愛黨的學生，才能夠為我們的祖國培養棟梁之才，實現中華民族的偉大復興。三，教師應該把與人友善也當做是自己的一種價值理念。這種友善不僅僅是指對學生友善，還要對身邊的同事領導友善。對學生友善才能夠取得學生的信任，才能夠讓學生從心底里面接納自己， 喜歡自己。 對周邊的同事友善才能夠創造出一個更加良好的環境，激發教師的工作熱情。以上就是我認為教師應該具有的核心價值觀念。對于第二個問題我會這樣處理：我首先會分析班上成績好的同學不愿意參加班集體活動的原因：到底是成績好的同學打從心底里面不愿意參加，不喜歡參加集體活動，還是說我作為班主任，沒有給學生創造出一個良好的班級氛圍， 因此戳傷了優等生參加班級活動

18、的熱情和積極性。等我找出了原因之后，我會對癥下藥，尋找解決的方法。如果優等生不愿意參加班集體活動是因為本身只是顧著自己的學習而忽略了參加班級活動的話， 我會采取下面的措施：首先，我會找優等生進行談心，詢問他們不愿意參加集體活動的原因。 如果是由于他們認為自己的課業負擔太重，無法抽出時間來參加的話，我會這樣的對他們說， 課業負擔雖然重要，但是班級的集體活動也要適當的參加。參加這些集體活動不僅能夠幫助你們減輕自己的學業上面的壓力，讓你們更好的融入到集體，還能夠發展你們的綜合能力和素養，因為只會學習和考試的學生是沒有發展前途的。如果優等生認為班級活動是非常的無趣乏味而不想參加的話，我會反思自己的工作
