18、(孔)被油漆覆蓋,防護措施應(yīng)設(shè)計在白車身進入油漆車間前實施。To avoid being covered by paint, protection of ground point should be considered. 24、且材料的認證必須在G6前完成。All the welding materials must be include in the “SAIC Steel Material Database”. If theres any difference, it must be added to the “SAIC Steel Material Database”, and the approbation of the material must be finished before G6.2.3車身用膠材料要求 Requirements of Body Sealer2.3.1白車身上使用的四種膠(結(jié)構(gòu)膠、
25、密封膠、減震膠、折邊膠)型號統(tǒng)一,同一車型的各功能膠型號唯一。共線車型新增車型項目不允許出現(xiàn)新的車身用膠。新增車身用膠需對原有膠進行替代統(tǒng)一。The type of BIW sealer(strutural sealer, gap-filling sealer, anti-flutter sealer and hemming sealer ) must be unified, and the type of the sealer in one type must be the same. The new-added model project of the models on the comm
26、on line is forbbiden to use the new type of body sealer. The new-added sealer must replace or unify with the existed ones.2.3.2車身車間不接受PVC等需特殊涂膠工藝的膠種。The body shop refuse the special type of sealer such as PVC.2.4進入油漆車間的材料要求Requirements of Paint Shop2.4.1白車身所使用的金屬材料應(yīng)在上汽材料庫中選擇,不在數(shù)據(jù)庫中的材料必須通過上汽中心實驗室的實驗認
27、證。DRE should choose metal materials of BIW from SAIC material library. Materials which are out of the material library should pass the laboratory accreditation of SAIC central lab.2.4.2白車身所使用金屬材料中各種類型板材的比例大小,會對油漆工藝參數(shù)及質(zhì)量造成影響,因此白車身板材類型的變更應(yīng)提前告知ME,并經(jīng)ME認可后再予以實施。The rate of all the materials used in BIW w
28、ill affect the painting process parameters and quality so before the change of metal materials, ME must be informed. After the laboratory accreditation, it can be brought into effect.2.4.3在油漆車間現(xiàn)有工藝條件下,白車身鋁板使用面積不得超過10%。The area of aluminum cannot be more than 10% of the whole car body according to th
29、e present process of paint shop.2.4.4油漆車間不能噴涂塑料件。Plastic materials cannot be sprayed in paint shop.2.4.5產(chǎn)品設(shè)計中采用塑料或其它非金屬材料的零件,如是顏色件,要求離線油漆后直接進入總裝車間裝配。If plastic and other non-mental materials are used, and they are with color, then they should not be painted in the paint shop and they should be insta
30、lled in GA shop directly.2.4.6白車身使用烘烤硬化類型的板材,應(yīng)在油漆最高烘烤溫度時間條件下17020min,可以滿足強度性能要求。Some panels can harden themselves after baking, and these panels are required to have the ability of enduring the temperature of 170 for 20 minutes and the strength character is qualified.2.4.7進入油漆車間的白車身上所安裝的加強件、塑料件、膨脹塊等
31、,必須要耐180*60min的高溫且對油漆無污染。Reinforcement parts, plastic parts, expansion blocks must have the ability of enduring the temperature of 170 for 60 minutes and they can not pollute the paint process.2.4.8白車身鈑金使用的各類化學(xué)品和油品需要通過上汽中心實驗室實驗認可。All the chemicals and oils used in the BIW should pass the laboratory
32、accreditation of SAIC central lab.2.4.9切邊較多,且不用PVC密封的小零件要求使用鍍鋅材料。Little parts with many scrap edges which dont need to be PVC sealed should be designed as galvanized material.2.5產(chǎn)品輔料規(guī)格要求Standard of Accessory 刪Delete3.車身及零件結(jié)構(gòu)要求Requirements of Body and Parts Structure3.1車身工藝結(jié)構(gòu)要求 Requirements of Body S
33、tructure3.1.1車身件預(yù)連接形式The Pre-framing Type of the Body Parts側(cè)圍、車頂橫梁的搭接方式必須滿足預(yù)上件后焊接的要求,預(yù)上件連接方式為搭扣形式。The overlap type of body side, roof reinf must satisfy the requirement of the welding after the pre-loading. Toy tab is used for the pre-loading.3.1.2零件裝配結(jié)構(gòu)數(shù)The Number of Assembly Sequence Level1) 前圍、前地
34、板、后地板、地板總成、側(cè)圍、門蓋等總成的零件裝配結(jié)構(gòu)樹層數(shù)應(yīng)滿足下表所示要求,上件工位也必須滿足下表要求:The number of assembly sequence level of FE, FF, RF, Underbody Assy., BS, Closure must accord with the requirement of the following table and the number of loading station should also accord with the following table. 分總成Sub-assembly分總成下允許的零件層數(shù)Thic

36、der the limitation of the welding spot layout, number of the parts pieces and the number of the loading stations to avoid the block of the welding spot.2) 零件必須有可行的上件路徑,無干涉情況發(fā)生。There must be available uploading route for the parts to avoid the interference.3.2點焊結(jié)構(gòu)要求Structure Requirements of Spot Weld
37、ing 3.2.1點焊焊接時翻邊的最少長度(OPENN'G AREA等等) The minimum flange distance of spot welding (OPENN'G AREA AND THE LIKE)1) 板件和焊槍的限制尺寸 (一般焊槍的基準(zhǔn))如表所示Restrict dimension of the parts and welding gun (the general norm of welding gun) are as the following table前端直徑(d)tip diameter(d)16 (SHANK)Min.120mmh1<1
