Items to be explained in the heating diagram of the project: (1)本系統熱煤采用0.3Mpa蒸汽,由2號棧橋采暖干管引入供系統使用。建筑熱負荷109413W。(1) The heat medium for this system adopts 0.3Mpa steam, which is introduc

6、ed by No. 2 trestle heating main pipe into the supply system for use. The building thermal load is 109413W. (2)散熱器采用光面管,散熱器(A型),散熱器安裝為掛裝,詳見標準圖96K402;,(2) The heat radiator adopts pipe coil in Type A; and the heat radiator is hung. See the standard diagram 96K402 for details. (3)疏水器安裝見國標: 96R407;(3)

15、 98T901. (16)暖風機選用SNF-4 型,安裝方式詳見標準圖89T910; 暖風機需單臺分別控制;(16) The fan heater adopts SNF-4. For detailed installation, see the standard drawing 89T910. The fan heater should be controlled separately. 4、采暖設計總說明4. General instructions for heating design (1)概述(1) General 本工程為XX集團公司生活區供熱管網工程,設計溫度為6050,管線設計工

16、作壓力為1.0MPa;。This project is the heat supply pipeline engineering for the living area of XX Group Company. The designed temperature is 6050 and the designed working pressure for the pipeline is 1.0MPa. (2)設計依據(2) Design considerations 1)現有供熱管網圖。1) Existing heat supply pipeline drawing; 2)甲方提供的各小區采暖建筑

17、面積。2) The heating building area of every subdistrict provided by Party A;3)采暖通風設計手冊實用供熱空調設計手冊熱力管道設計手冊.3) Heating and Ventilation Design Handbook, Practical Heating and Air-conditioning Design Handbook and Heat Pipeline Design Handbook. 4)城市熱力網設計規范CJJ-34-2002.4) Urban Heat Pipeline Design Code CJJ-34

18、-2002. (3)供熱參數(3) Heating parameters 供水溫度60,回水溫度50Supplied water temperature 60 and returned water temperature 50. (4)管道敷設(4) Pipe laying 1) 本改造支線管道均采用有補償直埋敷設。1) This reconstructed branch pipeline adopts the compensated directly-buried laying. 2) 直埋敷設的熱膨脹盡量利用L型彎管和Z型彎管自然補償彎頭附近5-10米范圍內軟回填,彎頭曲率半徑不小于4D,

19、 補償器采用:軸向型波紋膨脹節與直埋式軸向型波紋膨脹節;2) The thermal expansion pipes for directly-buried laying should use L-shaped bent pipes and Z-shaped bent pipes; the area 5-10m near the naturally compensated elbow should be soft backfilled; the radius of curvature of the elbow should not be less than 4D; and the compen

20、sator adopts the axial type corrugated expansion joint and the directly-buried axial type corrugated expansion joint. 3) 直埋管采用工廠預制聚氨脂保溫管, DN500保溫層厚40.7mm 保護層為9.8mm厚聚乙烯管; DN450保溫層厚 42.2mm保護層為8.8mm厚聚乙烯管; DN150保溫層厚41.6mm , 保護層為3.9mm厚聚乙烯管;3) The directly-buried pipe adopts the factory prefabricated PUR

21、heat-preserving pipe, or DN500 PE pipe with 40.7mm thick heat-preserving layer and 9.8mm thick protective layer; or DN450 PE pipe with 42.2mm thick heat-preserving layer and 8.8mm thick protective layer; or DN150 PE pipe with 41.6mm heat-preserving layer and 3.9mm thick protective layer. 4)管道安裝前必須進行

22、清掃,保證管內不殘留悍渣土塊等物;4) Before installation, the pipeline must be cleaned and blown in order to ensure no welding slag, soil, etc in the pipeline. 5)管道下溝時系繩處要加保護套,嚴禁拋扔下溝。5) When the pipeline goes into the trench, protective jacket should be added at the tying point and it must not be thrown into the tre

23、nch. 6)補償器安裝時必須與管道保持同軸,安裝方向與產品標示方向一致;6) The compensator to be installed must keep coaxial with the pipeline with the installation direction consistent with the direction marked on the product. 7)熱網分支閥門采用蝶閥。7) The heat network branch valve adopts butterfly valve. 8) 泄水閥采用DN40 球閥,排氣采用DN25球閥。8) The was

24、h-out valve adopts DN40 ball valve while vent valve adopts DN25 ball valve. 9) 管道與補償器采用焊接連接, 焊接質量應符合現場設備工業管道焊接工程施工及驗收規范規定。9) The pipeline and the compensator should adopt welding connection with the welding quality conforming to Code for Construction And Acceptance Of Field Equipment, Industrial Pip

25、e Welding Engineering 10) 在系統管道的最高點安裝放氣閥門,最低點安裝泄水閥門.10) The relief valve should be installed at the highest point of the pipeline of the system and the wash-out valve at the lowest point. (5) 施工質量標準(5) Construction quality standard 1) 管道焊接應按現場設備.工業管道焊接工程施工及驗收規范規工業金屬管道工程施工及驗收規范第五章管道焊接有關規定進行。1) The pi

