Prounciation 在學習幾種鞋的新單詞時，通過直觀的實物或圖片比擬讓同學們理解含義。在學生初步理解幾個詞的含義后，教師可以創設一個實際的情景，引出學習a pair of，使同學理解在形容各種鞋的數量時用pair of。讓同學通過充分的操練熟悉pair of的用法。然后在同學對課文初步掌握的根底上讓小朋友模擬情景扮演，讓小朋友在扮演中體驗和運用語言，獲得初步運用語言的經驗。在課堂上，我為學生營造出一個寬松、愉悅、民主、和諧的英語學習氣氛。新課程標準強調，從學生的學習興趣、生活

17、經驗和認知水平出發，倡導體驗、實踐、參與、合作與交流的學習方式和任務型的教學途徑，開展學生的語言運用能力，使語言學習的過程成為學生形成積極的情感態度、主動思維和大膽實踐的過程。 在教學中所采用的分層教學效果較好。隨著學生所學英語知識的不斷增多，理解和靈活運用語言的能力也逐漸有所差異，對新知識的接受會有快有慢。根據學生學習潛力的不同，通過屢次教學實踐探索，我發現分層教學效果比擬好。本課是我對分層教學的初步設想。 課堂上注重了對學生及時正確的評價。在教學中，我注重評價的及時性和多樣化，比方給學生小貼畫、對學生翹大拇指、給予笑臉圖片、小組加分等，使不同層次、不同能力的學生都能投入到英語學習當中，最大