38、3mm h2<100mm 備注:上述最小14mm是在無涂膠的情況下,如有涂膠,翻邊寬度要求增加,詳見涂膠相關(guān)結(jié)構(gòu)要求。Remark:The minimum 14mm is on the condition of no sealing. If the sealing exists, the flange width must be raised according to the related sealer structure requirement.3.2.2點焊焊接的最少焊接空間The minimum welding space of spot welding焊槍進入和焊接的最少空間
39、(一般焊槍基準(zhǔn)),如圖所示:The entrance of the welding gun and the minimum space of welding are as the following picture.3.2.3點焊型面要求相關(guān)規(guī)定(最小寬度) Welding surface requirements (minimum width)1) 凹形件的焊接最小寬幅:采用16時,至少需要24mm的寬度。The min welding space of concave parts: if using the16 tip, 24mm is necessary. For the require
40、ments of access hole, see the picture as below:采用特殊電極帽時的最小寬度要求(例):The minimum width requirement for special tips:3.3激光焊接結(jié)構(gòu)要求The Structure Requirement of Laser Welding鍍鋅鋼板的激光焊接接頭設(shè)計必須符合下圖的形式。The welded joint design of galvanized sheet must accord with the form showed in the following picture.3.4其他焊接相關(guān)
41、結(jié)構(gòu)要求 Other Structure Requirements of Welding3.4.1在設(shè)計零件型面時避免螺柱焊接時的干涉Avoid the stud welding interference in surface design1) 螺柱焊接周圍面積必須大于螺柱焊槍槍頭,至少保持螺柱焊接周圍空間30mm以上。The area of stud welding must bigger than the stud gun tip, the around space must bigger than 30mm.2) 螺柱焊接面為平面。The surface to stud weld mus
42、t be a flat surface.3.4.2在零件設(shè)計時避免凸焊干涉Avoid the projection welding interference in part design1) 凸焊電極不能與螺母周圍的零件型面干涉(從焊機中心到型面距離確保在18mm以上)。Projection welding tip can not have interference with the nearby parts (the distance from the center of the welding machine to the part surface must over 18mm).2) 凸
43、焊焊接時,焊極最大偏置范圍Projection welding, the biggest off-set range of the gun armMBR類型零件等 ''型型面焊接時所使用的凸焊焊機的焊槍臂臂最大OFF-SET量相關(guān)規(guī)定,如圖所示,零件開口處尺寸見圖。When welding the “口”shape part as MBR style parts, the biggest off-set range of the projection welding arm is shown as following. The opening of part is shown
44、as below.M6M8M10A>70>70>85B<100<100<100C>20>20>203.4.3焊接部件的折邊The hemming of the welding parts1) 參考標(biāo)準(zhǔn)SMTC 2 500 003 焊接設(shè)計 電阻點焊和SMTC 2 500 004焊接設(shè)計 電弧焊。Design the spot welding according with SMTC2500003 and design the arc welding according with the SMTC 2500004.2) 焊接部件的折邊開口應(yīng)大于
45、90°,如圖所示。The hemming opening angle of the welding parts must be more than 90°.3.4.4焊點到定位銷/定位塊的距離The spacing between welding spot and the location pin/ block1) 焊點到定位銷/定位塊的距離見下表:The distance between the spot to the location pin/ block is as following table:3.4.5電極帽直徑Tip diameter電極帽直徑只允許有一種:1
46、6,為一般轎車車身焊接首選。 Tip diameter has only one type: 16, and it is the first choice of BIW welding.3.4.6板厚Thickness1) 總搭接厚度不超過6mm,板的數(shù)量要求不超過3層。Total overlap thickness should not exceed 6mm and the number of plate should not exceed 3.2) 如果出現(xiàn)2+1層板的情況(即兩塊板已焊在一起,再和第三塊板焊接),要求焊在一起的兩塊板的總厚度不超過第三塊板的2倍。If it is 2 +1
47、 thickness welding (2 plates have already welded together and then weld with another plate), we require the thickness of already welded 2T should not over 2times of the third plate, we do not recommend this.3)第I可視區(qū)域不允許出現(xiàn)后續(xù)裝配工序后不會被遮擋的焊點,在設(shè)計的時候應(yīng)盡量避免在IIA可視區(qū)域內(nèi)出現(xiàn)焊點。The welding spot which is not blocked a
48、fter the further assemble is forbidden on I visional section . The welding spot is avoided in to be designed in the IIA visual area.3.5車身涂膠相關(guān)結(jié)構(gòu)要求The Structure Requirements of the Body Sealer3.5.1涂膠位置及尺寸要求(引用標(biāo)準(zhǔn)SMTC 6 210 002 白車身用金屬粘合劑 結(jié)構(gòu)膠、SMTC 6 210 003 白車身用金屬粘合劑 減震膠、SMTC 6 210 004 白車身用金屬粘合劑 密封膠、SMTC
49、 6 210 005 白車身用金屬粘合劑 折邊膠)The requirements of the sealer location and dimension( Refer to the standards).1) 結(jié)構(gòu)膠的位置及尺寸要求:The requirements of the structure sealer location and dimension:要求膠條中心離搭接邊邊緣距離不小于8mm。涂膠直徑D在3mm左右。此直徑可在調(diào)試中作適當(dāng)調(diào)整,固化后的膠接面(痕)的寬度不小于10mm,且固化后焊點周圍至少3mm內(nèi)都要有膠接面(痕)。(如下圖所示)The distance from
50、the center of sealer to the edge of overlap shouldnt be less than 8mm. Usually the diameter of the sealer should be about 3mm. The diameter can be adjusted during debugging, the width of the solidified sealer cant be less than 10mm,and around the spot exist at least 3mm sealer when the sealer was be