26、peline welding should be subject to Code for Construction And Acceptance Of Field Equipment, Industrial Pipe Welding Engineering and Chapter V of Code for Construction and Acceptance of Industrial Metallic Piping Engineering. 2) 管道焊縫外觀檢驗和表面無損檢驗應按工業金屬管道工程施工及驗收規范7.2和7.3規定進行。2) The pipeline welding lin

27、e appearance test and surface non-destructive test should be conducted according to 7.2 and 7.3 of Code for Construction and Acceptance of Industrial Metallic Piping Engineering. 3) 管道焊縫內部質量要求按照規范規定的數量進行無損探傷;3) The internal quality of the pipeline welding line should have the non-destructive test ac

28、cording to the quantity specified by the applicable codes and specifications. 4)熱力管道安裝標準執行GBJ235工業金屬管道工程施工及驗收規范第六章管道安裝有關規定進行。4) The installation of the thermal pipeline should be conducted according to Chapter VI of Code for Construction and Acceptance of Industrial Metallic Piping Engineering GBJ23

(6)壓力試驗(6) Pressure test 1) 壓力試驗應按工業金屬管道工程施工及驗收規范第七章有關規定進行。1) The pressure test should be conducted according to the provisions in Chapter VII of Code for Construction and Acceptance of Industrial Metallic Piping Engineering. 2)壓力試驗前應具備下列條件:2) Before pressure test, the following conditions should

30、 be met: 試驗范圍內管道安裝工程除防腐.絕熱外均已完成,安裝質量符合有關規定。In the test scope, except corrosion resistance and heat insulation, the pipeline installation engineering is completed with the installation quality conforming to the related regulations. 試驗管道與無關系統用盲板或采用其它措施隔開: 膨脹節應設臨時約縮.The test pipeline should be separate

31、d from other unrelated systems with blind plates or other measures and the expansion joint should be set with temporary contraction. 試驗用壓力表已校驗,并在周檢期內,其精度不得低于1.5級,壓力表滿刻度值為被測最大壓力的1.5-2倍。壓力表不得少于兩塊。The pressure meter for the test has been verified and is within the weekly check period; its accuracy shou

32、ld not be less than 1.5; and the full-scale reading of the pressure meter should be 1.5-2 times as much as the tested maximal pressure. At least two pressure meters should be used. 3)管道安裝完畢,且無損檢驗合格后進行壓力試驗,試驗以中性清水為介質,注水前應排盡空氣。3) After the pipeline is installed and passes the non-destructive test, it

33、will undergo a pressure test with neutral clear water as medium. Before filling water, be sure to exhaust all air in it. 4)本支干線管道設計工作壓力0.8MPa,試驗壓力1.2MPa,系統試驗壓力1.0MPa, 緩慢升壓至試驗壓力后,穩壓10分鐘,將試驗壓力降至設計壓力, 用 重的小錘在焊縫周圍對焊縫逐個進行敲打檢查,在30分鐘內無滲漏且壓力降不超過0.1X98.1KPa為合格。4) The designed working pressure of this branch

34、and main pipeline is 0.8MPa and test pressure is 1.2MPa; the test pressure of the system is 1.0MPa. Gradually increase the pressure to the test pressure and keep for 10min; then decrease the test pressure to the design pressure; strike around the welding lines one by one with a heavy hammer to check

35、 them; if there is no leakage within 30min and the pressure drop will not exceed 0.1X98.1KPa, it will indicate the pipeline is OK. 5)施工完畢后用無腐蝕物清水進行沖洗,流速>1.5m/s出水清澈時為合格.5) After completion, rinse with the non-corrosive clear water at >1.5m/s. It will be OK when the water out is clear. 6)未盡之處按有關

46、re of 0.6MPa; if the pressure drop within 10min is not more than 20KPa, the pipeline will be proved OK. (9) 試壓合格后,應進行反復清洗,直至進水與出水顏色一致,清洗之前必須將過濾器卸下,待清洗完成后再分別裝上;(9) After the hydraulic test proves the pipeline is OK, be sure to clean it again and again until the outgoing water is the same clear as the

47、 incoming water. Before cleaning, be sure to remove the filter and then reinstall it after the cleaning is completed. (10) 管道支吊架的數量,形式由安裝單位在保證牢固,可靠的原則下根據現場的情況選定, 詳見國標88R420 ;(10) The quantity and form of the pipeline support, hanger and bracket should be chosen by the installation unit with the prec

52、, 其余水管的坡向與水流方向相同.管道低點應有泄水裝置,管道高點應有放氣裝置.3) The water supply and return pipe gradient is 0.003 and the condensed water pipe gradient is 0.008. Regarding slope aspect, except that the current direction of the water supply pipe is reverse to the sloe aspect, the slope aspect of all other water pipes is

56、配置WZ85自動排氣閥,所有管件及閥門承壓必須達到1.6MPa.2) The lowest point of the water pipeline should be set with drain pipe with gate valve of the same diameter; the highest point should be set with WZ85 automatic exhaust valve and the pressure all tubes and valves can stand must be up to 1.6MPa.3)管道支吊架的最大跨距不應超過一定數值。管道支吊架的具體形式和設置位置有安裝單位根據現場情況確定,做法參見國標88R420,管道支吊架必須設置于保溫層的外部,在穿過支托吊架處應鑲以墊木。3) The maximal span of the pipeline support and hanger should not exceed certain value.
